本发明公开了一种室内空气净化装置,其特征是采用柜式结构,在柜体的下方设置入风口,在柜体的上方设置出风口,在入风口的背部设置第一多层滤芯,在第一多层滤芯的背部设置第二多层滤芯,在第二多层滤芯的背部设置风机,风机的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道,在风道中沿纵向设置紫光灯,在紫光灯的背部设负离子发生器,在风道的上部、沿自下而上的风向依次设置吸附式活性炭层、下层光触媒层、上层光触媒层和复活式活性炭层;出风口位于复活式活性炭的上方。本发明能够获得节能、环保、净化、杀菌的综合效果,尤其适于办公和居家。

Description

一种室内空气净化装置
技术领域
本发明是一种空气净化装置,更具体地说是一种室内空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着世界经济的发展,工业化的进程给大气环境带来了的污染物种类和数量不断增加,工业废气、生活燃煤、汽车尾气等都是造成污染的主要原因。
大部分国家和城市都已开始全面的实行空气质量检测报告,如API、PM等。尤其,最近全国各大城市公布的PM值都在2.0以上,甚至超过了2.5,这将会直接威胁到我们个人的生命与健康。
作为人们居住的室内环境,也逃脱不了受大气空气环境质量的影响,更受到室内具体环境的直接影响,其污染情况也越来越不明显,不容乐观。
室内空气污染主要是由于各种原因导致室内空气有害物质超标,因而影响人体健康状况,随着污染程度的加剧,人体产生亚健康。家具问题、建筑问题、装饰装修问题已经成为室内环境污染的三大主要问题。由于室内环境污染问题是一个非常复杂的问题,包括材料、工艺、消费者所在环境和在使用当中的误区,都会造成室内环境污染。如粉尘颗粒物、可吸附微生物、甲醛、苯、TVOC等。
对于室内的空气净化,可以原始地通过与室外空气的换风来改善室内空气质量,然而由于上述各方面的空气污染问题,与室外空气的换风并不能有效地改善室内空气质量,急需有效地、新式的方法来净化室内空气,于是便催发了室内空气净化器的产生。室内空气净化器给人们提供了室内空气环境污染的解决方案,将室内污染程度较重的空气通过净化得到相对纯净无污染对人体无害的气体,使人们能够生活在安全、健康、舒适的环境中。
现有技术中的室内空气净化器产品主要包括机械过滤式与吸附式净化器、静电式净化器、负离子型和紫外线型空气净化器,其中:
机械过滤式与吸附式空气净化器是通过风机换气加压,空气逐层透过过滤材料,主要净化了颗粒状污染物,净化效果根据设计的过滤材料和性质决定,局限性很大,不能彻底过滤有害化学物质,不具有杀菌的作用。
静电式空气净化器是一种通过静电使空气中污染物带电,然后用集尘装置捕集吸附了带电粒子的空气尘埃,达到净化空气目的。但是这种净化器不仅成本和运行费用较高还会造成二次污染。
负离子型和紫外线型空气净化器是目前最广泛也是最受欢迎的,利用自身产生的负离子和紫外线能够对空气进行净化、杀菌、除味等。负离子可改善肺功能、促进新陈代谢、增强 抗病能力、改善睡眠、杀灭病毒和细菌、清新空气,以及消烟除尘等,其净化工作原理既有物理方面也有化学方面作用,其因副作用较小、杀菌效果明显而得到广泛认同。但市场上现有的此类空气净化器模式单一。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种可靠和实用的室内柜式空气净化器,以期获得节能、环保、能净化、可杀菌的综合效果。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种室内空气净化装置的结构特点是:采用柜式结构,在柜体的下方设置入风口,在柜体的上方设置出风口,在所述入风口的背部设置第一多层滤芯,在所述第一多层滤芯的背部设置第二多层滤芯,在所述第二多层滤芯的背部设置风机,所述风机的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道,在所述风道中沿纵向设置紫光灯,在所述紫光灯的背部设负离子发生器,在所述风道的上部、沿自下而上的风向依次设置吸附式活性炭层、下层光触媒层、上层光触媒层和复活式活性炭层;出风口位于所述复活式活性炭的上方。
