本发明涉及一种乳化沥青。
背景技术
乳化沥青是沥青和乳化剂在一定工艺作用下,生成水包油或油包水的液态沥青。乳化沥青分为阳离子乳化沥青、阴离子乳化沥青和非离子乳化沥青。阳离子乳化沥青的沥青微粒带正电荷,阴离子乳化沥青微粒带负电荷。当阳离子乳化沥青与骨料表面接触时,由于所带电荷不同,产生异性相吸,两者在有水膜的情况下能使沥青微粒裹覆在骨料表面,仍能很好吸附结合。乳化沥青提供了一种比热沥青更为安全、节能和环保的系统,但随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,人们对于沥青的要求越来越高,现有的沥青并不能够满足使用需求,有待于进一步的改进。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种乳化沥青,具有良好的稳定性,提高沥青的机械性能和抗车辙能力,同时耐候性好,能够适应恶劣环境。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种乳化沥青,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石棉纤维6-12份,熟桐油7-9份,三元乙丙橡胶10-13份,石油树脂16-23份,乳化剂2-5份,氯苯2-4份,触变剂1-3份,松香皂6-8份,渗透剂1-5份,玻璃鳞片4-7份,铝粉1.2-2.5份,AE剂0.5-2份,阳离子乳化剂7-8份,稀释剂0.6-1.7份,膨润土4-9份。
