一种单管加热式水浴加热设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种单管加热式水浴加热设备,属于教学设备领域。
背景技术
先在一个大容器里加上水,然后把要加热的容器放入加入水的容器中。加热盛水的大容器通过加热大容器里的水再通过水把热量传递(热传递)需要加热的容器里,达到加热的目的。因为在一标准大气压下且水无任何杂质,水达到沸点的条件是100摄氏度,但是从液态变到气态还需要吸收更高的热量。在水浴法里,烧杯里的水在变成水蒸气前都只能有100摄氏度的温度,无法为试管里的水提供更多的热量,所以试管内的液体是不能沸腾的。所以常常利用这种温度不改变的原理对一些需要定温加热的反应进行水浴加热。但是一般情况下,在课堂演示实验时,有时会需要加热多个试管,一般情况下会将所有的试管防到一个大的水浴槽力同时加热,但是这样的加热方式的缺陷为靠热源近的试管加热的速度快,靠热源远的加热速度慢,加热不均匀。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种单管加热式水浴加热设备,使用方便,加热均匀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种单管加热式水浴加热设备,包括底座,底座上设置有支撑杆,支撑杆中部连接有连接环,连接环上连接有水浴槽;所述水浴槽包括一个槽体,槽体上设置有盖板;所述槽体内下表面上设置有若干加热槽体,盖板上设置有若干试管架,试管架包括一个沉降孔,沉降孔上设置有锥形筒,锥形筒垂直于沉降孔的下表面,所述沉降孔的下端设置于加热槽体内,锥形筒上设置有若干通孔,沉降孔上设置有若干锥形通孔;所述槽体内设置有若干隔板,槽体外部设置有锥形加热罩,加热槽体外表面上设置有若干弧形突起。
优化的,上述带有稳定架的水浴加热设备,所述锥形筒的锥度为1:2.2,锥形通孔的锥度为1:3.35。
本发明的优点在于它能克服现有技术的弊端,结构设计合理新颖。本申请的设计使用在水浴槽的槽体内设置盖板,并在槽体内设置有若干加热槽体,通过锥形筒固定试管,这样的设置使得每个试管都在单独的加热槽体内进行加热,并通过隔板将加热槽体隔开,这样每个加热槽体都是单独加热的,并且加热槽体均匀分布,这样加热槽体距离热源的距离相同,能够均匀的加热。沉降孔的设置是为了将试管的大部分包裹于沉降孔内,防止热量流失。水加热后的蒸汽通过锥形筒上的通孔直接施加到试管表面上,加热均匀并且蒸汽加热速度快,沉降孔上的锥形通孔将蒸汽施加于试管的中上部,一方面可以加快加热速度,另一方面防止试管内物品蒸发热量加快热量散失。锥形筒起到稳定试管的作用,在加热过程中,防止试管移动。

下面结合附图与具体实施例进一步阐述本发明的技术特点。
本发明为一种单管加热式水浴加热设备,包括底座,底座上设置有支撑杆,支撑杆中部连接有连接环,连接环上连接有水浴槽;所述水浴槽包括一个槽体,槽体上设置有盖板;所述槽体内下表面上设置有若干加热槽体,盖板上设置有若干试管架,试管架包括一个沉降孔,沉降孔上设置有锥形筒,锥形筒垂直于沉降孔的下表面,所述沉降孔的下端设置于加热槽体内,锥形筒上设置有若干通孔,沉降孔上设置有若干锥形通孔;所述槽体内设置有若干隔板,槽体外部设置有锥形加热罩,加热槽体外表面上设置有若干弧形突起。所述锥形筒的锥度为1:2.2,锥形通孔的锥度为1:3.35。

1.一种单管加热式水浴加热设备,其特征在于:包括底座,底座上设置有支撑杆,支撑杆中部连接有连接环,连接环上连接有水浴槽;所述水浴槽包括一个槽体,槽体上设置有盖板;所述槽体内下表面上设置有若干加热槽体,盖板上设置有若干试管架,试管架包括一个沉降孔,沉降孔上设置有锥形筒,锥形筒垂直于沉降孔的下表面,所述沉降孔的下端设置于加热槽体内,锥形筒上设置有若干通孔,沉降孔上设置有若干锥形通孔;所述槽体内设置有若干隔板,槽体外部设置有锥形加热罩,加热槽体外表面上设置有若干弧形突起。
