Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for carrying out secondary development, code backup and downloading on a microcomputer controller (comprising a commercial refrigerator, a baking industry, an industrial instrument and automation equipment) by using computer software and a cloud platform.
Background
In the field of temperature and humidity control using commercial refrigerators and baking control systems, due to the diversification of application occasion requirements, the functions and parameter configurations of various devices are different, and different hardware and software devices also need to be developed according to various scenes and functions. As a central processing unit of an equipment control system, namely a microcomputer controller, a plurality of different schemes are required to be designed to meet the requirements of different application occasions, one scheme is that related designs are made before equipment leaves a factory, and corresponding parameters are set by using different components and burning chips; another scheme is to set a function keyboard or button on the device, and the user sets the function parameters through the keyboard or button.
The existing design scheme is obviously inflexible, has no specific standard, is not convenient for manufacturers to customize production and upgrade and maintain in the future, and can not be controlled by the manufacturers to think the product technology.
Disclosure of Invention

a compiler; the system comprises a development environment, a configuration file and a database, wherein the development environment is used for compiling the development design of the operation logic, the function design and the parameter setting made by a user in the development environment and then generating the configuration file; the compiler has alarm output to the compiling error, the alarm output includes the original text or error code of the error statement compiled, the alarm output sends to the artificial backstage supporter;
a base technology library; the system comprises a development kit required by secondary development of a development environment;
the cloud storage database is used for storing the configuration file generated by the user development for later use;

In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the mobile storage may be a USB disk, an SD/TF card, or a mobile hard disk, the hardware data line includes a USB connection line, an RS-232 or RS-485 connection line, a CAN bus, and the wireless communication mode includes a mobile phone APP communication, a bluetooth communication, or a Wi-Fi communication; correspondingly, the microcomputer controller is provided with a data interface for data exchange with the intermediate device or the storage medium, or a wireless communication interface.

s02: a user selects a basic equipment model in a development environment, the basic equipment model corresponds to the functions of a sensor and other basic devices of a microcomputer controller, a basic technology library provided by the development environment is utilized to carry out secondary development on the operation logic, the function design and the parameter setting of the microcomputer controller, the secondary development of the operation logic at least comprises the operation control of the sensor, the control of the fan speed and the setting of time, the secondary development of the function design at least comprises the setting of frequency conversion, fault alarm, a display mode and a storage mode, and the parameter setting at least comprises the upper limit, the lower limit, the precision, the storage content and the working parameters required by the operation of the controller; the secondary development is carried out in a mode of programming language, operation logic description input and parameter description input \ option;
s03: after the development is finished, the cloud service platform compiles the development customization data of the user, and then generates a configuration file which can be recognized by the microcomputer controller;
s04: the configuration file is downloaded by a user and is transmitted to the microcomputer controller through intermediate equipment or a storage medium or a wireless communication mode so as to realize the updating of functions; the intermediate device or storage medium comprises an emulator, a removable memory, or a hardware data line; the microcomputer controller automatically searches the configuration file with a special file name or file suffix identification, if the configuration file is found, the configuration file is automatically obtained through a data interface, otherwise, the downloading is finished; and after the updating is finished, the configuration file is automatically analyzed and operated according to new logic or control parameters.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, when an error occurs in the compiling in step S03, an alarm output is generated, the alarm output includes the compiled original text of the error sentence or the error code, and the alarm output is sent to a manual background to correct the error in the programming language and the operation logic description entry through manual intervention.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the operation logic, function design and parameter settings, the completed programming source code, and the generated configuration file made by the user in steps S02 and/or S03 are saved in the cloud storage database for the user to review or download.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, the configuration file generated in step S03 is developed and compiled based on the microcomputer controller, its basic sensing device and its basic technology library.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the configuration file includes system parameters, operation logic and functional design file information of the microcomputer controller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the user applying the scheme of the invention can realize different functions in many industries only by mastering one hardware technology and software technology library, so that the user can independently perform secondary research and development, customize self-identified logic and functions, have safety guarantee of code backup in the aspect of code maintenance, facilitate product function management and effectively reduce hardware cost and development difficulty. In addition, parameter change of product functions and setting of newly added function programs can be realized through a special development tool, and function upgrading of the product in the using process is facilitated.

