本发明提供一种立式环保节能空气净化装置,包括:一箱体,竖直放置,其下部开设进风口,上部开设出风口,内壁依次涂覆有防腐层、防盐雾层以及自清洁层;进风管,插设于进风口;出风管,插设于出风口;进气风机,进风端对应进风口;过滤组件,设置于箱体内,包括由下至上设置的预过滤层、活性炭过滤层、紫外光过滤层、光触媒过滤层及甲醛吸附层,预过滤层相对活性炭过滤层的另一面对应进气风机出风端;排气风机,设于箱体内侧上部,吸气端对应甲醛吸附层相对光触媒过滤层另一面,排气端对应箱体出风口。所述净化装置结构设计合理,过滤组件过滤、净化效果好,箱体有较好的防腐、防盐雾以及自清洁能力,保养维护方便,制造成本低,经济效益好。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化技术领域,具体地,涉及一种立式环保节能空气净化装置。
背景技术
空气净化是指针对室内的各种环境问题提供杀菌消毒、降尘除霾、祛除有害装修残留以及异味等整体解决方案,提高改善生活、办公条件,增进身心健康。室内环境污染物和污染来源主要包括放射性气体、霉菌、颗粒物、装修残留、二手烟等。
《国家标准GB/T 18801-2008》[11]对空气净化器的定义为:对室内空气中的固态污染物、气态污染物等具有一定去除能力的电器装置;可去除两种或两种以上空气污染物的空气净化器称为多功能室空气净化器。污染物主要指室内空气中细菌、病毒、固态污染物(如粉尘、花粉、带菌颗粒等)、气态污染物(异味、甲醛之类的装修污染等)。欧美国家比较关注空气净化器杀菌消毒功能,而国内由于近年来雾霾较为严重,更关注的是去除颗粒物(降尘)。
对于空气净化,目前国内主要存在如下专利文献:
中国专利公开号:CN106731282A,公开了一种空气净化装置,包括安装在电联座内的接合件、净化器、固定在净化器右侧面上方的卡座以及卡入在卡座内的插头,净化器的前端面中心处设有调控部,调控部上方的净化器的前端面设有雾化口,净化器底部设有角柱,插头包括插合部以及固定在插合部底部的手抓部,插合部顶部端面内设有槽孔,槽孔内设有触感器,槽孔下方的插合部内设有第一滑接腔,第一滑接腔左右两侧对应设有第二滑接腔,第二滑接腔疏远第一滑接腔一侧设有第一腔体,第二滑接腔内设有第一滑接块,第一滑接块内侧设有穿入第一滑接腔内的斜头块,第一滑接块外侧设有穿透第一腔体并穿透插合部外侧壁体的锁合块,第一滑接腔内设有螺状杆,螺状杆底部与电转机连接;本发明结构简单,使用方便,净化效果较好,能自动控制锁定,便于插接且安插后稳固性高,防止意外触碰而导致插接松动现象,同时提高了使用寿命。然而,该专利所提供的空气净化装置,结构复杂,生产成本高。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种立式环保节能空气净化装置,所述净化装置结构设计合理,过滤组件过滤、净化效果好,箱体具有较好的防腐、防盐雾以及自清洁能力,保养维护方便,制造成本低,经济效益好。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种立式环保节能空气净化装置,包括:一箱体,竖直放置,其下部一侧开设进风口,上部一侧开设出风口,内壁由内至外依次涂覆有防腐层、防盐雾层以及自清洁层;进风管,插设于进风口;出风管,插设于出风口;进气风机,设置于箱体内,进风端对应所述箱体进风口;过滤组件,设置于箱体内,包括沿箱体高度方向由下至上间隔设置的预过滤层、活性炭过滤层、紫外光过滤层、光触媒过滤层以及甲醛吸附层,所述预过滤层相对活性炭过滤层的另一面对应所述进气风机出风端;排气风机,设置于所述箱体内侧上部,吸气端对应所述甲醛吸附层相对光触媒过滤层另一面,排气端对应所述箱体出风口。
进一步,所述预过滤层为金属过滤网。
优选地,所述紫外光过滤层为一框体,内置若干紫外光灯。
优选地,所述光触媒过滤层为光触媒网。
优选地,所述自清洁层为纳米二氧化钛自清洁层。
优选地,所述防腐层为酚醛环氧层。
优选地,所述防盐雾层为氯化聚丙烯树脂涂层。

参照图1,本发明所述的一种立式环保节能空气净化装置,包括:一箱体1,竖直放置,其下部一侧开设进风口11,上部一侧开设出风口12,内壁由内至外依次涂覆有防腐层13、防盐雾层14以及自清洁层15;进风管2,插设于进风口11;出风管3,插设于出风口12;进气风机4,设置于箱体1内,进风端对应所述箱体1进风口11;过滤组件5,设置于箱体1内,包括沿箱体1高度方向由下至上间隔设置的预过滤层51、活性炭过滤层52、紫外光过滤层53、光触媒过滤层54以及甲醛吸附层55,所述预过滤层51相对活性炭过滤层52的另一面对应所述进气风机4出风端;排气风机6,设置于所述箱体1内侧上部,吸气端对应所述甲醛吸附层55相对光触媒过滤层54另一面,排气端对应所述箱体1出风口12。
进一步,所述预过滤层51为金属过滤网。
优选地,所述紫外光过滤层53为一框体,内置若干紫外光灯(未图示)。
优选地,所述光触媒过滤层54为光触媒网。

进风管,插设于进风口;
出风管,插设于出风口;
进气风机,设置于箱体内,进风端对应所述箱体进风口;
过滤组件,设置于箱体内,包括沿箱体高度方向由下至上间隔设置的预过滤层、活性炭过滤层、紫外光过滤层、光触媒过滤层以及甲醛吸附层,所述预过滤层相对活性炭过滤层的另一面对应所述进气风机出风端;
排气风机,设置于所述箱体内侧上部,吸气端对应所述甲醛吸附层相对光触媒过滤层另一面,排气端对应所述箱体出风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立式环保节能空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述预过滤层为金属过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种立式环保节能空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述紫外光过滤层为一框体,内置若干紫外光灯。
