Abstract

本发明公开了一种发送报文的方法及装置,属于移动通信领域。所述方法包括:接收第一转发实体发送的报文通知消息,第一转发实体为接收到公用数据网PDN发送给移动终端的报文的转发实体,报文通知消息至少携带移动终端的终端地址;如果移动终端处于空闲状态,根据移动终端的终端地址寻呼移动终端,使移动终端建立与基站eNodeB之间的连接;建立eNodeB与第一转发实体之间的数据通道,以连通移动终端与第一转发实体,使第一转发实体通过数据通道和连接发送报文给移动终端。所述装置包括:接收模块、寻呼模块和建立模块。本发明能够在融入SDN网络架构的移动通信网络中,唤醒处于空闲状态的移动终端,以将报文发送给处于空闲状态的移动终端。
