Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及与泵、压缩机、鼓风机等的旋转工作部件一起使用的金属嵌件。
背景技术
本部分提供不必是现有技术的与本公开相关的背景技术信息。
许多工业和汽车零部件由复合材料制成,相比金属部件来说以减少重量并降低材料成本。另外,复合材料的使用可以导致成型几何形状的改善,进而导致性能的改善,例如,更高的效率和更安静的操作。当采用复合材料作为在流体移动装置或电机中的旋转工作部件时存在问题。特别是,复合旋转工作部件如泵压缩机、风机、风扇和电机的叶轮、转子、风扇叶片、齿轮转子和的其他旋转部件可以包括用于固定目的的金属嵌件。在具体的实例中,复合叶轮包覆模制在金属嵌件上,其固定叶轮到驱动轴上。由于在复合材料中的裂纹,导致的故障已经发生。
本申请公开的内容提供了具有光滑轮廓的金属嵌件,以提供径向和轴向方向的机械锁,使得旋转工作部件的复合材料保持在适当的位置,并且金属嵌件传输驱动到旋转工作部件的复合部分。当复合部分受到机械地和热地负载时,金属嵌件的光滑轮廓减少在复合部分中的应力集中。复合部分和金属嵌件具有不同的热膨胀系数,其可以在加热/冷却时产生热应力。

金属嵌件和包覆模制在所述金属嵌件上的复合结构,所述金属嵌件包括适于安装旋转工作部件到驱动轴上的孔,和在它的槽纹区域之间具有光滑轮廓的槽纹截顶的球形外表面,其具有凹陷槽纹区域,其中,所述复合结构是包覆模制在槽纹截顶的球形外表面上,其中,截顶的球形外表面包括在金属嵌件的相对端的更小的外径,并且平滑过渡到在相对端之间的中间部分的相对较大的外径,金属嵌件的球形外表面提供在轴向方向上的机械锁,槽纹区域提供在径向方向上的机械锁,以便金属嵌件传输驱动到复合旋转工作元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转工作部件,其中所述旋转工作部件是叶轮、转子和风扇叶片中的一个。
