Abstract
本发明公开了一种固体化工材料输送车,包括载物台,所述载物台下方通过滚动轴承安装主轴,所述主轴两端安装主行进轮,所述载物台侧面通过推力轴承安装立柱,所述立柱上端固定电缆,所述立柱上端设置横向进给机构,所述横向进给机构通过滑台安装起吊装置,所述起吊装置上缠绕钢丝绳,所述载物台右端设置方向盘,所述方向盘侧面设置起吊控制装置,该输送车的起吊装置可轻松吊起固体化工材料,同时可由起吊控制装置控制横向进给机构的移动和立柱的转动,调节材料放置位置,减少人工搬运,避免化学物品损伤人体,提高工作效率,该输送车采用纯电动驱动,减少燃油消耗,避免污染大气,符合实际使用情况,便于推广和普及。

本发明涉及化工材料运输设备领域,具体为一种固体化工材料输送车。
背景技术
随着化学工业的进步,越来越多的固体化工材料出现在化学工业的生产车间,但其材料的运输一直是一个难题,传统的人工搬运会使工人患有职业病,危害工人健康,同时劳动力低下,难以满足日益发展的工业化生产模式,急需一种装备解决现有问题,为此,我们提出一种固体化工材料输送车。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固体化工材料输送车,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种固体化工材料输送车,包括载物台,所述载物台左端下方焊接支撑板,所述支撑板通过滚动轴承安装主轴,所述主轴两端安装主行进轮,所述载物台侧面安装立柱,所述立柱上端固定电缆,所述立柱上端设置横向进给机构,所述横向进给机构通过滑台安装起吊装置,所述起吊装置上缠绕钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳下端连接吊钩,所述载物台右端焊接座椅,所述座椅左端设置方向盘,所述方向盘侧面设置起吊控制装置,所述方向盘下端焊接转轴,所述转轴下端通过轴承安装于载物台,所述转轴下端连接万向轮,所述万向轮左侧设置调压器,所述载物台下端固定驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过V型带连接主轴。
优选的,所述起吊装置包括滑台,所述滑台通过卡槽卡接于矩形导轨,所述滑台上端通过支座固定起吊电机,所述起吊电机主轴上安装绕线轮。
优选的,所述横向进给机构包括步进电机,所述步进电机通过螺钉安装于立柱右端,所述步进电机通过联轴器连接丝杠,所述丝杠两侧设置矩形导轨,所述矩形导轨左端焊接挡板。
优选的,所述起吊控制装置包括控制面板,所述控制面板通过支杆固定于载物台上,所述控制面板上端设置上电按钮,所述上电按钮与电缆电性连接,所述上电按钮右侧设置电源指示灯,所述电源指示灯和上电按钮电性连接,所述上电按钮下端设置立柱转动旋钮,所述立柱转动旋钮与旋转电机电性连接,所述立柱转动旋钮右端设置横向进给旋钮,所述横向进给旋钮与横向进给机构电性连接,所述横向进给旋钮右端设置起吊旋钮,所述起吊旋钮与起吊电机电性连接。
优选的,所述立柱下端通过推力轴承安装于载物台,所述立柱下端安装旋转电机,所述立柱中部通过加强板连接矩形导轨。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该输送车的起吊装置可轻松吊起固体化工材料,同时可由起吊控制装置控制横向进给机构的移动和立柱的转动,调节材料放置位置,减少人工搬运,避免化学物品损伤人体,提高工作效率,该输送车采用纯电动驱动,减少燃油消耗,避免污染大气,符合实际使用情况,便于推广和普及。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种固体化工材料输送车,包括载物台2,载物台2左端下方焊接支撑板201,支撑板201通过滚动轴承安装主轴101,主轴101两端安装主行进轮1,载物台2侧面安装立柱8,立柱8下端通过推力轴承802安装于载物台2,立柱8下端安装旋转电机803,立柱8中部通过加强板801连接矩形导轨402,立柱8上端固定电缆6,立柱8上端设置横向进给机构4,横向进给机构4包括步进电机404,步进电机404通过螺钉安装于立柱8右端,步进电机404通过联轴器连接丝杠403,丝杠403两侧设置矩形导轨402,矩形导轨402左端焊接挡板401,横向进给机构4通