本发明一种室内空气净化装置的结构特点也在于:在所述出风口上设置摆风机构,所述摆风机构分别由第一步进电机和第二步进电机驱动为横向摆风机构和竖向摆风机构。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明入风口处设置两道多层滤芯,可以有效过滤颗粒物以及纤维、毛发等污染物;
2、本发明风道中设置紫外光和负离子发生器能有效杀菌,得到富含负离子的新鲜空气;
3、本发明中的复合式活性炭和光触媒等过滤层可以获得更一步的净化效果,对于甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等污染物具有效降解和消毒分解作用;
4、本发明设置柜式结构体量大,能生产足够循环量以满足室内需要,尤其适合办公、居家等场合。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本实施例中一种室内空气净化装置是采用柜式结构,在柜体的下方设置入风口18,在柜体的上方设置出风口17,在入风口的背部设置第一多层滤芯1,在第一多层滤芯1的背部设置第二多层滤芯2,在第二多层滤芯2的背部设置风机3,风机3的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道,在风道中沿纵向设置紫光灯10,在紫光灯的背部设负离子发生器9,在风道的上部、沿自下而上的风向依次设置吸附式活性炭层5、下层光触媒层6、上层光触媒层7和复活式活性炭层8;出风口17位于复活式活性炭8的上方。
本实施例中采用如空调室内机的出风及外部形式,即在出风口上设置摆风机构16,摆风机构16分别由第一步进电机14和第二步进电机15驱动为横向摆风机构和竖向摆风机构;控制电路4置于柜体内,在柜体的前面板上设置显示屏12和按键13。
具体实施中,第一多层滤芯和第二多层滤芯采用含有HEAP的过滤网可以过滤直径0.3微米以上的病菌和颗粒物,包括花粉、烟雾、动物皮屑、霉菌、尘埃等;活性炭过滤网能有效地除去异物和吸附甲醛、苯以及氨气等有害物质,起到杀菌并防止微生物的滋生;经过初次杀菌净化后的空气自下而上经紫外光照射区域和负离子杀菌净化装置得进行杀菌净化,得到含有丰富负离子和新鲜空气,给人置身于大森林或瀑布边的清新感受;最后经过活性炭、光触媒等更进一步得到净化和杀菌,对甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等污染物有效地降解和消毒分解,纯净新鲜的空气由出风口向外排出。
具体实施中,由按键13控制的控制电路4可以采用AVR单片机型号为Atmega128的芯片,AVR单片机是由美国ATMEL公司推出的增强型内置Flash的RISC(ReducedInstruction Set Computer)高速8位单片机,以AVR单片机作为控制系统的核心芯片,可以同时采用CMOS技术和RISC架构,实现高速μA级、低功耗和休眠功能,具有高达1MIPS/MHz高速运行处理能力,单片机以其I/O端口控制负离子发生器和紫外灯的启闭;显示器12采用VFD荧光显示器,显示光彩夺目,给人一种亲和力较强、视觉完美的显示效果;风机3为YDK-50-8单相异步电动机,运行寿命长、风量大、噪音低;传感器采用夏普GP2Y1010AU0F型号高效粉尘传感器,其利用光学原理避免空气质量传感器受温度影响的问题,对空气中粉尘和颗粒的探测灵敏度有了较大的提高,可以提高了数据采集和模拟量的准确性。

1.一种室内空气净化装置,其特征是采用柜式结构,在柜体的下方设置入风口(18),在柜体的上方设置出风口(17),在所述入风口的背部设置第一多层滤芯(1),在所述第一多层滤芯(1)的背部设置第二多层滤芯(2),在所述第二多层滤芯(2)的背部设置风机(3),所述风机(3)的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道,在所述风道中沿纵向设置紫光灯(10),在所述紫光灯的背部设负离子发生器(9),在所述风道的上部、沿自下而上的风向依次设置吸附式活性炭层(5)、下层光触媒层(6)、上层光触媒层(7)和复活式活性炭层(8);出风口(17)位于所述复活式活性炭(8)的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内空气净化装置,其特征是:在所述出风口上设置摆风机构(16),所述摆风机构(16)分别由第一步进电机(14)和第二步进电机(15)驱动为横向摆风机构和竖向摆风机构。
