本发明公开了一种抗静电胶带及其制备方法,抗静电胶带包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、固化交联剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液、白金触媒乳液;抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂、抗静电剂、有机溶剂。本发明通过合理的配方设计,所制备的胶带集优异的抗静电性能和导电性能于一体,同时具备粘结性能好的优点,且抗静电性能具有良好的热稳定性,在室温或更高温度下可以几年不变,不受环境湿度的影响,在高温下亦可正常发挥抗静电作用,固化快,安全可靠。

本发明涉及胶带制作技术领域,具体是一种抗静电胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着电子科学技术迅速发展,胶带运用于电子工业领域也有了突飞猛进的发展,但是由于传统胶带的加工方法的局限性,使得各种胶带不同程度带有一定量的静电,从而使得基材表面吸附有灰尘或其它粒子,进而影响相关电子器件的使用寿命。同时由于胶带是一种化学合成材料,现有技术的加工方法主要致力于对胶带功能的提高,而胶带的环保问题却往往被人所忽视。
但目前,胶带在这些行业中的应用存在如下问题:由于胶带本身固有的物理化学性质,使得各种胶带不同程度带有一定量的静电,从而使得基材表面吸附有灰尘或其它粒子,进而影响相关电子器件的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温、生产工艺简单的抗静电胶带及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗静电胶带,包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料10-20份、环氧树脂80-100份、有机硅橡胶3-5份、粘结树脂60-80份、光引发剂3-5份、固化交联剂4-6份、抗静电胶粘剂61-82份、增韧剂10-15份、聚酯乳液20-30份、白金触媒乳液5-10份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶30-40份、银镍锌粉5-7份、分散剂3-5份、抗静电剂8-10份、有机溶剂15-20份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料12-18份、环氧树脂85-95份、有机硅橡胶3.5-4.5份、粘结树脂65-75份、光引发剂3.5-4.5份、固化交联剂4.5-5.5份、抗静电胶粘剂65.5-77.5份、增韧剂11-14份、聚酯乳液22-28份、白金触媒乳液6-9份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶32-38份、银镍锌粉5.5-6.5份、分散剂3.5-4.5份、抗静电剂8.5-9.5份、有机溶剂16-19份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料15份、环氧树脂90份、有机硅橡胶4份、粘结树脂70份、光引发剂4份、固化交联剂5份、抗静电胶粘剂72份、增韧剂12份、聚酯乳液25份、白金触媒乳液8份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶35份、银镍锌粉6份、分散剂4份、抗静电剂9份、有机溶剂18份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述基材为聚酰亚胺薄膜。
所述抗静电胶带的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取固化粘合层的原料;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂溶剂型压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂和抗静电剂按所述比例混合均匀,静置陈放6-10h后,进行搅拌抽真空消泡处理,搅拌速度为70-90r/min,真空度为0.1-0.3MPa,最后加入所述有机溶剂搅拌混合均匀,得到所述抗静电胶粘剂;
(3)在常温常压下,将硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液和白金触媒乳液投到混料机内混合,密闭搅拌均匀,完成混合;
(4)将混合的物料和抗静电胶粘剂放入托盘转移到三辊研磨机上进行研磨,采用夹套循环冷却水冷却,温度控制为25-35℃;
(5)研磨后的物料通过转料桶转移到反应釜内脱除物料中水分,启动反应釜内搅拌设施搅拌,反应釜夹套电加热棒开始加热,当加热温度达到70-90℃时,启动真空泵进行真空脱水,脱水条件为:80-120℃、3-5h,脱水结束待物料自然冷却;
(6)自然冷却后物料通过转料桶转移到包装车间内配胶灌装机内,直接镀锌铁桶投加固化交联剂,密闭搅拌均匀,制得固化粘合剂;