过滑台304安装起吊装置3,起吊装置3包括滑台304,滑台304通过卡槽303卡接于矩形导轨402,滑台304上端通过支座302固定起吊电机305,起吊电机305主轴上安装绕线轮301,起吊装置3上缠绕钢丝绳5,钢丝绳5下端连接吊钩501,方便吊取化工材料,载物台右端焊接座椅9,座椅9左端设置方向盘10,可提高旋转扭矩,方向盘10侧面设置起吊控制装置7,起吊控制装置7包括控制面板703,控制面板703通过支杆707固定于载物台2上,控制面板703上端设置上电按钮701,上电按钮701与电缆6电性连接,上电按钮701右侧设置电源指示灯702,电源指示灯702和上电按钮701电性连接,上电按钮701下端设置立柱转动旋钮704,立柱转动旋钮704与旋转电机803电性连接,立柱转动旋钮704右端设置横向进给旋钮705,横向进给旋钮705与横向进给机构4电性连接,横向进给旋钮705右端设置起吊旋钮706,起吊旋钮706与起吊电机305电性连接,方向盘10下端焊接转轴1001,转轴1001下端通过轴承1201安装于载物台2,转轴1001下端连接万向轮12,万向轮12左侧设置调压器13,载物台2下端固定驱动电机14,驱动电机14通过V型带1401连接主轴101,该输送车的起吊装置3可轻松吊起固体化工材料,同时可由起吊控制装置7控制横向进给机构4的移动和立柱8的转动,调节材料放置位置,减少人工搬运,避免化学物品损伤人体,提高工作效率,该输送车采用纯电动驱动,减少燃油消耗,避免污染大气,符合实际使用情况,便于推广和普及。

1.一种固体化工材料输送车,包括载物台(2),其特征在于:所述载物台(2)左端下方焊接支撑板(201),所述支撑板(201)通过滚动轴承安装主轴(101),所述主轴(101)两端安装主行进轮(1),所述载物台(2)侧面安装立柱(8),所述立柱(8)上端固定电缆(6),所述立柱(8)上端设置横向进给机构(4),所述横向进给机构(4)通过滑台(304)安装起吊装置(3),所述起吊装置(3)上缠绕钢丝绳(5),所述钢丝绳(5)下端连接吊钩(501),所述载物台右端焊接座椅(9),所述座椅(9)左端设置方向盘(10),所述方向盘(10)侧面设置起吊控制装置(7),所述方向盘(10)下端焊接转轴(1001),所述转轴(1001)下端通过轴承(1201)安装于载物台(2),所述转轴(1001)下端连接万向轮(12),所述万向轮(12)左侧设置调压器(13),所述载物台(2)下端固定驱动电机(14),所述驱动电机(14)通过V型带(1401)连接主轴(101)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化工材料输送车,其特征在于:所述起吊装置(3)包括滑台(304),所述滑台(304)通过卡槽(303)卡接于矩形导轨(402),所述滑台(304)上端通过支座(302)固定起吊电机(305),所述起吊电机(305)主轴上安装绕线轮(301)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化工材料输送车,其特征在于:所述横向进给机构(4)包括步进电机(404),所述步进电机(404)通过螺钉安装于立柱(8)右端,所述步进电机(404)通过联轴器连接丝杠(403),所述丝杠(403)两侧设置矩形导轨(402),所述矩形导轨(402)左端焊接挡板(401)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化工材料输送车,其特征在于:所述起吊控制装置(7)包括控制面板(703),所述控制面板(703)通过支杆(707)固定于载物台(2)上,所述控制面板(703)上端设置上电按钮(701),所述上电按钮(701)与电缆(6)电性连接,所述上电按钮(701)右侧设置电源指示灯(702),所述电源指示灯(702)和上电按钮(701)电性连接,所述上电按钮(701)下端设置立柱转动旋钮(704),所述立柱转动旋钮(704)与旋转电机(803)电性连接,所述立柱转动旋钮(704)右端设置横向进给旋钮(705),所述横向进给旋钮(705)与横向进给机构(4)电性连接,所述横向进给旋钮(705)右端设置起吊旋钮(706),所述起吊旋钮(706)与起吊电机(305)电性连接。
