本发明涉及一种建筑保温材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:磷石膏50‑80份、次磷酸镁10‑30份、滑石粉10‑20份、玻璃纤维10‑20份、硫酸铝20‑40份、膨胀珍珠岩20‑40份、保温剂10‑30份和水80‑120份。本发明所述的建筑保温材料具有保温、隔热、隔音的特点,可用于建筑内外墙保温材料、防火隔音带等。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种建筑保温材料。
背景技术
建筑材料,在建筑物中使用的材料统称为建筑材料。新型的建筑材料包括的范围很广,有保温材料、隔热材料、高强度材料、会呼吸的材料等都属于新型材料。建筑材料是土木工程和建筑工程中使用的材料的统称。在建筑材料中,保温材料一般是指导热系数小于等于0.2的材料。建筑物隔热保温是节约能源、改善居住环境和使用功能的一个重要方面。建筑能耗在人类整个能源消耗中所占比例一般在30-40%,绝大部分是采暖和空调的能耗,故建筑节能意义重大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑保温材料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种建筑保温材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:磷石膏50-80份、次磷酸镁10-30份、滑石粉10-20份、玻璃纤维10-20份、硫酸铝20-40份、膨胀珍珠岩20-40份、保温剂10-30份和水80-120份。
优选地,本发明所述的建筑保温材料由下列重量份的原料制成:磷石膏60份、次磷酸镁20份、滑石粉15份、玻璃纤维15份、硫酸铝30份、膨胀珍珠岩30份、保温剂20份和水100份。
更优选地,所述保温剂为2-氨基-N-(3-甲氧基-4-(噁唑-5-基)苯基)-2-(2-甲基环己基)乙酰胺。
本发明所述的建筑保温材料具有保温、隔热、隔音的特点,可用于建筑内外墙保温材料、防火隔音带等。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取磷石膏60千克、次磷酸镁20千克、滑石粉15千克、玻璃纤维15千克、硫酸铝30千克、膨胀珍珠岩30千克、2-氨基-N-(3-甲氧基-4-(噁唑-5-基)苯基)-2-(2-甲基环己基)乙酰胺20千克和水100千克,首先将磷石膏加入水中,然后加入次磷酸镁、滑石粉、玻璃纤维、硫酸铝、膨胀珍珠岩、2-氨基-N-(3-甲氧基-4-(噁唑-5-基)苯基)-2-(2-甲基环己基)乙酰胺,在搅拌机中在50rpm下搅拌1小时,然后加入200千克水泥,再搅拌5分钟,得到均匀的拌合料;将得到的拌合料注入模具内,静置2小时后,拆模,再过24小时后切割,包装,养护至龄期28天。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备建筑保温材料,不同之处在于不使用2-氨基-N-(3-甲氧基-4-(噁唑-5-基)苯基)-2-(2-甲基环己基)乙酰胺。
实验例
根据GB/T 10294分别测试实施例1和实施例2的样品的导热系数。结果表明,实施例1的导热系数为0.086W/m·K,实施例2的导热系数为0.163W/m·K,两者相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。导热系数越大,保温性能越差,由此可见,加入保温剂后的保温性能大大增强。

1.一种建筑保温材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:磷石膏50-80份、次磷酸镁10-30份、滑石粉10-20份、玻璃纤维10-20份、硫酸铝20-40份、膨胀珍珠岩20-40份、保温剂10-30份和水80-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑保温材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:磷石膏60份、次磷酸镁20份、滑石粉15份、玻璃纤维15份、硫酸铝30份、膨胀珍珠岩30份、保温剂20份和水100份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的建筑保温材料,其特征在于,所述保温剂为2-氨基-N-(3-甲氧基-4-(噁唑-5-基)苯基)-2-(2-甲基环己基)乙酰胺。
