本发明涉及鬃毛清洗溶液技术领域，具体的说是一种改善鬃毛顺滑度的溶液。
背景技术
猪鬃可经过加工制成鬃刷等物品，但鬃毛本身品质不一，且表面携带大量细菌、污渍等，从猪或马身上取下的鬃毛不能直接用于鬃刷的加工，需要进行鬃毛的处理。
鬃毛处理中，最关键的部分在于水溶液清洗处理，然后才能进行分类筛选以及排整和裁切，进而安装到毛刷柄上。在制作不同等级的鬃刷时，需要根据需要采用不同种类的鬃毛，然而对于要求柔软程度更低的鬃刷，人们需要再进行鬃毛品质调节，对鬃毛要进行调节液浸泡，进一步降低鬃毛柔软度。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提出一种改善鬃毛顺滑度的溶液。
一种改善鬃毛顺滑度的溶液，包括二氧化硅、山梨醇、黄胶原、水、椰油酰胺、酯基季铵盐，所述各组分的质量份数配比为：二氧化硅1.5份、山梨醇1份、黄胶原0.8份、水92份、椰油酰胺1.2份、酯基季铵盐3.5份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用酯基季铵盐等成分作为柔软剂，改善了鬃毛品质，降低了鬃毛硬度，且酯基季铵盐性能稳定，用量小，突出生物降解性，绿色环保。

一种改善鬃毛顺滑度的溶液，包括二氧化硅、山梨醇、黄胶原、水、椰油酰胺、酯基季铵盐，所述各组分的质量份数配比为：二氧化硅1.5份、山梨醇1份、黄胶原0.8份、水92份、椰油酰胺1.2份、酯基季铵盐3.5份。
使用时，将上述各组分按比例混合，然后倒入适量的鬃毛，进行搅拌，搅拌充分后静止一小时，然后采用清水进行清洗。
