Abstract
本发明属于鱼饲料技术领域,具体公开了一种添加益生菌的罗非鱼饲料,含有以下重量百分数的各营养成分:粗蛋白25%~35%,粗脂肪3%~6%,灰分6%~10%,碳水化合物35%~55%,水分8%~10%,益生菌0.1%~0.7%。本发明在普通罗非鱼饲料基础上添加复合益生菌,满足罗非鱼生长发育的基本营养物质需求,同时调节其消化道的菌群平衡,产生抗菌物质,提高机体的免疫力,减少抗生素用量,对生产优质罗非鱼和绿色养殖具有重要意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及鱼饲料技术领域,具体地,涉及一种添加益生菌的罗非鱼饲料。
背景技术
罗非鱼自上世纪70年代引入我国,由于具有生长快、养殖周期短、食性广、饵料要求低、病害少、对环境适应性强、群体繁殖力强等优点,因而其养殖得到快速发展。我国现已成为世界上最大的罗非鱼养殖以及出口国家,罗非鱼在解决人们动物性蛋白来源、提高生活水平等方面发挥重要作用,具有广泛的发展空间和良好的市场前景。
目前,人工养殖业面临着养殖水体污染严重、鱼病病原菌复杂化、鱼病流行化等问题。养殖者为了防治鱼病,通常在投喂饲料时添加一定量的抗生素,为了提高药效,部分养殖者会随意加大使用剂量。研究表明,滥用抗生素会导致病原菌出现抗药性。市面上大多数罗非鱼饲料只能提供必需的营养成分,没有添加益生菌,不能及时调整罗非鱼肠道菌群,不能产生抗菌物质,制约其生长速度及鱼肉品质。养殖过程也会导致鱼药和抗生素大量使用,造成动物体内药物残留超标,存在食品安全隐患和环境污染。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种添加益生菌的罗非鱼饲料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种添加益生菌的罗非鱼饲料,含有以下重量百分数的各营养成分:粗蛋白25%~35%,粗脂肪3%~6%,灰分6%~10%,碳水化合物35%~55%,水分8%~10%,益生菌0.1%~0.7%。
优选地,所述饲料含有以下重量百分数的各原料:蛋白源原料65~85%,脂肪源原料2~5%,糖源原料25~35%,复合维生素0.4~1%,复合矿物盐1~1.5%,益生菌0.1~0.7%。
更优选地,所述饲料含有以下重量百分数的各原料:蛋白源原料65~70%,脂肪源原料2~5%,糖源原料25~30%,复合维生素0.4~1%,复合矿物盐0.5~1%,益生菌0.1~0.7%。
更优选地,所述蛋白源原料为鱼粉、豆粕、加拿大菜粕、米糠粕、花生麸、结晶氨基酸中的一种或多种。更优选地,所述结晶氨基酸为L-蛋氨酸和L-赖氨酸硫酸盐。
更优选地,所述脂肪源原料为豆油或大豆卵磷脂或其混合物。
更优选地,所述糖源原料为面粉或α-淀粉或其混合物。
优选地,所述复合维生素为硫胺素、核黄素、吡哆醛、尼克酸、泛酸钙、生物素、叶酸、肌醇、维生素E、维生素A、维生素B12、维生素K3、维生素D3、氯化胆碱或维C磷酸酯中的一种或多种;所述复合矿物盐为ZnSO4·7H2O、MnSO4·H2O、KI、FeSO4·7H2O、MgSO4·7H2O、CuSO4·5H2O、CoCl2·6H2O、KCl和NaCl,纤维素作为填充载体。
维生素、矿物盐添加种类和数量根据罗非鱼需求进行科学配比添加,维生素添加量(mg/kg):硫胺素(B1),20;核黄素(B2),20,吡哆醛(B6),10;尼克酸(B3),10;泛酸钙(B5),50;生物素(H),1;叶酸,5;肌醇,500;维生素E,50;维生素A,2;维生素B12,0.02;维生素K3,10;维生素D3,0.05,氯化胆碱,2000;维C磷酸酯,1000;矿物盐添加量(mg/kg):ZnSO4·7H2O525.46,MnSO4·H2O 49.22,KI 5.23,FeSO4·7H2O 238.83,MgSO4·7H2O 4061.5,CuSO4·5H2O 11.82,CoCl2·6H2O 0.2,KCl 600,NaCl 400。
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,又称为微生态制剂,可以定植于动物消化道的安全可靠微生物菌种。将益生菌添加到水产饲料中,维持动物消化道的菌群平衡,产生抗菌物质,抑制有害菌群,提高动物机体的免疫力。可以增强动物消化吸收功能,参与机体物质代谢,合成营养成分,提高生长速度。
