本发明涉及一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋,包括泵袋、主带和延长带,所述泵袋的顶部设置有开口,所述主带与延长带的两端分别带有弹性粘扣,所述主带与延长带上分别固定设置有泵袋,所述袋体内侧包裹有充气包层,所述充气包层内设置有安置腔,所述安置腔内设置有干冰降温装置和胰岛素泵,所述干冰降温装置包括电源开关、控制器、温度传感器、干冰制作装置和干冰气化盒,所述循环管上设置有排气管和吸气泵,所述排气管和中间管上均设置有电磁阀,所述袋体表面设置有透视操作窗。本发明的优点在于:一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋使用灵活,可将胰岛素泵固定到腿部、腰部或肩膀上,同时自带干冰降温装置,能够自动进行降温,保证药效。

Description

一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械辅助用品技术领域,特别涉及一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋。
背景技术
胰岛素是由胰脏内的胰岛β细胞受内源性或外源性物质如葡萄糖、乳糖、核糖、精氨酸、胰高血糖素等的刺激而分泌的一种蛋白质激素。胰岛素是机体内唯一降低血糖的激素,同时促进糖原、脂肪、蛋白质合成。外源性胰岛素主要用来糖尿病治疗。
胰岛素泵由泵、小注射器和与之相连的输液管组成。小注射器最多可以容纳3毫升的胰岛素,注射器装入泵中后,将相连的输液管前端的引导针用注针器扎入患者的皮下(常规为腹壁),再由电池驱动胰岛素泵的螺旋马达推动小注射器的活塞,将胰岛素输注到体内胰岛素泵的基本用途是模拟胰腺的分泌功能,按照人体需要的剂量将胰岛素持续地推注到使用者的皮下,保持全天血糖稳定,以达到控制糖尿病的目的。
随身携带的胰岛素需要避免高温和避免光照低于30℃时存放,目前,使用胰岛素泵的糖尿病患者,需要长期或终身携带胰岛素泵,胰岛素泵紧贴着人体,会使胰岛素的温度升高,而从而影响药物疗效,尤其是夏季天气比较炎热,更加需要对胰岛素进行降温并保持一定的温度范围。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够保持恒温且使用方便的一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋,其创新点在于:包括泵袋、主带和延长带,所述泵袋的顶部设置有开口,所述主带与延长带的两端分别带有弹性粘扣,所述主带上固定设置有泵袋,所述泵袋内侧包裹有充气包层,所述充气包层内设置有安置腔,所述安置腔内设置有干冰降温装置和胰岛素泵,所述干冰降温装置包括电源开关、控制器、温度传感器、干冰制作装置和干冰气化盒,所述干冰制作装置的出口与所述干冰气化盒的入口通过中间管相连通,所述干冰气化盒的出口与干冰制作装置的入口通过循环管相连通,所述循环管上设置有排气管和吸气泵,所述排气管和中间管上均设置有电磁阀,所述电磁阀与控制器电连接,所述温度传感器、干冰制作装置与控制器电相连,所述袋体表面设置有透视操作窗。
进一步的,所述主带与延长带均为弹力带,所述延长带和主带的带体表面可设置若干波浪纹。
进一步的,所述弹性粘扣具有一定的长度。
进一步的,所述泵袋的开口通过拉链相连接。
进一步的,所述干冰降温装置还包括纽扣电池。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋使用灵活,可将胰岛素泵固定到腿部、腰部或肩膀上,同时自带干冰降温装置,能够自动进行降温,保证药效,给使用胰岛素泵的糖尿病患者提供了极大的方便。
(2)所述主带与延长带均为弹力带,所述延长带和主带的带体表面可设置若干波浪纹,符合人体工程力学,防脱滑效果佳,舒服度强。
(3)所述弹性粘扣具有一定的长度,可根据人体胖瘦不同调整松紧度。
(4)所述泵袋的开口通过拉链相连接,防止胰岛素泵滑出,便于更换胰岛素。
(5)所述干冰降温装置还包括纽扣电池,重量轻,便于携带。

具体实施方式
下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
如图1所示,一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋,包括泵袋1、主带2和延长带3,泵袋1的顶部设置有开口,泵袋1的开口通过拉链4相连接,主带2与延长带3均为弹力带,延长带3和主带2的带体表面可设置若干波浪纹5,符合人体工程力学,防脱滑效果佳,舒服度强。主带2与延长带3的两端分别带有弹性粘扣6,弹性粘扣6具有一定的长度,主带2上固定设置有泵袋1,泵袋1内侧包裹有充气包层,能够起到恒温作用,充气包层内设置有干冰降温装置7和用来放置胰岛素泵的安置腔,干冰降温装置7包括电源开关8、纽扣电池9、控制器10、温度传感器11、干冰制作装置12和干冰气化盒13,干冰制作装置12的出口与干冰气化盒13的入口通过中间管14相连通,干冰气化盒13的出口与干冰制作装置12的入口通过循环管15相连通,循环管15上设置有排气管16和吸气泵17,排气管16和中间管14上均设置有电磁阀18,电磁阀18与控制器10电连接,温度传感器11、干冰制作装置12与控制器10电相连,泵袋1表面设置有透视操作窗19,能够通过窗口19操作胰岛素泵的按键。
胰岛素泵里面安装的是速效胰岛素,尚未使用的时候冷藏在2-8℃的冰箱中(勿接近冰箱的冷冻室),不可冷冻,随身携带的胰岛素避免高温和避免光照低于30℃时存放4周,使用中的可在室温下(低于30度)存放4周。
使用时,可将胰岛素泵放入泵袋1内,拉上拉链,然后利用弹性带体,固定在腿上或腰部或肩膀上,主带2一般是用于在腿部固定,如果在腰部或肩膀上固定,主带2长度不够,可接上延长带3,利用延长带3的粘扣一端与主带2的粘扣另一端粘贴在一起,这样就可在腰部固定,最后打开电源开关8。
干冰降温装置7的工作过程是,当温度传感器11检测到胰岛素泵的温度高于25℃时,通过控制器10开启干冰制作装置12,可将气态二氧化碳转化成干冰后进入干冰气化盒13,干冰在干冰气化盒13中发生气化吸热,气态二氧化碳经循环管14上的吸气泵17吸入干冰制作装置再次制作成干冰,形成干冰循环降温系统;当温度传感器11检测到胰岛素泵的温度低于18℃时,通过控制器10关闭干冰制作装置12。

1.一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋,其特征在于:包括泵袋、主带和延长带,所述泵袋的顶部设置有开口,所述主带与延长带的两端分别带有弹性粘扣,所述主带上固定设置有泵袋,所述泵袋内侧包裹有充气包层,所述充气包层内设置有安置腔,所述安置腔内设置有干冰降温装置和胰岛素泵,所述干冰降温装置包括电源开关、控制器、温度传感器、干冰制作装置和干冰气化盒,所述干冰制作装置的出口与所述干冰气化盒的入口通过中间管相连通,所述干冰气化盒的出口与干冰制作装置的入口通过循环管相连通,所述循环管上设置有排气管和吸气泵,所述排气管和中间管上均设置有电磁阀,所述电磁阀与控制器电连接,所述温度传感器、干冰制作装置与控制器电相连,所述袋体表面设置有透视操作窗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胰岛素泵恒温固定袋,其特征在于:所述主带与延长带均为弹力带,所述延长带和主带的带体表面可设置若干波浪纹。
