本发明公开了一种碱喷淋塔,包括塔体,塔体侧部设有入气口、顶部设有出气口,塔体内上部设有一组喷淋头,喷淋头通过管道与塔体外的储液罐相连、并通过电机泵液;塔体内部喷淋头下方设有旋转涡轮,旋转涡轮通过主轴固定于塔体底部、且主轴将喷淋液引入塔体外的集液箱。本发明与传统技术相比,设计科学,处理废气效果明显,通过旋转涡轮吸收碱液与废气形成的泡沫,通过主轴引入集液箱起到了很好的泡沫处理效果。

本发明属于环保领域,具体涉及一种碱喷淋塔。
背景技术
废气处理主要是指针对工业场所产生的工业废气注入粉尘颗粒物、烟气烟尘、异味气体、有毒有害气体进行治理的工作。常见的废气处理有工厂烟尘废气净化、车间粉尘废气净化、有机废气净化、废气异味净化、酸碱废气净化、化工废气净化等。碱喷淋塔一般用于处理酸性废气,但是碱液与废气接触后形成泡沫后难以排除塔体。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种碱喷淋塔。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种碱喷淋塔,包括塔体,塔体侧部设有入气口、顶部设有出气口,塔体内上部设有一组喷淋头,喷淋头通过管道与塔体外的储液罐相连、并通过电机泵液;塔体内部喷淋头下方设有旋转涡轮,旋转涡轮通过主轴固定于塔体底部、且主轴将喷淋液引入塔体外的集液箱。
其中,所述集液箱通过阀门控制闭合。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,设计科学,处理废气效果明显,通过旋转涡轮吸收碱液与废气形成的泡沫,通过主轴引入集液箱起到了很好的泡沫处理效果。

如图1所示的一种碱喷淋塔,包括塔体1,塔体1侧部设有入气口2、顶部设有出气口3,塔体1内上部设有一组喷淋头4,喷淋头4通过管道与塔体1外的储液罐5相连、并通过电机6泵液;塔体1内部喷淋头4下方设有旋转涡轮7,旋转涡轮7通过主轴8固定于塔体1底部、且主轴8将喷淋液引入塔体1外的集液箱9,集液箱9通过阀门10控制闭合。

1.一种碱喷淋塔,包括塔体(1),其特征在于,塔体(1)侧部设有入气口(2)、顶部设有出气口(3),塔体(1)内上部设有一组喷淋头(4),喷淋头(4)通过管道与塔体(1)外的储液罐(5)相连、并通过电机(6)泵液;塔体(1)内部喷淋头(4)下方设有旋转涡轮(7),旋转涡轮(7)通过主轴(8)固定于塔体(1)底部、且主轴(8)将喷淋液引入塔体(1)外的集液箱(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碱喷淋塔,其特征在于,所述集液箱(9)通过阀门(10)控制闭合。