优选地,所述益生菌为芽孢杆菌、酵母菌或乳酸菌或其复合菌群。
更优选地,本发明所述益生菌为芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸菌的混合物,单位体积益生菌中,芽孢杆菌:酵母菌:乳酸菌的个数比为4~5:2~3:2~3。最优选地,单位体积益生菌中,芽孢杆菌:酵母菌:乳酸菌的个数比为4:3:3。
优选地,所述饲料还含有磷酸二氢钙,其添加量为1~2%。
更优选地,所述复合维生素中维C磷酸酯和氯化胆碱的用量分别占总量的1/8和1/4。
更优选地,所述罗非鱼饲料由以下重量百分数的各原料组成:鱼粉2%、豆粕18%、加拿大菜粕32%、面粉25%、米糠粕3.85~4.16%、花生麸10%、α-淀粉3%、磷酸二氢钙2%、豆油1%、大豆卵磷脂1%、益生菌0.34~0.65%、复合维生素0.8%、复合矿物盐0.5%、L-蛋氨酸0.1%、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐0.1%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的添加益生菌的罗非鱼饲料与普通无添加益生菌的罗非鱼饲料相比,能为罗非鱼生长提供必需的营养物质同时,还可以调节其消化道的菌群平衡,增强罗非鱼消化吸收功能,产生抗菌物质,提高机体的免疫力,抑制有害菌群。用本发明配方投喂罗非鱼比普通饲料投喂的罗非鱼生长速度更快,血液生化指标、酶活以及肝脏酶活明显优于普通饲料投喂的罗非鱼。本发明配方投喂的罗非鱼饵料系数更低,血脂含量更低,其免疫力和抗应激能力也相应提高。本发明原料中的蛋白源原料采用低水平的鱼粉与高水平植物性蛋白组合方案,不仅降低了生产成本,克服了单一蛋白源氨基酸不平衡的问题,而且产品本身对环境更友好。本发明原料中使用磷酸二氢钙作为钙和磷的补充来源,根据罗非鱼对钙和磷的需求进行科学配比,能同时提高利用率,减少磷的排放和减少环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作出进一步地详细阐述,所述实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。下述实施例中所使用的试验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所使用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,为可从商业途径得到的试剂和材料。
实施例1
试验采用单因子试验设计,罗非鱼选用平均初重约13.3g,随机分成4组,分别以表1所示配方1、2、3、4配制饲料,配方1为未添加益生菌基础饲料,配方2添加0.34%益生菌,配方3添加0.65%益生菌,配方4添加0.79%益生菌。试验为期56d,整个试验期间基础饲料如配方1,配方1、2、3、4组成及营养水平见表1。

注:所述的复合维生素(mg/kg饲料):硫胺素(B1),20;核黄素(B2),20,吡哆醛(B6),10;尼克酸(B3),10;泛酸钙(B5),50;生物素(H),1;叶酸,5;肌醇,500;维生素E,50;维生素A,2;维生素B12,0.02;维生素K3,10;维生素D3,0.05,胆碱,2000;维C磷酸酯,1000;纤维素作为填充载体。
所述的复合矿物盐(mg/kg饲料):ZnSO4·7H2O,525.46;MnSO4·H2O,49.22;KI,5.23;FeSO4·7H2O,238.83;MgSO4·7H2O,4061.5;CuSO4·5H2O,11.82;CoCl2·6H2O,0.2;KCl,600;NaCl,400;纤维素作为填充载体。
所述的益生菌由芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸菌组成,单位体积益生菌中,芽孢杆菌:酵母菌:乳酸菌的个数比为4:3:3。所述芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌均是本领域商业使用的菌株。
试验指标包括:增重率WG(%),特定生长率SGR(%d-1),饲料系数(FCR),成活率SR(%),蛋白质效率(PER)。指标计算公式如下:
特定生长率SGR(%d-1)=100×(ln终末均重-ln初始均重)/实验天数
增重率WG(%)=(终均重-初均重)×100/初均重