(7)将制备得到的固化粘合剂均匀涂覆在基材一侧,再置入带紫外灯的恒温箱中,固化交联4-6min;
(8)在固化粘合层的表面覆合一层离型膜,再恒温熟化1-3d,得到抗静电胶带成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过合理的配方设计,所制备的胶带集优异的抗静电性能和导电性能于一体,同时具备粘结性能好的优点,且抗静电性能具有良好的热稳定性,在室温或更高温度下可以几年不变,不受环境湿度的影响,在高温下亦可正常发挥抗静电作用,固化快,安全可靠。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种抗静电胶带,包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料10份、环氧树脂80份、有机硅橡胶3份、粘结树脂60份、光引发剂3份、固化交联剂4份、抗静电胶粘剂61份、增韧剂10份、聚酯乳液20份、白金触媒乳液5份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶30份、银镍锌粉5份、分散剂3份、抗静电剂8份、有机溶剂15份。
所述抗静电胶带的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取固化粘合层的原料;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂溶剂型压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂和抗静电剂按所述比例混合均匀,静置陈放6h后,进行搅拌抽真空消泡处理,搅拌速度为70r/min,真空度为0.1MPa,最后加入所述有机溶剂搅拌混合均匀,得到所述抗静电胶粘剂;
(3)在常温常压下,将硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液和白金触媒乳液投到混料机内混合,密闭搅拌均匀,完成混合;
(4)将混合的物料和抗静电胶粘剂放入托盘转移到三辊研磨机上进行研磨,采用夹套循环冷却水冷却,温度控制为25℃;
(5)研磨后的物料通过转料桶转移到反应釜内脱除物料中水分,启动反应釜内搅拌设施搅拌,反应釜夹套电加热棒开始加热,当加热温度达到70℃时,启动真空泵进行真空脱水,脱水条件为:80℃、3h,脱水结束待物料自然冷却;
(6)自然冷却后物料通过转料桶转移到包装车间内配胶灌装机内,直接镀锌铁桶投加固化交联剂,密闭搅拌均匀,制得固化粘合剂;
(7)将制备得到的固化粘合剂均匀涂覆在基材一侧,再置入带紫外灯的恒温箱中,固化交联4min;
(8)在固化粘合层的表面覆合一层离型膜,再恒温熟化1d,得到抗静电胶带成品。
实施例2
一种抗静电胶带,包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料12份、环氧树脂85份、有机硅橡胶3.5份、粘结树脂65份、光引发剂3.5份、固化交联剂4.5份、抗静电胶粘剂65.5份、增韧剂11份、聚酯乳液22份、白金触媒乳液6份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶32份、银镍锌粉5.5份、分散剂3.5份、抗静电剂8.5份、有机溶剂16份。
所述抗静电胶带的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取固化粘合层的原料;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂溶剂型压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂和抗静电剂按所述比例混合均匀,静置陈放7h后,进行搅拌抽真空消泡处理,搅拌速度为75r/min,真空度为0.15MPa,最后加入所述有机溶剂搅拌混合均匀,得到所述抗静电胶粘剂;
(3)在常温常压下,将硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液和白金触媒乳液投到混料机内混合,密闭搅拌均匀,完成混合;
(4)将混合的物料和抗静电胶粘剂放入托盘转移到三辊研磨机上进行研磨,采用夹套循环冷却水冷却,温度控制为28℃;
(5)研磨后的物料通过转料桶转移到反应釜内脱除物料中水分,启动反应釜内搅拌设施搅拌,反应釜夹套电加热棒开始加热,当加热温度达到70-90℃时,启动真空泵进行真空脱水,脱水条件为:90℃、3.5h,脱水结束待物料自然冷却;
(6)自然冷却后物料通过转料桶转移到包装车间内配胶灌装机内,直接镀锌铁桶投加固化交联剂,密闭搅拌均匀,制得固化粘合剂;
(7)将制备得到的固化粘合剂均匀涂覆在基材一侧,再置入带紫外灯的恒温箱中,固化交联4.5min;
(8)在固化粘合层的表面覆合一层离型膜,再恒温熟化1.5d,得到抗静电胶带成品。
实施例3
