与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
竹纤维纱巾布料整体紧实,牢靠抗辐射面料不仅保留了纱巾良好的透明性和透气性,而且具有抗紫外线功能和天然的抗菌抑菌、除螨、防臭等保健功能,另外其特有的丝绒感,也使手感特别好。
由于在棉纤维纱线中嵌置有几根蚕丝包覆金属离子纤维的包芯线,且将蚕丝包覆金属离子纤维的包芯线中的金属离子纤维制成具有记忆性的波浪形,因此,在具有抗电磁辐射的同时又大大提高了面料的支撑性能,同时使金属纤维既有强度,又有弹性和柔度,从而扩大了面料的使用范围,使得该面料可广泛应用在电子、计算机、电讯、电站、发射站、军事仪器等电磁辐射污染源区工作人员。
本衬里层采用经纱纬纱相互交错编织的设计,使得布料整体紧实,牢靠,按照花型的弧度提花,整体布面看上去比较圆润,在市场竞争中具有比较强的竞争力。