成活率SR(%)=实验结束时剩鱼尾数×100/实验开始时放鱼尾数
饲料系数(FCR)=饲料投喂量/(终末体重-初始体重)
蛋白质效率(PER)=(终末体重-初始体重)/蛋白质投喂量

配方2试验组与配方1试验组对比可以看出,添加0.34%益生菌饲料生长明显优于无添加组,从血液生化指标或酶活以及肝脏酶活来看,同样明显优于无添加组。可见,饲料中添加0.34%的益生菌能够促进生长,降低罗非鱼血脂,提高罗非鱼的免疫力与抗应激能力。
配方3试验组与配方1试验组对比可以看出,添加0.65%益生菌饲料生长明显优于无添加组,从血液生化指标或酶活以及肝脏酶活来看,同样明显优于无添加组。可见,饲料中添加0.65%的益生菌能够促进生长,降低罗非鱼血脂,提高罗非鱼的免疫力与抗应激能力。
对比例:
配方4实验组与配方1试验组对比可以看出,添加0.79%益生菌饲料生长明显优于无添加组,从血液生化指标或酶活以及肝脏酶活来看,同样明显优于无添加组。可见,饲料中添加0.79%的益生菌能够促进生长,降低罗非鱼血脂,提高罗非鱼的免疫力与抗应激能力。然而配方4实验组与配方2和配方3比较而言,虽然添加比例增大,但是生长及免疫及抗氧化酶活性却没有增强,甚至有些有下降的趋势,说明,益生菌超过一定量对生长与免疫或抗氧化的提高也没有帮助。
Claims (10)
1.一种添加益生菌的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,含有以下重量百分数的各营养成分:粗蛋白25%~35%,粗脂肪3%~6%,灰分6%~10%,碳水化合物35%~55%,水分8%~10%,益生菌0.1%~0.7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料含有以下重量百分数的各原料:蛋白源原料65~85%,脂肪源原料2~5%,糖源原料25~35%,复合维生素0.4~1%,复合矿物盐0.5~1%,益生菌0.1~0.7%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述蛋白源原料为鱼粉、豆粕、加拿大菜粕、米糠粕、花生麸、结晶氨基酸中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述脂肪源原料为豆油或大豆卵磷脂或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述糖源原料为面粉或α-淀粉或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求2所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素为硫胺素、核黄素、吡哆醛、尼克酸、泛酸钙、生物素、叶酸、肌醇、维生素E、维生素A、维生素B12、维生素K3、维生素D3、氯化胆碱或维C磷酸酯中的一种或多种;所述复合矿物盐为ZnSO4•7H2O、MnSO4•H2O、KI、FeSO4•7H2O、MgSO4•7H2O、CuSO4•5H2O、CoCl2•6H2O、KCl和NaCl,纤维素作为填充载体。
7.根据权利要求2所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述益生菌为芽孢杆菌、酵母菌或乳酸菌或其复合菌群。
8.根据权利要求2所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料含有磷酸二氢钙,其添加量为1~2%。
9.根据权利要求6所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素中维C磷酸酯和氯化胆碱的用量分别占总量的1/8和1/4。
10.根据权利要求2所述的罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述罗非鱼饲料由以下重量百分数的各原料组成:鱼粉2%、豆粕18%、加拿大菜粕32%、面粉25%、米糠粕3.85~4.16%、花生麸10%、α-淀粉3%、磷酸二氢钙2%、豆油1%、大豆卵磷脂1%、益生菌0.34~0.65%、复合维生素0.8%、复合矿物盐0.5%、L-蛋氨酸0.1%、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐0.1%。
