本发明涉及一种提高鬃毛柔韧性的溶液,包括盐酸、硅树脂、泛醇、羟甲基纤维素、甘油、水,所述各组分的质量份数配比为:盐酸8份、硅树脂2.5份、泛醇3份、羟甲基纤维素1份、甘油3.5份、水82份。本发明中的盐酸能清理细菌和污渍,羟甲基纤维素等物可以修复鬃毛表面,使得鬃毛具有更好的回弹力,从而减轻鬃毛的散毛、分叉现象,用力弯折后的鬃刷还能有效回弹,方便下次继续使用。

本发明涉及鬃毛清洗溶液技术领域,具体的说是一种提高鬃毛柔韧性的溶液。
背景技术
猪鬃可经过加工制成鬃刷等物品,鬃毛本身品质不一,且表面携带大量污渍和细菌,从猪或马身上取下的鬃毛不能直接用于鬃刷的加工,需要进行鬃毛的处理。
鬃毛处理中,最关键的部分在于水溶液清洗处理,然后才能进行分类筛选以及排整和裁切。
鬃毛的使用领域多种多样,在很多情况下,需要用力使用鬃毛进行清理或涂刷才能达到清理效果,然而用力使用后的鬃毛刷经常发生散毛,分叉等情况,影响使用效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种提高鬃毛柔韧性的溶液。
一种提高鬃毛柔韧性的溶液,包括盐酸、硅树脂、泛醇、羟甲基纤维素、甘油、水,所述各组分的质量份数配比为:盐酸8份、硅树脂2.5份、泛醇3份、羟甲基纤维素1份、甘油3.5份、水82份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的盐酸能清理细菌和污渍,羟甲基纤维素等物可以修复鬃毛表面,使得鬃毛具有更好的回弹力,从而减轻鬃毛的散毛、分叉现象,用力弯折后的鬃刷还能有效回弹,方便下次继续使用。

一种提高鬃毛柔韧性的溶液,包括盐酸、硅树脂、泛醇、羟甲基纤维素、甘油、水,所述各组分的质量份数配比为:盐酸8份、硅树脂2.5份、泛醇3份、羟甲基纤维素1份、甘油3.5份、水82份。
使用时,将上述各组分按比例混合,然后倒入适量的鬃毛,进行充分搅拌,之后静止浸泡1-3小时,采用清水进行清洗。