一种抗静电胶带,包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料15份、环氧树脂90份、有机硅橡胶4份、粘结树脂70份、光引发剂4份、固化交联剂5份、抗静电胶粘剂72份、增韧剂12份、聚酯乳液25份、白金触媒乳液8份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶35份、银镍锌粉6份、分散剂4份、抗静电剂9份、有机溶剂18份。
所述抗静电胶带的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取固化粘合层的原料;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂溶剂型压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂和抗静电剂按所述比例混合均匀,静置陈放8h后,进行搅拌抽真空消泡处理,搅拌速度为80r/min,真空度为0.2MPa,最后加入所述有机溶剂搅拌混合均匀,得到所述抗静电胶粘剂;
(3)在常温常压下,将硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液和白金触媒乳液投到混料机内混合,密闭搅拌均匀,完成混合;
(4)将混合的物料和抗静电胶粘剂放入托盘转移到三辊研磨机上进行研磨,采用夹套循环冷却水冷却,温度控制为30℃;
(5)研磨后的物料通过转料桶转移到反应釜内脱除物料中水分,启动反应釜内搅拌设施搅拌,反应釜夹套电加热棒开始加热,当加热温度达到80℃时,启动真空泵进行真空脱水,脱水条件为:100℃、4h,脱水结束待物料自然冷却;
(6)自然冷却后物料通过转料桶转移到包装车间内配胶灌装机内,直接镀锌铁桶投加固化交联剂,密闭搅拌均匀,制得固化粘合剂;
(7)将制备得到的固化粘合剂均匀涂覆在基材一侧,再置入带紫外灯的恒温箱中,固化交联5min;
(8)在固化粘合层的表面覆合一层离型膜,再恒温熟化2d,得到抗静电胶带成品。
实施例4
一种抗静电胶带,包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料18份、环氧树脂95份、有机硅橡胶4.5份、粘结树脂75份、光引发剂4.5份、固化交联剂5.5份、抗静电胶粘剂77.5份、增韧剂14份、聚酯乳液28份、白金触媒乳液9份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶38份、银镍锌粉6.5份、分散剂4.5份、抗静电剂9.5份、有机溶剂19份。
所述抗静电胶带的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取固化粘合层的原料;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂溶剂型压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂和抗静电剂按所述比例混合均匀,静置陈放9h后,进行搅拌抽真空消泡处理,搅拌速度为85r/min,真空度为0.25MPa,最后加入所述有机溶剂搅拌混合均匀,得到所述抗静电胶粘剂;
(3)在常温常压下,将硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液和白金触媒乳液投到混料机内混合,密闭搅拌均匀,完成混合;
(4)将混合的物料和抗静电胶粘剂放入托盘转移到三辊研磨机上进行研磨,采用夹套循环冷却水冷却,温度控制为32℃;
(5)研磨后的物料通过转料桶转移到反应釜内脱除物料中水分,启动反应釜内搅拌设施搅拌,反应釜夹套电加热棒开始加热,当加热温度达到85℃时,启动真空泵进行真空脱水,脱水条件为:110℃、4.5h,脱水结束待物料自然冷却;
(6)自然冷却后物料通过转料桶转移到包装车间内配胶灌装机内,直接镀锌铁桶投加固化交联剂,密闭搅拌均匀,制得固化粘合剂;
(7)将制备得到的固化粘合剂均匀涂覆在基材一侧,再置入带紫外灯的恒温箱中,固化交联5.5min;
(8)在固化粘合层的表面覆合一层离型膜,再恒温熟化2.5d,得到抗静电胶带成品。
实施例5
一种抗静电胶带,包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料20份、环氧树脂100份、有机硅橡胶5份、粘结树脂80份、光引发剂5份、固化交联剂6份、抗静电胶粘剂82份、增韧剂15份、聚酯乳液30份、白金触媒乳液10份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶40份、银镍锌粉7份、分散剂5份、抗静电剂10份、有机溶剂20份。
所述抗静电胶带的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取固化粘合层的原料;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂溶剂型压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂和抗静电剂按所述比例混合均匀,静置陈放10h后,进行搅拌抽真空消泡处理,搅拌速度为90r/min,真空度为0.3MPa,最后加入所述有机溶剂搅拌混合均匀,得到所述抗静电胶粘剂;
