Abstract

一种飞机防磨损轮胎技术,适用于战斗机、运输机、客机等各种不同型号的飞机。飞机完成规定的飞行任务之后必须着陆,着陆时所产生的飞机轮胎与机场跑道之间产生剧烈的摩擦现象。由此导致飞机胶质轮胎胎面与机场水泥地面跑道之间高速、高温、高磨损轮胎冒烟现象。因而酿成飞机冲出跑道,爆胎、起火等各种飞行事故。这种事故的发生人们无法预料和彻底防止,成为航空航天领域里的一大难题。飞机防磨损轮胎技术的特点是在飞机轮台两侧的胎壁上设计弧形风力阻碍装置风耳条,风耳条似于三角弧形形状,风耳条口的阻碍面为风向的逆面,阻碍面比尾部厚宽,风耳条的尾部为顺方向的逆面薄,飞机放下起落架轮胎开始与飞机的飞行速度同步急速旋转。因为降落的同一个方向来之高速度的空气磨檫形成的逆流而轮胎被旋转至与飞机前行同一个方向,同一个速度,同步移动,则轮胎贴水泥地面擦而不磨,磨而不损,延长轮胎的使用寿命,又经济又安全。

飞机防磨损轮胎技术领域。
背景技术
飞机在飞完规定的飞行任务之后必须着陆。着陆时所产生的飞机轮胎与机场跑道地面之间产生剧烈的的摩擦现象冒大烟。由此导致飞机胶质轮胎胎面与机场水泥地面跑道之间产生高速、高温、高磨损轮胎现象,跑道的降落地段和位置上很明显烧焦的水泥地面轮胎磨损的黑呼呼的痕迹。因而酿成飞机爆胎,起火等各种飞行事故。这种事故的发生人们无法预料和彻底防止,成为航空航天领域里需要急需解决的一大难题。
发明内容
一种飞机防磨损轮胎技术,其特征;飞机轮台两侧的胎壁上设计弧形风力阻碍装置风耳条,风耳条似于三角弧形形状,风耳条阻碍面为风向的逆面,阻碍面厚宽,尾部薄窄,风耳条的尾部为顺方向的逆面,每个轮胎两侧上安装八个以上风耳条,飞机准备着陆降落时放下起落架时的同一个方向来之高速气流成轮胎被旋转至与飞机同一个方向,同一个速度,同步前行,则轮胎贴地面擦而不磨,磨而不损,适用于跑道上起降的各种不同型号固定翼飞机的轮胎上,轮胎使用寿命长。
风耳条阻碍面为逆面,逆方向为飞行顺向。飞机飞行的同一个方向产生高速度的空气逆流,其对风耳条的逆面产生强大的阻力,转动飞机轮胎速度与飞行速度相等同步而避免飞机轮胎磨损。
风耳条设计在飞机轮胎两侧的胎壁上,轮胎上的风耳条不能与地面磨檫,按飞机的种类、飞机加载总重量的大小轮胎上多加或少加风耳条。

图2是飞机防磨损轮胎技术的轮胎。(图2-①)是风耳条;(图2-②)轮胎胎壁,轮胎胎壁上可增加风耳条加快转数;(图2-③);轮胎胎面,着陆时贴地面摩擦的部位;(图2-④)轮胎的轮鼓;(图2-⑤)飞机降落前进方向;(图2-⑥)飞机前行时的逆向风力;(图2-⑦)飞机着陆时轮子与水泥地面贴地面摩擦的部位。飞机轮子底部贴地面的风耳条逆面方向朝前面(图2-①);风耳条的尾部在轮胎上面朝前面成顺面(图2-①)。
具体实施方式
制造飞机轮胎两侧胎壁上直接设计成风耳条(图1、图2);a)制造飞机轮胎时轮胎胎壁上设计风耳条;b)各种战斗机,大型运输机,大型客机等高速飞机的轮胎上多加风耳条;c)飞机升空收回机架时轮胎不能与机身内的其它零部件相接触,因为有风耳条飞机起飞时轮子的转速转快。此项先进技术可以解决跑道上起降的各种飞机轮胎爆胎的危险,延长飞机轮胎的使用寿命。

1.一种飞机防磨损轮胎技术,其特征;飞机轮台两侧的胎壁上设计弧形风力阻碍装置风耳条,风耳条似于三角弧形形状,风耳条阻碍面为风向的逆面,阻碍面厚宽,尾部薄窄,风耳条的尾部为顺方向的逆面,每个轮胎两侧上安装八个以上风耳条,飞机准备着陆降落时放下起落架时的同一个方向来之高速气流成轮胎被旋转至与飞机同一个方向,同一个速度,同步前行,则轮胎贴地面擦而不磨,磨而不损,适用于跑道上起降的各种不同型号固定翼飞机的轮胎上,轮胎使用寿命长。
