Abstract

本血液采输机用药液恒温仪,包括盒体与盒盖,盒体内侧固连加热板,其上有加热环、加热板温度传感器和药液袋温度传感器,盒体内侧有药液袋挂钩、与血液采输机气泵连通的通气软管;盒盖内侧设置由滑动销杆支撑和定位环限位的压板,压板上有药液袋温度传感器,压板与盒盖之间有一气囊,该气囊与血液采输机内气泵连通,与加热环连接的加热环电源线通过电源线插座与血液采输机加热控制电路连接,各温度传感器对应的温度探测线缆端部设置线缆接插件,通过温度监控器上对应的接插件与血液采输机自动温控电路连接。采取本血液采输机用药液恒温仪后,在采输血液过程中补充的药液温度得到提升,避免冷药液注入献血员或患者静脉后发生不适和冷寒战的情况。

血液采输机用药液恒温仪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗设备,特别是一种血液采输机用药液恒温仪。
背景技术
目前,在血浆采集与血细胞采集的机用设备上虽然很多都添加了药液补充输入功能,但不能对药液进行加热处理,过冷药液的输注可能导致人体不适或发生冷寒战的情况。所以在使用前,为使献血者感觉舒适,避免出现不良反应,只能将药液袋提前放置于恒温箱内或放入其他加热器具内进行预先加热处理,但在使用时由于取出恒温箱后已经开始逐渐冷却,所以保温效果并不理想,同时也增加了操作者的工作量,在需求量较大时,需提前一天进行恒温预热处理,增加了恒温设备的配置数,使用过程也存在取用药液袋不便,以及由于其他加热方式的不可控制因素导致加热温度过高产生破坏血液细胞的风险。在没有恒温设备对药液进行预热处理时,就只能采用降低药液补充速度的方式,以使较冷的药液缓慢输注,这样又大幅度降低了工作效率。
发明内容
鉴于目前在血浆采集与血细胞采集的机用设备上缺少对补充输液的药液进行加热的设备,本发明的目的是设计一种与血液采输机配套使用的药液恒温仪,对补充人体的药液按机器设定程序自动进行加热、恒温、控温,实现输注药液接近人体正常体温的目的。
本发明是一种血液采输机用药液恒温仪,包括盒体与盒盖,二者由铰链连接并设置闭合锁,其特征在于盒体内侧固连有加热板,加热板上有加热环、加热环电源线和加热板温度传感器,位于加热环的非加热区表面有药液袋温度传感器,加热板上对应于温度传感器分别设置有温度探测线缆,盒体内侧上部有药液袋挂钩,下部有与血液采输机气泵连通的通气软管;盒盖下端有软管通道,盒盖内侧设置一块由滑动销杆支撑和定位环限位的压板,滑动销杆固定在盒盖上,定位环固定在滑动销杆顶端,压板活动安装在滑动销杆上,压板上有药液袋温度传感器及温度探测线缆,压板与盒盖之间固定有气囊,该气囊与盒体下部的通气软管连通,通过通气软管与血液采输机内加气泵连通,对应于各温度传感器的温度探测线缆端部均设置有线缆接插件,分别通过温度监控器上对应的接插件与血液采输机内部的自动控制电路连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:
本血液采输机用药液恒温仪在使用时,首先打开盒盖,将已经与血液采输耗材的穿刺器连接的药液袋悬挂于盒体内的挂钩上,使药液袋自然垂直悬挂在加热板侧面,关闭盒盖,血液采输软管通过盒盖下端的软管通道穿出药液恒温仪到达使用部位,通过血液采输机程序操作,使血液采输机按预先设定程序对加热板通电加热,并通过血液采输机加气泵对气囊充气,使气囊膨胀后推动压板沿滑动销杆移动,直到压板表面完全压住药液袋体,并推动药液袋体移动到加热板表面,这样就保证药液袋体两面分别紧贴在加热板与压板表面被加热到设定温度,同时保证加热板上的加热区药液袋温度传感器与压板表面的药液袋温度传感器紧贴药液袋表面,保证温度探测的准确与可靠,作为安全保障双保险。当药液被使用时,随着药液袋体的缩小,气囊内的空气压力继续推动压板滑动,压住药液袋,令其贴于压板和加热板两表面间。当药液即将输送完毕时,压板已经被气囊压到滑动销杆的定位环,使压板不再移动。采集结束后血液采输机自动排除气囊空气,为下一采集过程作准备。
   本发明有如下特点:
1.      操作简便,只需连接药液袋后挂入恒温仪挂钩,关闭恒温仪盒盖,启动程序即可;
2.      温度的设定、探测、控制由血液采输机内微电脑自动运行;
3.      安全保障采取双面探测药液袋表面温度,作到双保险,并由微电脑按设定程序自动控制;
4.      内设气囊,通过血液采输机控制加气,使药液袋充分接触加热、探测表面,保证加热、探测药液袋温度的高效、可靠。
采取本发明的药液恒温仪后,在采输血液过程中补充的药液温度得到提升,令献血员或患者避免了冷药液注入静脉后的不适和发生冷寒战的情况,特别是在气温较低情况下是一种关爱献血员或患者健康、以人为本的具体体现。

