技术领域
本发明涉及电气线缆技术,特别是涉及一种无骨架以太网线的技术。
背景技术
随着目前网络通讯技术的发展,传统的5类及超五类网线已无法满足现有的通讯要求,因此6类、6A类、7类网线将成为主流。但6类、6A类、7类网线的相关性能指标要求严格,传统的结构及工艺易出现串音上的问题,影响整体的传输性能。
为了避免串音问题,传统的6类、6A、7类网线都采用十字骨架结构将4对双绞线进行分开,以提升串音性能,但是这种结构的网线生产工艺较为复杂,生产的稳定性较差,生产出来的网线成品容易出现串音上的波动,从而导致网线成品的电气性能出现波动。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电气性能稳定性高的无骨架以太网线。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种无骨架以太网线,包括外护套管,及设置在外护套管内的四根双绞线,所述四根双绞线与外护套管并行布设,其特征在于:所述外护套管内设有四个内护套管,该四个内护套管与外护套管并行布设,四根双绞线分别设置在四个内护套管内。
进一步的,所述外护套管内设有一根撕裂绳,该撕裂绳与外护套管并行布设。
本发明提供的无骨架以太网线,采用四个内护套管将四根双绞线相互隔开,其加工工艺简便,生产稳定性较好,生产出来的网线成品的电气性能稳定性高。

如图1所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种无骨架以太网线,包括外护套管2,及设置在外护套管2内的四根双绞线,所述四根双绞线与外护套管2并行布设,每根双绞线都由两根包覆有绝缘层的导线1构成,其特征在于:所述外护套管2内设有四个内护套管3,该四个内护套管3与外护套管2并行布设,四根双绞线分别设置在四个内护套管3内。
本发明实施例中,所述外护套管2内设有一根撕裂绳4,该撕裂绳与外护套管并行布设。

1.一种无骨架以太网线,包括外护套管,及设置在外护套管内的四根双绞线,所述四根双绞线与外护套管并行布设,其特征在于:所述外护套管内设有四个内护套管,该四个内护套管与外护套管并行布设,四根双绞线分别设置在四个内护套管内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无骨架以太网线,其特征在于:所述外护套管内设有一根撕裂绳,该撕裂绳与外护套管并行布设。
