本发明涉及一种竹纤维纱巾尺寸稳定、黏着力及摩擦力强抗辐射面料。所述面料由棉纤维纱线(1)作经线与竹纤维纱线(2)作纬线经纬交织而成,棉纤维纱线(1)中嵌置有几根包芯线(3),所述包芯线(3)由蚕丝包覆金属离子纤维形成,且所述金属离子纤维呈波浪形。所述面料背面复合有一衬里层,所述衬里层由经线和纬纱编织而成,纬纱分为三层,从上往下依次为第一层、第二层和第三层,第二层第一根纬纱在第一层第一根与第二根纬纱中点所在的纵向平面内。本发明尺寸稳定、黏着力及摩擦力强,抗辐射。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种制作纱巾的面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着人们健康生活意识的提高,户外休闲活动也日益增多。但到户外运动就必然经受风吹和日晒,裸露的肌肤就会因受到紫外线的照射而出现皮肤提早老化、皱纹、黑色素等皮肤疾病症状,甚至诱发皮肤癌。纱巾具有良好的透明性和透气性,受到女士们的青睐。但现有的纱巾是用丝线或纱线编织而成,不具有抗紫外线功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有抗紫外线功能的竹纤维纱巾尺寸稳定、黏着力及摩擦力强抗辐射面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种竹纤维纱巾尺寸稳定、黏着力及摩擦力强抗辐射面料,所述竹纤维纱巾尺寸稳定、黏着力及摩擦力强抗辐射面料由棉纤维纱线作经线与竹纤维纱线作纬线经纬交织而成,棉纤维纱线中嵌置有几根包芯线,所述包芯线由蚕丝包覆金属离子纤维形成,且所述金属离子纤维呈波浪形。竹纤维纱线是竹纤维经过彻底的脱脂、脱糖、脱蛋白处理而成。制成的竹纤维纱巾尺寸稳定、黏着力及摩擦力强抗辐射面料具有竹纤维纱线的抗紫外线功能和天然的抗菌抑菌、除螨、防臭功能,对皮肤有天然保健作用。所述面料背面复合有一衬里层,所述衬里层由由经线和纬纱编织而成,纬纱分为三层,从上往下依次为第一层、第二层和第三层,第二层第一根纬纱在第一层第一根与第二根纬纱中点所在的纵向平面内,第三层第一根纬纱与第一层第一根纬纱在一个纵向平面内,经线分为第一经线和第二经线,第一经线整体走线方向向右,纵向走线顺序为第一层、第二层、第三层、第二层、第一层依次循环且与纬纱相交处顺时针绕纬纱包裹一圈,第二经线与第一经线走线方式相同,起点变为第三层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
竹纤维纱巾尺寸稳定、黏着力及摩擦力强抗辐射面料不仅保留了纱巾良好的透明性和透气性,而且具有抗紫外线功能和天然的抗菌抑菌、除螨、防臭等保健功能,另外其特有的丝绒感,也使手感特别好。
由于在棉纤维纱线中嵌置有几根蚕丝包覆金属离子纤维的包芯线,且将蚕丝包覆金属离子纤维的包芯线中的金属离子纤维制成具有记忆性的波浪形,因此,在具有抗电磁辐射的同时又大大提高了面料的支撑性能,同时使金属纤维既有强度,又有弹性和柔度,从而扩大了面料的使用范围,使得该面料可广泛应用在电子、计算机、电讯、电站、发射站、军事仪器等电磁辐射污染源区工作人员。
本发明采用多层纬纱和双经线的设计,丰富了衬里层自身的颜色,在布本体背面设有涂层的设计,起到稳定尺寸,方便裁剪,增加衬里层纤维之间黏着力及反面摩擦力的作用。