(3)在常温常压下,将硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液和白金触媒乳液投到混料机内混合,密闭搅拌均匀,完成混合;
(4)将混合的物料和抗静电胶粘剂放入托盘转移到三辊研磨机上进行研磨,采用夹套循环冷却水冷却,温度控制为35℃;
(5)研磨后的物料通过转料桶转移到反应釜内脱除物料中水分,启动反应釜内搅拌设施搅拌,反应釜夹套电加热棒开始加热,当加热温度达到90℃时,启动真空泵进行真空脱水,脱水条件为:120℃、5h,脱水结束待物料自然冷却;
(6)自然冷却后物料通过转料桶转移到包装车间内配胶灌装机内,直接镀锌铁桶投加固化交联剂,密闭搅拌均匀,制得固化粘合剂;
(7)将制备得到的固化粘合剂均匀涂覆在基材一侧,再置入带紫外灯的恒温箱中,固化交联6min;
(8)在固化粘合层的表面覆合一层离型膜,再恒温熟化3d,得到抗静电胶带成品。
本发明通过合理的配方设计,所制备的胶带集优异的抗静电性能和导电性能于一体,同时具备粘结性能好的优点,且抗静电性能具有良好的热稳定性,在室温或更高温度下可以几年不变,不受环境湿度的影响,在高温下亦可正常发挥抗静电作用,固化快,安全可靠。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (5)
1.一种抗静电胶带,其特征在于,包括基材、涂覆于基材上的固化粘合层和覆合在所述固化粘合层上的离型膜;所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料10-20份、环氧树脂80-100份、有机硅橡胶3-5份、粘结树脂60-80份、光引发剂3-5份、固化交联剂4-6份、抗静电胶粘剂61-82份、增韧剂10-15份、聚酯乳液20-30份、白金触媒乳液5-10份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶30-40份、银镍锌粉5-7份、分散剂3-5份、抗静电剂8-10份、有机溶剂15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电胶带,其特征在于,所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料12-18份、环氧树脂85-95份、有机硅橡胶3.5-4.5份、粘结树脂65-75份、光引发剂3.5-4.5份、固化交联剂4.5-5.5份、抗静电胶粘剂65.5-77.5份、增韧剂11-14份、聚酯乳液22-28份、白金触媒乳液6-9份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶32-38份、银镍锌粉5.5-6.5份、分散剂3.5-4.5份、抗静电剂8.5-9.5份、有机溶剂16-19份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电胶带,其特征在于,所述固化粘合层按照重量份的原料包括:硅酸乙脂系涂料15份、环氧树脂90份、有机硅橡胶4份、粘结树脂70份、光引发剂4份、固化交联剂5份、抗静电胶粘剂72份、增韧剂12份、聚酯乳液25份、白金触媒乳液8份;所述抗静电胶粘剂按照重量份的原料包括:丙烯酸树脂压敏胶35份、银镍锌粉6份、分散剂4份、抗静电剂9份、有机溶剂18份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的抗静电胶带,其特征在于,所述基材为聚酰亚胺薄膜。
5.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的抗静电胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取固化粘合层的原料;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂溶剂型压敏胶、银镍锌粉、分散剂和抗静电剂按所述比例混合均匀,静置陈放6-10h后,进行搅拌抽真空消泡处理,搅拌速度为70-90r/min,真空度为0.1-0.3MPa,最后加入所述有机溶剂搅拌混合均匀,得到所述抗静电胶粘剂;
(3)在常温常压下,将硅酸乙脂系涂料、环氧树脂、有机硅橡胶、粘结树脂、光引发剂、抗静电胶粘剂、增韧剂、聚酯乳液和白金触媒乳液投到混料机内混合,密闭搅拌均匀,完成混合;
(4)将混合的物料和抗静电胶粘剂放入托盘转移到三辊研磨机上进行研磨,采用夹套循环冷却水冷却,温度控制为25-35℃;
(5)研磨后的物料通过转料桶转移到反应釜内脱除物料中水分,启动反应釜内搅拌设施搅拌,反应釜夹套电加热棒开始加热,当加热温度达到70-90℃时,启动真空泵进行真空脱水,脱水条件为:80-120℃、3-5h,脱水结束待物料自然冷却;
(6)自然冷却后物料通过转料桶转移到包装车间内配胶灌装机内,直接镀锌铁桶投加固化交联剂,密闭搅拌均匀,制得固化粘合剂;
(7)将制备得到的固化粘合剂均匀涂覆在基材一侧,再置入带紫外灯的恒温箱中,固化交联4-6min;
(8)在固化粘合层的表面覆合一层离型膜,再恒温熟化1-3d,得到抗静电胶带成品。
