本发明公开了一种换向器铜片,包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,其特征在于:所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧,圆柱压缩弹簧固定在条形柱上,条形柱在主片体的内侧面固定安装,所述条形柱焊接固定在主片体内侧面。本发明成本低,制作方便,而且能够增强换向器成型时与换向器基体之间的结合力,提高换向器产品的机械强度和超速性能。

本发明涉及换向器技术领域,具体涉及一种换向器铜片的改进发明。
背景技术:
换向器一般由换向器基体和在换向器基体的外圆作圆周排布的换向器铜片组成,换向器铜片的基本构造为:包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,在换向器成型时,主片体通过勾脚植入换向器基体内与换向器基体牢固结合在一起。现有技术的换向器铜片,勾脚通常与主片体一起冲制成型,勾脚一定是冲压金属件,因此受限于勾脚的结构设计,要进一步增强换向器成型时与换向器基体之间的结合力存在较大技术困难,换向器产品机械强度和超速性能不能得到更进一步的提高,因此不能很好满足电动工具越来越高的速度要求。
发明内容:
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在提供一种成本低,制作方便,而且能够增强换向器成型时与换向器基体之间的结合力,提高换向器产品的机械强度和超速性能的换向器铜片。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
一种换向器铜片,包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,其特征在于:所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧,圆柱压缩弹簧固定在条形柱上,条形柱在主片体的内侧面固定安装。
上述技术方案的换向器铜片,勾脚不是采用冲压金属件而是采用了圆柱压缩弹簧来进行代替,圆柱压缩弹簧在换向器成型时,圆柱压缩弹簧的各圈空隙之间及弹簧内孔均会充填满电木粉材料,从而与换向器基体之间形成更可靠、更牢固的结合,有效增强换向器成型时与换向器基体之间的结合力,提高换向器产品的机械强度和超速性能。
作为优选,所述条形柱焊接固定在主片体内侧面。这样一来,主片体的铜材用料就会大大节省,降低成本。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,本发明的一种换向器铜片,包括主片体1和设于主片体1内侧面的上下两只勾脚,所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧2,圆柱压缩弹簧2固定在条形柱3上,所述条形柱3以焊接方式在主片体1的内侧面固定安装。
上述的换向器铜片,勾脚采用了圆柱压缩弹簧,圆柱压缩弹簧在换向器成型时,圆柱压缩弹簧的各圈空隙之间及弹簧内孔均会充填满电木粉材料,从而与换向器基体之间形成更可靠、更牢固的结合,有效增强换向器成型时与换向器基体之间的结合力,提高换向器产品的机械强度和超速性能。

1.一种换向器铜片,包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,其特征在于:所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧,圆柱压缩弹簧固定在条形柱上,条形柱在主片体的内侧面固定安装。
