本发明公开了钩型换向器,包括换向器基体和在换向器基体外圆作圆周排布的换向器铜片,换向器铜片的顶部设有弯钩,相邻换向器铜片的片间通过云母片进行绝缘隔离,换向器铜片包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,勾脚植入换向器基体与换向器基体牢固结合,其特征在于:所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧,圆柱压缩弹簧固定在条形柱上,条形柱在主片体的内侧面固定安装。本发明成本低,制作方便,而且能够增强换向器成型时换向器铜片与换向器基体之间的结合力,提高换向器产品的机械强度和超速性能。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及的是一种钩型换向器的改进发明。
【背景技术】
钩型换向器一般由换向器基体和在换向器基体的外圆作圆周排布的换向器铜片组成,换向器铜片的基本构造为:包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,在换向器成型时,主片体通过勾脚植入换向器基体内与换向器基体牢固结合在一起。现有技术的换向器铜片,勾脚通常与主片体一起冲制成型,勾脚一定是冲压金属件,因此受限于勾脚的结构设计,要进一步增强换向器成型时换向器铜片与换向器基体之间的结合力存在较大技术困难,换向器产品机械强度和超速性能不能得到更进一步的提高,因此不能很好满足电动工具越来越高的速度要求。
【发明内容】
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种成本低,制作方便,能够增强换向器铜片与换向器基体之间的结合力,提高产品机械强度和超速性能的钩型换向器。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
钩型换向器,包括换向器基体和在换向器基体外圆作圆周排布的换向器铜片,换向器铜片的顶部设有弯钩,相邻换向器铜片的片间通过云母片进行绝缘隔离,换向器铜片包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,勾脚植入换向器基体与换向器基体牢固结合,其特征在于:所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧,圆柱压缩弹簧固定在条形柱上,条形柱在主片体的内侧面固定安装。
上述技术方案的钩型换向器,换向器铜片的勾脚不是采用冲压金属件而是采用了圆柱压缩弹簧来进行代替,圆柱压缩弹簧在换向器成型时,圆柱压缩弹簧的各圈空隙之间及弹簧内孔均会充填满电木粉材料,从而使换向器铜片与换向器基体之间形成更可靠、更牢固的结合,有效增强换向器成型时换向器铜片与换向器基体之间的结合力,提高钩型换向器产品的机械强度和超速性能
作为优选,所述条形柱焊接固定在主片体内侧面。这样一来,主片体的铜材用料就会大大节省,降低钩型换向器的制作成本。

如图所示,本发明的钩型换向器,包括换向器基体2和在换向器基体2外圆作圆周排布的换向器铜片6,换向器铜片6的顶部设有弯钩5,相邻换向器铜片6的片间通过云母片1进行绝缘隔离,换向器铜片6包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,勾脚植入换向器基体2与换向器基体2牢固结合,所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧3,圆柱压缩弹簧3固定在条形柱4上,所述条形柱4以焊接方式在主片体的内侧面固定安装。

1.钩型换向器,包括换向器基体和在换向器基体外圆作圆周排布的换向器铜片,换向器铜片的顶部设有弯钩,相邻换向器铜片的片间通过云母片进行绝缘隔离,换向器铜片包括主片体和设于主片体内侧面的勾脚,勾脚植入换向器基体与换向器基体牢固结合,其特征在于:所述勾脚为圆柱压缩弹簧,圆柱压缩弹簧固定在条形柱上,条形柱在主片体的内侧面固定安装。
2.如权利要求1所述的钩型换向器,其特征在于:所述条形柱焊接固定在主片体内侧面。
