Abstract

本发明公开了一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，用于往乳液中添加酸液，混合器包括文丘里、转换板；文丘里包括管体、与乳液输出口相连通的第一入口、用于吸入酸液的第二入口、用于排出混合液的出口；转换板包括与酸液输出口相连通的第一孔、与第二入口相连通的第二孔、与乳液输出口相连通的第三孔、设于第三孔和乳液输出口之间的阀门；混合器处于工作状态时，第一孔与第二孔相连通，阀门关闭；混合器处于清洗状态时，第二孔与第三孔相连通，阀门打开，所液输出口用于输出清洗液。本发明一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，通过设置转换板，能够对文丘里的管体和酸液吸入口同时进行清洗的，在保证清洗效果的前提下，大大缩短了清洗时间。

一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器。
背景技术
在乳酸饮料生产线中，需要往奶液中添加酸液，通常采用文丘里式的静态混合器对两者进行混合。但由于文丘里混合器的结构较为复杂，清洗的时候存在一定困难，特别是吸入侧的腔体清洗。一般会将奶液吸入管路与酸液吸入管路分开清洗，清洗耗费的时间较长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，大大缩短了清洗时间。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，用于往乳液中添加酸液，所述混合器包括文丘里、转换板；
所述文丘里包括管体、设于所述管体上的与乳液输出口相连通的第一入口、设于所述管体上的用于吸入酸液的第二入口、设于所述管体上的用于排出混合液的出口；
所述转换板包括与酸液输出口相连通的第一孔、与所述第二入口相连通的第二孔、与所述乳液输出口相连通的第三孔、设于所述第三孔和所述乳液输出口之间的阀门；
所述混合器具有工作状态和清洗状态；
所述混合器处于所述工作状态时，所述第一孔与所述第二孔相连通，所述阀门关闭；
所述混合器处于所述清洗状态时，所述第二孔与所述第三孔相连通，所述阀门打开，所述乳液输出口用于输出清洗液。
优选地，所述转换板还包括第四孔，所述混合器处于所述清洗状态时，所述第一孔与所述第四孔相连通，所述酸液输出口用于输出清洗液。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：本发明一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，通过设置转换板，能够对文丘里的管体和酸液吸入口同时进行清洗的，在保证清洗效果的前提下，大大缩短了清洗时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图 1 所示，上述一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，用于往乳液中添加酸液并输出混合液，该混合器包括文丘里 1 、转换板 2 。
该文丘里 1 包括管体 11 、设于该管体 11 上的与乳液输出口 4 相连通的第一入口 12 、设于该管体 11 上的用于吸入酸液的第二入口 13 、设于该管体 11 上的用于排出混合液的出口 14 。该乳液通过第一入口 12 进入该文丘里 1 时，第二入口 13 处产生吸力将酸液同时吸入文丘里 1 ，使乳液和酸液混合的更为均匀彻底。
该转换板 2 包括与酸液输出口 5 相连通的第一孔 21 、与该第二入口 13 相连通的第二孔 22 、与该乳液输出口 4 相连通的第三孔 23 、设于该第三孔 23 和该乳液输出口 4 之间的阀门 3 。
该混合器具有工作状态和清洗状态；
该混合器处于工作状态时，第一孔 21 与第二孔 22 相连通，阀门 3 关闭；
该混合器处于清洗状态时，第二孔 22 与第三孔 23 相连通，阀门 3 打开，乳液输出口 4 用于输出清洗液。
在本实施例中，该转换板 2 还包括第四孔 24 ，该混合器处于清洗状态时，第一孔 21 与第四孔 24 相连通，酸液输出口 5 用于输出清洗液。
以下具体阐述下本实施例的工作过程：
往乳液中加酸混合时，连通第一孔 21 与第二孔 22 ，关闭阀门 3 ，乳液从第一入口 12 进入文丘里 1 ，酸液依次经过第一孔 21 、第二孔 22 、第二入口 13 后进入文丘里 1 ，乳液与酸液混合后从出口 14 输出；
清洗时，分别连通第二孔 22 与第三孔 23 ，第一孔 21 与第四孔 24 ，打开阀门 3 ，清洗液从乳液输出口 4 输出后，一路直接从第一入口 12 进入文丘里 1 ，另一路依次经过阀门 3 、第三孔 23 、第二孔 22 、第二入口 13 后进入文丘里 1 ，同时对管体 11 进行清洗；清洗液还从酸液输出口 5 输出，依次经过第一孔 21 和第四孔 24 ，对其进行清洗。

1.一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，用于往乳液中添加酸液，其特征在于：所述混合器包括文丘里、转换板；
所述文丘里包括管体、设于所述管体上的与乳液输出口相连通的第一入口、设于所述管体上的用于吸入酸液的第二入口、设于所述管体上的用于排出混合液的出口；
所述转换板包括与酸液输出口相连通的第一孔、与所述第二入口相连通的第二孔、与所述乳液输出口相连通的第三孔、设于所述第三孔和所述乳液输出口之间的阀门；
所述混合器具有工作状态和清洗状态；
所述混合器处于所述工作状态时，所述第一孔与所述第二孔相连通，所述阀门关闭；
所述混合器处于所述清洗状态时，所述第二孔与所述第三孔相连通，所述阀门打开，所述乳液输出口用于输出清洗液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速清洗的乳液加酸混合器，其特征在于：所述转换板还包括第四孔，所述混合器处于所述清洗状态时，所述第一孔与所述第四孔相连通，所述酸液输出口用于输出清洗液。
