Abstract

节能型电缆指示灯,涉及一种指示灯,为了解决没有电缆指示的问题。透明盖体紧密盖合在壳体上,形成密封的腔室,警示标志粘贴在透明盖体的内表面,警示标志的下方设有光源,太阳能电池板设置在透明盖体的内表面,人体识别装置用于感应是否有人体,人体识别装置的输出端连接电路板的人体识别信号输入端,太阳能电池板和光源均通过电路板连接储能器件,电路板控制储能器件与太阳能电池板或光源接通,并控制光源的亮暗度,电路板、储能器件和人体识别装置固定于腔室内。利用太阳能转化为电能为光源供电,根据是否有人改变光源的亮暗度,节能环保,适用于指示电缆路径。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种指示灯,具体涉及节能型的指示灯。
背景技术
近年来,随着架空线路的改造升级,无论是新建工程还是老旧改造,为了周边环境的协调统一,所有电缆均以管道形式埋于地下,但由此也给日后的维护和抢修带来了一些不便,埋于地下的电缆无法直观的辨别埋设路径,在其他作业单位施工时无法准确的了解电力电缆的位置,所以经常出现人员施工中触碰及损坏电力电缆,给供电可靠性及人身和财产安全造成损失。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了节能型电缆指示灯。
节能型电缆指示灯,包括壳体、透明盖体、警示标志、太阳能电池板、光源、电路板、储能器件和人体识别装置;
透明盖体紧密盖合在壳体上,形成密封的腔室,警示标志粘贴在透明盖体的内表面,警示标志的下方设有光源,太阳能电池板设置在透明盖体的内表面,人体识别装置用于感应是否有人体,人体识别装置的输出端连接电路板的人体识别信号输入端,太阳能电池板和光源均通过电路板连接储能器件,电路板控制储能器件与太阳能电池板或光源接通,并控制光源的亮暗度,电路板、储能器件和人体识别装置固定于腔室内。
太阳能发电产业迅速发展,光伏应用的领域正在逐渐扩大,各种光伏新产品不断涌现。本发明采用太阳能电池板给储能器件充电,在光照充足时,太阳能板在光照下,产生电能给储能器件充电,储能器件输出电能给光源,照亮警示标志。白天太阳能电池板为储能器件充电,夜晚储能器件为光源供电,人体识别装置用于感应是否有人体,电路板根据是否有人控制光源的亮暗度,从而进一步节能,延长储能器件的持续供电时间。本发明埋于地面,具有不受供电影响,不用开沟埋线,不消耗常规电能,只要阳光充足就可以就地安装等特点;不污染环境,且绿色环保,在遇到连续阴雨时也能持续工作。
本发明适用于指示电缆路径。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一:参照图1至图3具体说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述的节能型电缆指示灯,包括壳体1、透明盖体2、警示标志3、太阳能电池板4、光源5、电路板6、储能器件7和人体识别装置8;
透明盖体2紧密盖合在壳体1上,形成密封的腔室,警示标志3粘贴在透明盖体2的内表面,警示标志3的下方设有光源5,太阳能电池板4设置在透明盖体2的内表面,人体识别装置8用于感应是否有人体,人体识别装置8的输出端连接电路板6的人体识别信号输入端,太阳能电池板4和光源5均通过电路板6连接储能器件7,电路板6控制储能器件7与太阳能电池板4或光源5接通,并控制光源5的亮暗度,电路板6、储能器件7和人体识别装置8固定于腔室内。
所述指示灯具有如下优点:
1、节能:利用太阳能光转换为电能,根据是否有人改变光源的亮暗度,达到节能的效果。
2、环保:无污染、无辐射、无温室气体排放,达到节能减碳。
3、安全:低电压,无触电、火灾等意外事故。
4、方便:安装简便,不需架线、埋线挖地施工。
5、投资少:一次性投资,长期受益。
白天太阳能电池板吸收太阳光,把太阳能转化成电能,储存在储能器件7中,到了晚上,储能器件7为光源供电,通过光源发出亮光来勾画线缆路径轮廓。
所述节能型电缆指示灯的安装方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、沿线缆路径在地面凿孔并在孔周围注入水泥浆;
步骤二、将所述节能型电缆指示灯放入凿孔内,透明盖体2的上表面与地面水平。
警示标志的制作工艺流程为:
底板工序,剪板→折边或卷边→铆接铝槽(或铝焊)→磨光铆钉接点→打磨板面→清洗板面→晾干;
牌面工序,裁膜→制图→刻字或喷绘写真→揭字→覆转移膜;
上述两道工序完毕后,较大的标志牌应当利用覆膜机粘贴底膜;较小的标志牌可用手工以刮板粘贴。在加工过程中,需要熟练的操作技工加工,以防反光膜的损坏和板面粗糙引起的品质低劣。
具体实施方式二:本实施方式是对具体实施方式一所述的节能型电缆指示灯作进一步说明,本实施方式中,它还包括滤光片,光源5为白光光源,滤光片设置在警示标志3和光源5之间。
当想要得到不同颜色的警示标志时,只需要更换为相应的滤光片,就可以实现,不必更换光源5,降低了成本而且操作简单,根据指示灯周围的环境改变警示标志的颜色,可以使指示灯更加醒目,便于工作人员施工。
具体实施方式三:本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二所述的节能型电缆指示灯作进一步说明,本实施方式中,光源5采用LED灯实现。
LED灯的体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、亮度高、热量低、环保耐用,更适合作为指示灯。安装中,按照LED灯的直径尺寸打孔,然后制作LED灯线路板模块并镶嵌,再进行老化试验,封闭底板,装配其它部件,最后包装。
具体实施方式四:本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二所述的节能型电缆指示灯作进一步说明,本实施方式中,所述人体识别装置8采用压力传感器实现。
夜晚当压力传感器感应到人体重量范围内的压力时,电路板6控制光源5的亮度较没有感应到人体重量范围内的压力时的亮度高,从而不仅能够起到指示作用,还能节能。
具体实施方式五:本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二所述的节能型电缆指示灯作进一步说明,本实施方式中,透明盖体2的外表面具有防滑纹路。
透明盖体2采用一体成形全透明聚碳酸酯PC材质制成,具有高抗压、耐黄变、寿命长等特点,外表面为满天星防滑花纹。壳体1采用不透光的聚碳酸酯PC材质制成。
具体实施方式六:本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二所述的节能型电缆指示灯作进一步说明,本实施方式中,储能器件7采用储能电池或电容实现。
储能电池可以采用镍氢电池。

