Description

一种腹腔镜取物袋
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种医疗器械。
背景技术:
通过腹腔镜、胸腔镜等先进器械系统进行微创手术是现今医学领域的主流术式。经由0.5-2cm大小的穿刺切口,外科医生可以插入细小的光源、摄像机和手术器械,通过传输到监视器中的图像,引导操作手术器械实施手术,切除病灶。这些病灶形状不规则,一般直径远大于2cm,故而无法经由皮肤表面的穿刺切口直接取出。为此,临床上常借助一种名为旋切器的工具将大标本分割为多个小条块,这种旋切器转速快,在旋切的过程中,常有小的组织碎屑飞散到腹腔各处;临床上切下的病灶有些是污染标本如直肠,里面含有大量的可引起人体致命感染的大肠杆菌,有的是肿瘤标本,因而使用旋切器极有可能导致炎症扩散或者肿瘤细胞残留、种植,对患者的身心带来伤害。为此,有研究人员设计发明了取物袋,在取物袋中对切下的手术标本进行旋切处理。现有的取物袋在结构上为一简单的塑料容器,主要存在以下问题:1、取物袋开口没有支撑,在器械操作下很难将标本装入袋中,操作不便;2、手术操作时,取物袋开口仍然面向腹腔内部,因此只是减少了标本碎屑的飞散而不能完全避免。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供标本容易装入袋中的、操作方便的、能避免标本碎屑遗留在腹腔内部的腹腔镜取物袋。
本发明是这样实现的,包括袋口带有扎绳的袋子、设置在袋子两侧的管。
其中一管为用于放置旋切器的管径较大的管,另一管为用于放置除旋切器外的手术器材的直径稍小的管。
管径较大的管的管径为1.5—2.0cm,直径稍小的管的管径为0.4—0.6cm。
袋子为长方体塑料袋。袋子的长度为20—30cm,宽度为15—25cm,高度为25—35cm。
管径较大的管与袋子连接处的孔位于袋子长边的中间位置,且该孔距底边的距离为8—12cm。
手术时,先将袋子通过小切口置入腹腔里面,将袋子两侧的管从另两个小切口拉出,然后,通过直径稍小的管里面的器具很方便地将腹腔里面的已经切除的病灶置于袋子里面,然后,通过扎绳将袋口扎紧封闭并将袋口从切口拉出,通过管往袋子充气(采用trocar(套管针)密封充气),使袋子膨胀,然后,通过管径较大的管里面的旋切器将大块的病灶切成小块,这样,使用者就很方便地从袋子的口取出已经切成小块的病灶了,由于病灶的分切及提取都不会经过腹腔里面,因此,能避免标本碎屑遗留在腹腔内部。采用方形袋,方便在腹腔内将袋子袋口张开,以便将病灶放进袋子里面。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有标本容易装入袋中的、操作方便的、能避免标本碎屑遗留在腹腔内部的优点。

具体实施方式:现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图1所示,本发明是这样实现的,包括袋口1带有扎绳2的袋子3、设置在袋子3两侧的带有扎绳的管。扎绳2穿接在袋口1周边的绳孔5内。
其中一管4a为用于放置旋切器6的管径较大的管,另一管4b为用于放置除旋切器外的包括分离钳、钳夹等手术器材7的直径稍小的管,两管的采用不同的颜色予以区分。
管径较大的管4a的管径为1.5—2.0cm,直径稍小的管4b的管径为0.4—0.6cm。
袋子3为长方体透明塑料袋。袋子3的长度为20—30cm,宽度为15—25cm,高度为25—35cm。
管径较大的管4a与袋子3连接处的孔4c位于袋子长边的中间位置,且该孔4c距底边的距离为8—12cm。
如图2所示,在手术中:
1、把病灶8切除下来;
2、将袋子3自皮肤切口B放入患者腹腔9并展开;
3、手术助手从皮肤切口D将袋子3上的直径稍小的管4b(工具管)拉出,取出皮肤切口D处的Trocar(套管针)10,并将Trocar10置入直径稍小的管4b(工具管)中;
4、将切下的病灶8(标本)从袋口1放入取物袋(主术者从皮肤切口B和C用分离钳牵拉住袋口1边缘,助手从直径稍小的管4b(工具管)的进口处放入分离钳,钳夹、牵拉标本进入袋子3);
5、主术者分别从皮肤切口A和B牵拉出袋子3的袋口1和管径较大的管4a;
6、取出皮肤切口A和B的Trocar,分别置入取物袋的袋口1和管径较大的管4a;
7、收紧袋子3的袋口1处的扎绳2,保证袋子3密闭不漏气;
8、借助皮肤切口A处袋口1上的Trocar的通气管给袋子3充气,袋子3膨胀,便于后续的旋切操作;
9、将旋切器6置入皮肤切口B的管径较大的管4a上的trocar,开始旋切操作,将切下的病灶分割成小块11,并取出;
10、大部病灶小块本取出后,给袋子3放气;
将袋子3的管径较大的管4a和直径稍小的管4b拉入腹腔,并从皮肤切口A处拉出,牵拉过程中,由于管径较大的管4a和工直径稍小的管4b自然状态下密闭,因而不会有标本块落入腹腔9。

Claims (8)

1.一种腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于包括袋口带有扎绳的袋子、设置在袋子两侧的管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于其中一管为用于放置旋切器的管径较大的管,另一管为用于放置除旋切器外的手术器材的直径稍小的管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于管径较大的管的管径为1.5—2.0cm,直径稍小的管的管径为0.4—0.6cm。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于管径较大的管与袋子连接处的孔位于袋子长边的中间位置,且该孔距底边的距离为8—12cm。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于袋子为长方体塑料袋。
6.根据权利要求4所述的腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于袋子为长方体塑料袋。
7.根据权利要求5所述的腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于袋子的长度为20—30cm,宽度为15—25cm,高度为25—35cm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的腹腔镜取物袋,其特征在于袋子的长度为20—30cm,宽度为15—25cm,高度为25—35cm。
