Abstract

本发明提供一种表面碳化复古书册的浸润方法,步骤如下:步骤一,对书册进行浸润处理,通过夹子将书册悬挂在浸润间内,将碳化浸润液雾化,浸润处理时间为25‑45min;步骤二,固化过程:将浸润后的书册置于密闭空间内,增压至1.5倍大气压,并置于超声频率35kHz、功率85W的环境中处理30min,同时密闭空间内利用蒸汽保湿,相对湿度保持在68%,温度为46℃;干燥过程:将书册置于干燥室内,利用热风进行干燥,热风温度为75‑85℃,干燥时间为0.5‑2小时。本发明可利用现代工业生产技术增加书册的年代感,从而制作出复古书册,纸张表面泛黄,碳化斑点被碳化浸润液包覆,在纸张局部形成少量棕褐色的碳化斑点,不掉色,纸张较为柔软,给人的年代感较强;耐腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及书册生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种表面碳化复古书册的浸润方法。
背景技术
书册或书籍一直是一种非常重要的知识记载和传播的载体,古玩的收藏和交易中历来有书册,南宋时便已出现。古书通常带有珍贵和智慧的感情色彩。虽然现代书册印刷和装订技术比古代要发达的多,但为了满足一些特定需求,仍会生产一些带有复古风格的书册,例如小人书,武侠类连环画通常以复古风格的书册出现。还例如,关于毛笔书法、古诗词、对联等带有浓厚古文化的书册也有很多以复古风格的书册出现。所以如何利用现代工业生产技术生产出具有复古风格的书册,是本申请所要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面碳化复古书册的浸润方法及碳化处理方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种表面碳化复古书册的浸润方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
步骤一,对书册进行浸润处理,
用夹子夹住待处理书册的装订边,然后通过夹子将书册悬挂在浸润间内,浸润间是一个密闭的房间,浸润间内设置有在水平面内持续改变方向的出风口,出风口在竖直方向上位于书册的下方,出风口对着书册,浸润间内还设置有雾化器,将碳化浸润液雾化,雾化后的碳化浸润液在风力作用下均匀悬浮在浸润间内的空气中,浸润间内的温度保持在52-55℃,出风口出风强度以能将书册纸张翻动为准,浸润处理时间为25-45min;
所述碳化浸润液由如下重量份的原料制成:氢化松香甲酯2份、烟焦油3份、水500份、乳化剂1.2份、二氧化硅粉1.2份、载银铜硅胶1.5份,其中二氧化硅粉粒径分布在1~25微米之间;载银铜硅胶是以硅胶为载体吸附铜离子和银离子,含铜量为2.0%、含银量为1.5%;
步骤二,固化干燥处理,
固化过程:将浸润后的书册置于密闭空间内,增压至1.5倍大气压,并置于超声频率35kHz、功率85W的环境中处理30min,同时密闭空间内利用蒸汽保湿,相对湿度保持在68%,温度为46℃;
干燥过程:将书册置于干燥室内,利用热风进行干燥,热风温度为75-85℃,干燥时间为0.5-2小时。
作为优选,步骤二中蒸汽保湿所用的蒸汽是由水蒸汽和乙醇蒸汽混合而成,水蒸汽与乙醇蒸汽混合的体积比为100:0.15。
作为优选,所述碳化浸润液的制备方法为:将水加入容器中,加热至35℃,依次加入乳化剂、氢化松香甲酯、烟焦油,充分搅拌,并升温至45℃,使各成份均匀分散在水系中,保温20min;再加入二氧化硅粉和载银铜硅胶,充分搅拌,使二氧化硅粉和载银铜硅胶在水系中分散均匀,即得碳化浸润液。
对浸润、固化、干燥后的书册进行表面碳化处理,
隔绝氧气条件下,温度260-385℃,持续时间为5-15min,使书册纸张表面发生微碳化,控制碳化率为0.1-0.12%。
碳化浸染液以氢化松香甲酯为主要碳化因子,烟焦油为次要碳化因子,以烟焦油为主要浸染着色物质,以氢化松香甲酯为次要浸染着色物质,以二氧化硅粉和载银铜硅胶为浸染介质附着在纸张表面,在特定条件下经过浸染、固化、干燥和表面微碳化的处理,可以使纸张具有年代感,从而制作出复古书册。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可利用现代工业生产技术增加书册的年代感,从而制作出复古书册,纸张表面泛黄,碳化斑点被碳化浸润液包覆,在纸张局部形成少量棕褐色的碳化斑点,不掉色,纸张较为柔软,给人的年代感较强;耐腐蚀。

一种书册增加年代感的碳化处理方法,步骤如下:
步骤一,对书册进行浸润处理,

用夹子夹住待处理书册的装订边,然后通过夹子将书册悬挂在浸润间内,浸润间是一个密闭的房间,浸润间内设置有在水平面内持续改变方向的出风口,出风口在竖直方向上位于书册的下方,出风口对着书册,浸润间内还设置有雾化器,将碳化浸润液雾化,雾化后的碳化浸润液在风力作用下均匀悬浮在浸润间内的空气中,浸润间内的温度保持在52-55℃,出风口出风强度以能将书册纸张翻动为准,浸润处理时间为25-45min;

2.根据权利要求1所述的表面碳化复古书册的浸润方法,其特征在于:步骤二中蒸汽保湿所用的蒸汽是由水蒸汽和乙醇蒸汽混合而成,水蒸汽与乙醇蒸汽混合的体积比为100:0.15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表面碳化复古书册的浸润方法,其特征在于,所述碳化浸润液的制备方法为:将水加入容器中,加热至35℃,依次加入乳化剂、氢化松香甲酯、烟焦油,充分搅拌,并升温至45℃,使各成份均匀分散在水系中,保温20min;再加入二氧化硅粉和载银铜硅胶,充分搅拌,使二氧化硅粉和载银铜硅胶在水系中分散均匀,即得碳化浸润液。