血液采输机用药液恒温仪如图所示:盒体1、加热板2、非加热区温度探测线缆3、定位环4、盒盖通道5、气囊6、压板7、盒盖8、滑动销杆9、加热环10、加热板温度传感器11、挂钩12、药液袋温度传感器一13、药液袋温度传感器二14、通气软管15、盒盖铰链16、压板温度探测线缆17、闭合锁18、加热区温度探测线缆19、加热环电源线20、压板温度探测线缆插头21、加热环电源插头22、加热区温度探测线缆插头23、加热区药液袋温度探测线缆插头24组成。盒体1通过固连方式与血液采输机侧壁固定,盒体1内侧固连有加热板2,加热板2上有加热环10,加热环10上有加热环电源线20和加热板温度传感器11,加热环10的中心非加热区表面有加热区药液袋温度传感器一13,加热板2上分别设置加热区温度探测线缆19和非加热区温度探测线缆3,加热环电源线20通过加热环电源插头22与血液采输机加热控制电路连接,加热板温度传感器11与加热区温度探测线缆19相连,加热区药液袋温度传感器一13与非加热区温度探测线缆3相连,盒体1内侧上部有药液袋挂钩12,下部有与血液采输机气泵连通的通气软管15;盒盖8下端面有软管通道5,盒盖8内侧设置一块由滑动销杆9支撑和定位环4限位的压板7,滑动销杆9固定在盒盖8上,定位环4固定在滑动销杆9顶端,压板7活动安装在滑动销杆9上,压板7中央有药液袋温度传感器二14,压板7外侧连接有温度探测线缆17,药液袋温度传感器二14与温度探测线缆17相连,压板7与盒盖8之间固定有气囊6,该气囊6与盒体1下部的通气软管15连通,通过通气软管15与血液采输机内加气泵连通,与温度传感器11、13、14相连的温度探测线缆19、3和17分别连接线缆插头23、24和21,通过温度监控器上对应的接插件与血液采输机内部的自动控制电路连接。
当药液袋与血液采输软管连接后,将药液袋倒挂在挂钩12上,血液采输软管通过软管通道5穿出药液恒温仪到达使用部位,在关闭盒盖8时,盒盖8上的闭合锁18锁紧盒盖8,操作血液采输机,相关温控程序开始启动,加热板2开始加热,加气泵对气囊6加气,气囊6膨胀后推动压板7沿滑动销杆9移动并压住药液袋,使药液袋两面分别紧贴加热板2和压板7,同时保证药液袋两侧分别与温度传感器一13和温度传感器二14完全接触,以此保证温度探测的准确可靠,并保障药液温度安全。

1.一种血液采输机用药液恒温仪,包括盒体(1)与盒盖(8),二者由铰链(16)连接并设置闭合锁(18),其特征在于盒体内侧固连有加热板(2),加热板上有加热环(10)、加热环电源线(20)和加热板温度传感器(11),位于加热环(10)的非加热区表面有药液袋温度传感器一(13),加热板上对应于加热板温度传感器(11)和药液袋温度传感器一(13)分别设置有温度探测线缆,盒体内侧上部有药液袋挂钩(12),下部有与血液采输机气泵连通的通气软管(15);盒盖下端有软管通道(5),盒盖内侧设置一块由滑动销杆(9)支撑和定位环(4)限位的压板(7),滑动销杆(9)固定在盒盖(8)上,定位环(4)固定在滑动销杆(9)顶端,压板(7)活动安装在滑动销杆(9)上,压板上有药液袋温度传感器二(14)及温度探测线缆,压板与盒盖之间固定有气囊(6),该气囊与盒体下部的通气软管(15)连通,通过通气软管与血液采输机内加气泵连通,对应于各温度传感器的温度探测线缆端部均设置有线缆接插件,分别通过温度监控器上对应的接插件与血液采输机内部的自动控制电路连接。
