Abstract

本发明提供一种凸极电磁与隐形磁极混合励磁发电装置,属于汽车电机电器技术领域。由前端盖、后端盖、电子稳压控制器、混合励磁转子、定子组成,矩形永磁钢安装在转子铁芯T字型凸极的切向矩形槽内,电励磁绕组缠绕在T字型凸极上,发电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,产生的磁场直接面对气隙,漏磁少,通过调节电励磁绕组通电电流的大小和方向,使永磁场和电磁场合成后的磁场可以调节,发电机输出电压稳定,保证汽车电器设备的安全性和使用可靠性。

本发明提供一种凸极电磁与隐形磁极混合励磁发电装置,属于汽车电机电器技术领域。
背景技术
汽车工业是现代工业的标志,是国民经济发展的主导产业,在工农业生产、交通运输、以及人类生产生活的各个方面都起着不可缺少的作用,目前与汽车配套使用的发电机,普遍存在着输出电压不稳定的问题,不能满足用户使用要求。如中国专利公报2001年8月8日公告的发明专利:稳压永磁发电机,申请号:00 1 12053.0,由机壳、机座、动力轴、转子、永磁磁钢、定子、定子绕组、定子座、定子滑动套、平衡弹簧、防旋转连接螺钉、滑动块、调节转轴、定位轴承、调节转轴驱动机构及自动反馈控制电路等组成,动力转动轴通过定位轴承固定在机座上,转子固定在动力转动轴上,定子滑动套的一端固定在机座上,定子滑动套上沿轴向开有通槽,平衡弹簧设置于定子滑动套内,该弹簧的一端由定子滑动套的一端面阻挡,另一端推顶置于定子滑动套内的滑动块,该滑动块与定子座之间由穿过滑动套通槽的防旋转连接螺钉固定连接,该滑动块中心与调节转轴的一端呈螺纹活动连接,自动反馈控制电路的检测信号输入端并接于定子绕组输出端,该电路的控制信号输出端接至驱动机构的受控制端。该稳压永磁发电机结构复杂,成本高,其使用性能有待于进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷,发电装置气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,磁场可以调节,输出电压稳定,使用安装方便的凸极电磁与隐形磁极混合励磁发电装置,其技术内容为:
凸极电磁与隐形磁极混合励磁发电装置由电子稳压控制器、前端盖、后端盖、混合励磁转子、定子组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由凸极电励磁转子和永磁隐形磁极转子组成;
永磁隐形磁极转子由轴、矩形永磁钢、转子铁芯组成,转子铁芯上均布有偶数个T字型凸极,所有T字型凸极横向部分的外侧均为圆弧且在同一圆周上,所有T字型凸极横向部分的内侧均为直线且与同一圆周相切,每隔一个T字型凸极设有贯穿转子铁芯厚度的切向矩形槽且切向矩形槽在T字型凸极横向部分的内部中间靠近外端处,切向矩形槽的外端与T字型凸极横向部分的外圆弧不连通,切向矩形槽的内端与T字型凸极横向部分的内端不连通,将矩形永磁钢依次安放在T字型凸极内的切向矩形槽内且矩形永磁钢的外侧均为N极,矩形永磁钢的S极均通过转子铁芯引到T字型凸极横向部分内部无切向矩形槽的T字型凸极的外圆弧面上,形成隐形磁极的S极,转子铁芯压装在轴上。
工作原理:汽车发动机带动混合励磁发电装置皮带轮转动,即转子磁场旋转,电枢绕组切割磁力线,产生电动势,为汽车用电设备提供电源。
本发明与现有技术相比,矩形永磁钢安装在转子铁芯T字型凸极的切向矩形槽内,电励磁绕组缠绕在T字型凸极上,发电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,产生的磁场直接面对气隙,漏磁少,通过调节电励磁绕组通电电流的大小和方向,使永磁场和电磁场合成后的磁场可以调节,发电机输出电压稳定,保证汽车电器设备的安全性和使用可靠性。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
凸极电磁与隐形磁极混合励磁发电装置由电子稳压控制器1、前端盖7、后端盖3、混合励磁转子、定子4组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由凸极电励磁转子和永磁隐形磁极转子组成;
永磁隐形磁极转子由轴2、矩形永磁钢5、转子铁芯6组成,转子铁芯6上均布有偶数个T字型凸极,所有T字型凸极横向部分的外侧均为圆弧且在同一圆周上,所有T字型凸极横向部分的内侧均为直线且与同一圆周相切,每隔一个T字型凸极设有贯穿转子铁芯6厚度的切向矩形槽且切向矩形槽在T字型凸极横向部分的内部中间靠近外端处,切向矩形槽的外端与T字型凸极横向部分的外圆弧不连通,切向矩形槽的内端与T字型凸极横向部分的内端不连通,将矩形永磁钢5依次安放在T字型凸极内的切向矩形槽内且矩形永磁钢5的外侧均为N极,矩形永磁钢5的S极均通过转子铁芯引到T字型凸极横向部分内部无切向矩形槽的T字型凸极的外圆弧面上,形成隐形磁极的S极,转子铁芯6压装在轴2上。

1.一种凸极电磁与隐形磁极混合励磁发电装置,由电子稳压控制器(1)、前端盖(7)、后端盖(3)、混合励磁转子、定子(4)组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由凸极电励磁转子和永磁隐形磁极转子组成;
永磁隐形磁极转子由轴(2)、矩形永磁钢(5)、转子铁芯(6)组成,转子铁芯(6)上均布有偶数个T字型凸极,所有T字型凸极横向部分的外侧均为圆弧且在同一圆周上,所有T字型凸极横向部分的内侧均为直线且与同一圆周相切,每隔一个T字型凸极设有贯穿转子铁芯(6)厚度的切向矩形槽且切向矩形槽在T字型凸极横向部分的内部中间靠近外端处,切向矩形槽的外端与T字型凸极横向部分的外圆弧不连通,切向矩形槽的内端与T字型凸极横向部分的内端不连通,将矩形永磁钢(5)依次安放在T字型凸极内的切向矩形槽内且矩形永磁钢(5)的外侧均为N极,矩形永磁钢(5)的S极均通过转子铁芯引到T字型凸极横向部分内部无切向矩形槽的T字型凸极的外圆弧面上,形成隐形磁极的S极,转子铁芯(6)压装在轴(2)上。