Detailed Description
As described further below, the microcomputer controller of the present invention is a general term for a controller with a single function (temperature control or humidity control) and a controller with a comprehensive function (temperature and humidity control):

A development environment; the system comprises a cloud interface for a user to access, wherein authorization and authentication are required for access operation, and the development environment is used for carrying out secondary development on operation logic, function design and parameter setting of the microcomputer controller;
a compiler; the system comprises a development environment, a configuration file and a database, wherein the development environment is used for compiling the development design of the operation logic, the function design and the parameter setting made by a user in the development environment and then generating the configuration file;
a base technology library; including development kits required by the development environment for secondary development.
The development environment can comprise a cloud development environment, and a user accesses the cloud development environment through a website; the system also can comprise client software and a cloud development environment, and a user accesses the cloud development environment through the client software.
The compiler has an alarm output for the compiling error, the alarm output contains the compiled error statement original text or error code, and the alarm output is sent to the artificial background.
The cloud storage database is used for storing the configuration file generated by the user development for later use, and programming source codes, parameter modification operation records and the like of the user are also stored in the cloud storage database besides the configuration file.
Definition of secondary development: based on the basic functions of the microcomputer controller, the computer software (integrated development environment) is developed again by using a specified language and a related development library (development kit) provided by the computer software, so that more complex and personalized functions are achieved.
A use method of a microcomputer controller secondary development cloud platform comprises the following steps:

s03: after the development is finished, the cloud service platform compiles the development customization data of the user, and then generates a configuration file which can be recognized by the microcomputer controller;
s04: the configuration file is downloaded by a user and is transmitted to the microcomputer controller through intermediate equipment or a storage medium or a wireless communication mode so as to realize the updating of functions; the intermediate device or storage medium includes an emulator, removable memory, or hardware data lines.
When an error occurs in the compiling in the step S03, an alarm output is generated, the alarm output contains the compiled original text of the error sentence or the error code, the alarm output is sent to a manual background, and the error in the programming language and the operation logic description entry is corrected through manual intervention.
The operation logic, function design and parameter setting, the completed programming source code and the generated configuration file made by the user in the steps S02 and/or S03 are saved in the cloud storage database for the user to consult or download.
The configuration file generated in step S03 is developed and compiled based on the microcomputer controller, its basic sensor device, and its basic technology library.
The configuration file contains the information of the system parameters, the operation logic and the functional design file of the microcomputer controller.
A method for updating the configuration of microcomputer controller,
1) transmitting a configuration file containing configuration information of the microcomputer controller to the microcomputer controller through intermediate equipment or a storage medium or a wireless communication mode, wherein the intermediate equipment or the storage medium comprises a simulator, a mobile memory or a hardware data line;
2) the microcomputer controller automatically searches the configuration file with a special file name or file suffix identification, if the configuration file is found, the configuration file is automatically obtained through a data interface, otherwise, the downloading is finished;
3) and after the updating is finished, the configuration file is automatically analyzed and operated according to new logic or control parameters.
The mobile memory CAN be a U disk, an SD/TF card, a mobile hard disk and storage equipment which CAN be identified as a magnetic disk by a microcomputer controller, the hardware data line comprises a USB connecting line, an RS-232 or RS-485 connecting line and a CAN bus, and the wireless communication mode comprises mobile phone APP communication, Bluetooth communication and Wi-Fi communication; correspondingly, the microcomputer controller is provided with a data interface for data exchange with the intermediate device or the storage medium, or a wireless communication interface.
The invention integrates the component parameters commonly used in all industries (including commercial refrigerators, baking industry, industrial instruments and automation equipment), uses a specific development language to carry out secondary development on the operation logic, functional design and parameter configuration of a universal controller according to the basic technology library which is provided by user software and is matched with the universal controller, or uses simple interface operation to generate compiled configuration files, implements development and upgrade of product functions or only changes the existing parameters, and then leads the computer software (integrated development environment) to compile one or more configuration files.
The configuration files are copied to a mobile memory or a hardware data line or a wireless communication mode, such as a U disk, an SD/TF card, a mobile hard disk and the like, and the configuration files in the mobile memory are loaded through a data interface on a microcomputer controller.
After successful loading, the application platform running in the microcomputer controller will load these new compiled configuration files and run the latest functions and parameters.
The codes written in the development environment of the user can be backed up to a special technical platform of the server and downloaded by an authorized user; the computer software can carry out remote cloud storage on the development process of the computer software, and provides backup service and website platform viewing service of secondary development codes and simple function configuration for business partners.

a compiler; the system comprises a development environment, a configuration file and a database, wherein the development environment is used for compiling the development design of the operation logic, the function design and the parameter setting made by a user in the development environment and then generating the configuration file; the compiler has alarm output to the compiling error, the alarm output includes the original text or error code of the error statement compiled, the alarm output sends to the artificial backstage supporter;
