Abstract
一种管道混合器,包括主管体、设置于主管体上的混合装置、与混合装置切向连接的加药管、加水管,所述混合装置包括环形壳体、设置于环形壳体内的旋流片,环形壳体套设于主管体侧壁并与之密封,环形壳体内的主管体侧壁上围绕圆心开设有若干锥形孔。结构简单,可有效的二次混合,大大提高混合效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及投加药混合装置领域,尤其是涉及环保给排水领域的管道混合器。
背景技术
水处理中传统的混合方式主要有混合池混合、机械搅拌混合、水泵混合及管式混
合,管式混合能实现静态的混合,不需要消耗动能,故而相对其他几种混合方式而言较为常用。现有的管式混合器多采用在管道内设置多节固定叶片,使水流成对分流,同时产生涡旋反向旋转及交叉流动,可以使水流产生撞击而将混凝剂向各向扩散,有效增强了混合效果,但光靠叶片混合,混合效率仍然不高,不满足现有市场的需求,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,可有效的二次混合,大大提高混合效率的管道混合器。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种管道混合器,其特征在于包括主管体、设置于主管体上的混合装置、与混合装置切向连接的加药管、加水管,所述混合装置包括环形壳体、设置于环形壳体内的旋流片,环形壳体套设于主管体侧壁并与之密封,环形壳体内的主管体侧壁上围绕圆心开设有若干锥形孔。
作为优选,主管体内设置有多节螺旋叶片。
作为优选,螺旋叶片上均布有直径为2~5mm的通孔。
作为优选,主管体设置有锥形段,锥形段长度为主管体长度的1/3。
作为优选,主管体两端设置有连接法兰。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过设置混合装置进行一次混合,然后进入主管体进行二次混合,大大提高混合效率,满足市场需求。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种管道混合器,包括主管体1、设置于主管体1上的混合装置2、与混合装置2切向连接的加药管3、加水管4,所述混合装置2包括环形壳体2.1、设置于环形壳体2.1内的旋流片2.2,环形壳体2.1套设于主管体1侧壁并与之密封,环形壳体2.1内的主管体1侧壁上围绕圆心开设有若干锥形孔2.3。主管体1内设置有螺旋叶片1.1。螺旋叶片1.1上均布有直径为2~5mm的通孔1.1.1。主管体1设置有锥形段1.2,锥形段1.2长度为主管体1长度的1/3。主管体1两端设置有连接法兰5。

1.一种管道混合器,其特征在于包括主管体、设置于主管体上的混合装置、与混合装置切向连接的加药管、加水管,所述混合装置包括环形壳体、设置于环形壳体内的旋流片,环形壳体套设于主管体侧壁并与之密封,环形壳体内的主管体侧壁上围绕圆心开设有若干锥形孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道混合器,其特征在于主管体内设置有螺旋叶片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道混合器,其特征在于螺旋叶片上均布有直径为2~5mm的通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道混合器,其特征在于主管体设置有锥形段,锥形段长度为主管体长度的1/3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道混合器,其特征在于主管体两端设置有连接法兰。