Claims (6)

1.节能型电缆指示灯,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、透明盖体(2)、警示标志(3)、太阳能电池板(4)、光源(5)、电路板(6)、储能器件(7)和人体识别装置(8);
透明盖体(2)紧密盖合在壳体(1)上,形成密封的腔室,警示标志(3)粘贴在透明盖体(2)的内表面,警示标志(3)的下方设有光源(5),太阳能电池板(4)设置在透明盖体(2)的内表面,人体识别装置(8)用于感应是否有人体,人体识别装置(8)的输出端连接电路板(6)的人体识别信号输入端,太阳能电池板(4)和光源(5)均通过电路板(6)连接储能器件(7),电路板(6)控制储能器件(7)与太阳能电池板(4)或光源(5)接通,并控制光源(5)的亮暗度,电路板(6)、储能器件(7)和人体识别装置(8)固定于腔室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型电缆指示灯,其特征在于,它还包括滤光片,光源(5)为白光光源,滤光片设置在警示标志(3)和光源(5)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能型电缆指示灯,其特征在于,光源(5)采用LED灯实现。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能型电缆指示灯,其特征在于,所述人体识别装置(8)采用压力传感器实现。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能型电缆指示灯,其特征在于,透明盖体(2)的外表面具有防滑纹路。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能型电缆指示灯,其特征在于,储能器件(7)采用储能电池或电容实现。
