背景技术
聚光光伏发电系统主要是利用透镜将太阳光线汇聚到聚光光伏电池芯片上,从而达到发电的目的。每个聚光光伏发电系统都是由多个聚光光伏组件构成的,多个聚光光伏组件都是通过聚光光伏立柱网架通过螺栓固定到聚光光伏立柱的主梁上的,由于在加工完聚光光伏立柱主梁和网架后,为了防止主梁和网架生锈,需要对主梁和网架进行电镀锌,当主梁和网架通过超过300摄氏度的锌池子镀锌后,主梁和网架都由于高温发生形变,造成后续安装困难。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚光光伏立柱网架+型抱箍,该+型抱箍所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种聚光光伏立柱网架+型抱箍,其特征是,它包抱箍本体和螺丝通孔,所述螺丝通孔分别置于抱箍本体的两个对称面上。
所述抱箍本体由四个“L”字形垂直于抱箍本体底部的金属部件构成。
所述螺丝通孔八个圆形的通孔。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:该+型抱箍结构简单,使用时,直接将两个抱箍放置到网架或者主梁+型交叉处,用螺丝固定即可。

一种聚光光伏立柱网架+型抱箍,如图1所示,包括箍本体1和螺丝通孔2,所述螺丝通孔2分别置于抱箍本体1的两个对称面上,所述抱箍本体1由四个“L”字形垂直于抱箍本体底部的金属部件构成,这样就能保证抱箍能将所有固定的网架或者主梁中+型交叉处牢牢地固定住,在制造抱箍时,要特别注意两个抱箍合在一起中空固定网架或者主梁的高度小于网架或者主梁的的厚度。
在使用时,首先将网架或者主梁按照加工工艺要求摆放好,然后在需要固定的+型网架或者主梁交叉处,将两个抱箍上下通过交叉处固定好,用螺丝将两个抱箍固定好即可。
本发明中,作为变行实施例,抱箍本体上的螺丝通孔也可以为带螺纹的圆孔,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。
