本发明属于农业技术领域,涉及一种灌溉用水泵,具体是一种农田灌溉用水泵隔膜胶料。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等,也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物的液体。水泵性能的技术参数有流量、吸程、扬程、轴功率、水功率、效率等;根据不同的工作原理可分为容积水泵、叶片泵等类型。容积泵是利用其工作室容积的变化来传递能量;叶片泵是利用回转叶片与水的相互作用来传递能量,有离心泵、轴流泵和混流泵等类型。
水泵隔膜材料的性能对水泵的影响很大,往往决定水泵应用于什么样的环境之中,以及水泵的寿命。现有技术的隔膜胶料不能长时间在强酸强碱、强腐蚀性的液体中工作,且工作不稳定,对隔膜内物料影响较大。

一种农田灌溉用水泵隔膜胶料,包括以下组分:丁苯橡胶100份、三元乙丙橡胶8-12份、丁基橡胶13-16份、气相白炭黑40-50份、硫磺0.1-2份、氧化锌2-5份、硬脂酸1-4份、石蜡1-3份、防老剂RD 1-2份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯0.8-1.6份、硬脂酸镁3-7份、聚乙二醇2-4份、促进剂CZ 1.5-3份。
作为进一步优选,本发明按重量份计,包括以下组分:丁苯橡胶100份、三元乙丙橡胶10份、丁基橡胶14.5份、气相白炭黑45份、硫磺0.6份、氧化锌3.5份、硬脂酸2.5份、石蜡2份、防老剂RD 1.5份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯1.2份、硬脂酸镁5份、聚乙二醇3份、促进剂CZ 2.2份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明用于水泵的隔膜胶料耐酸耐碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温,本发明隔膜胶料产品工作稳定,震动少,噪音低,能够在强酸强碱条件下长时间工作,延长水泵的使用寿命,可用于运输化学性质比较不稳定的流体,保护运输物料的安全。

用于水泵的隔膜胶料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:丁苯橡胶100份、三元乙丙橡胶10份、丁基橡胶14.5份、气相白炭黑45份、硫磺0.6份、氧化锌3.5份、硬脂酸2.5份、石蜡2份、防老剂RD 1.5份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯1.2份、硬脂酸镁5份、聚乙二醇3份、促进剂CZ 2.2份。
实施例2
用于水泵的隔膜胶料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:丁苯橡胶100份、三元乙丙橡胶12份、丁基橡胶16份、气相白炭黑50份、硫磺2份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸4份、石蜡3份、防老剂RD 2份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯1.6份、硬脂酸镁7份、聚乙二醇4份、促进剂CZ 3份。
实施例3
用于水泵的隔膜胶料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:丁苯橡胶100份、三元乙丙橡胶8份、丁基橡胶13份、气相白炭黑40-50份、硫磺0.2份、氧化锌2份、硬脂酸1份、石蜡1份、防老剂RD 1份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯1份、硬脂酸镁3份、聚乙二醇2份、促进剂CZ 1.8份。
本发明所使用原料均可在市场上购买得到,利用现有的胶料生产方法制得。
上述实施例1-3所得产品取200g在1000ml浓度为36%-37%盐酸溶液中沸煮 1h 后,分别测得耐酸度为87%、85%、91%。
取200g在1000ml浓度为50%氢氧化钠溶液中沸煮 1h 后,分别测得耐碱度为94%、89%、90%。
取1kg产品分别放置在800℃、1000℃、1200℃高温下24h,无变形。
本发明提供的隔膜胶料耐酸耐碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温,本发明隔膜胶料产品工作稳定,震动少,噪音低,能够在强酸强碱条件下长时间工作,延长水泵的使用寿命,可用于运输化学性质比较不稳定的流体,保护运输物料的安全。
