Abstract
本发明涉及一种变色液晶标签,它由保护膜、基材等组成。在保护膜和基材之间粘合感温变色液晶,用人体温度触摸变色液晶标签后发生颜色变化,即可判别商品的真伪和防止商品被假冒,因此使用方便,并且使用寿命最长。

技术领域
本发明是涉及一种标签,尤其涉及一种变色液晶标签。
背景技术
现有的商品标签或商标,有二种制作型式,一种是用印刷方法把商标或标签的图案,文字印制在纸质、塑料和金属膜上,然后粘贴在商品或包装物上作标识使用;一种是用变色颜料制作成复合标签或商标,粘贴在商品或包装物上,作标识使用,并通过颜色变化来判别商品的真伪。前者容易伪造,后者颜料有效期短,变色温度高,使用不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种变色液晶标签,该标签克服现有技术的不足。
本发明是这样来实现的:变色液晶标签由保护膜,基材等组成,在保护膜和基材之间粘合感温变色液晶。
本发明由于采用了感温变色液晶,比已有的变色颜料标签变色次数显著增加,从原来的200次上升到1 万次左右,延长了寿命。同时选用37℃ 以下变色温度的液晶,用人手触摸标签即能判别商品真伪,因此使用方便,而变色颜料需70℃上温度才能改变颜色;其次当温度超过变色温度100℃时,变色液晶分子排列不被破坏,而变色颜料超过变色温度30℃时,结构即被破坏而失效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的叙述。
一种变色液晶标签,如图1所示,保护膜1是由高分子透明薄膜组成,厚为0.015-0.1mm左右,基材3可采用纸、塑料或金属膜材料,以黑色为佳,增强显色对比度,基材厚度一般为0.03-0.2mm ,感温变色液晶2 采用向列相液晶和胆甾相液晶的混合液晶。前者显色速度快,寿命侯,但成本离,后者色影鲜艳,价格便宜,但耐久性差,二者混合降低成本,改善佳能,达到显著的温度效应和光学特性,液晶膜的厚度通常为0.05mm左右,放置在保护膜1和基材3之间,混合液晶随人体接触变色液晶标签时的温度梯度依次呈现红-黄-绿-兰-紫色,当人体不再接触时,变色液晶标签恢复原状。保护膜与基材3之间选用粘合剂,在常温下用2-5kgf/cm2压力压合固化。两者的外形相同,它的形状可根据商品或包装街的形状、尺寸专门设计。印刷的图案、文字由商品制造者给定。
采用这种结构的变色液晶,解决了商品流转周期过长时,变色颜料失效问题,用人体温度即能判别商品真伪,同时也为商品创造者提供了一种保护商品的防护手段。
Claims (2)
1.一种变色液晶标签,由保护膜1、基材3等组成,其特征在于在保护膜1和基材3之间粘合感温变色液晶。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种变色液晶标签,其特征在于感温变色液晶采用向列相液晶和胆甾相液晶的混合液晶。
