Detailed Description
Referring to the drawings, wherein like reference numbers refer to like elements, the principles of the present invention are illustrated as being implemented in a suitable computing environment. The following description is based on illustrated embodiments of the invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention with regard to other embodiments that are not detailed herein.
The term "module" as used herein may be considered a software object executing on the computing system. The various components, modules, engines, and services described herein may be viewed as objects implemented on the computing system. The apparatus and method described herein are preferably implemented in software, but may also be implemented in hardware, and are within the scope of the present invention.
The details will be described below separately.
In this embodiment, the description will be made from the perspective of a call recording apparatus, which may be specifically integrated in a mobile terminal, such as: smart phones, tablet computers, and the like.
A call recording method comprises the following steps: acquiring geographic position information of the mobile terminal during communication; judging whether the geographic position information is matched with a preset geographic position sample; if the geographic position information is judged to be matched with a preset geographic position sample, recording the content of the call; and when the mobile terminal is detected to finish the call, generating call recording data according to the call content and storing the call recording data.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a call recording method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
in step S101, geographical location information of the mobile terminal during a call is acquired.
In a possible implementation manner, the mobile terminal can acquire the geographic position information of the mobile terminal in real time during a call; in another possible embodiment, the mobile terminal may also periodically acquire the geographic location information of the mobile terminal in a fixed period manner, such as every 30 seconds or every 40 seconds, and the like, which is not particularly limited herein.
The call state refers to a state of the mobile terminal when answering the ring tone, or a state of formally establishing a call after the ring tone, and the like. The geographical location information comprises a positioning time and a positioning position, and the positioning position is calculated by longitude and latitude.
Specifically, the present step includes:
(1) and judging whether the mobile terminal starts a geographic position detection module or not during the call.
It is understood that the geographic position detection module is a Global Positioning System (GPS) module.
And (3) executing the step (2) if the mobile terminal is judged to start the geographic position detection module, and executing the step (3) if the mobile terminal is judged not to start the geographic position detection module.
(2) And acquiring current geographical position information according to the geographical position detection module.
(3) And starting a geographic position detection module, and acquiring current geographic position information according to the geographic position detection module.
For example, when the mobile phone answers a call or makes a call when the mobile phone enters a call interface, the mobile phone is considered to be in a state during the call, if the mobile phone opens the GPS module at the moment, the current geographical location information is directly acquired, if the mobile phone does not open the GPS module at the moment, the GPS module is automatically opened, and then the current geographical location information is acquired.
In step S102, it is determined whether the geographic location information matches a preset geographic location sample.
It is understood that the preset geographical location sample is information preset by the user, including a positioning location and a positioning range.
If the geographic location information is determined to be matched with the preset geographic location sample, step S103 is executed, and if the geographic location information is determined to be not matched with the preset geographic location sample, other operations are executed, such as deleting the acquired geographic location information.
Specifically, the present step includes:
(1) and judging whether the positioning position in the geographical position information is within the positioning position range in the preset geographical position sample.
It will be appreciated that the range of positioning positions is defined by a positioning position and a positioning range, wherein the positioning range is circular.
And (3) executing the step (2) if the positioning position in the geographical position information is judged to be within the positioning position range in the preset geographical position sample, and executing the step (3) if the positioning position in the geographical position information is judged not to be within the positioning position range in the preset geographical position sample.
(2) And judging that the geographic position information is matched with a preset geographic position sample.
(3) And judging that the geographic position information is not matched with the preset geographic position sample.
For example, a positioning position preset by the mobile phone is coordinates of an office, the positioning range is 100 meters, a positioning position range with a radius of 100 meters and a circle center of the office coordinates is formed, whether the current positioning position falls within the positioning position range is judged, if the current positioning position falls within the positioning range, the geographic position information is judged to be matched with a preset geographic position sample, and if the current positioning position does not fall within the positioning range, the geographic position information is judged to be not matched with the preset geographic position sample.
In step S103, the content of the call is recorded.
It will be appreciated that this step occurs during the talk phase, excluding the ring and dial phases.
For example, the mobile phone may start to record the content of the call after being connected, but not record the content in the incoming call ringing and dialing ringing phases; the mobile phone may also start to record the content of the call in the stages of incoming call ringing and dialing ringing, which is not limited herein.
Through the step, the record of ringing can be ignored, and then the required call content is recorded, so that the call recording efficiency is greatly improved.
In step S104, call record data is generated from the contents of the call and stored.
In a possible implementation manner, when it is detected that the mobile terminal ends the call, the mobile terminal may automatically generate and store call record data according to the content of the call.
In another possible implementation manner, an interruption instruction of a user may be received during a call, and when the interruption instruction of the user is received, call recording data may be generated and stored according to the content of the call that has been recorded currently.
Preferably, the content of the call may be generated into a file in MP3 format, and the name may be date plus contact, and stored in a preset folder, which may be encrypted by the user.
For example, when the mobile phone finishes call recording, a recording file with MP3 format, such as zhang san 2016-06-29, with the name and date of the contact person is generated from the call content, and then the recording file is stored in a preset folder.
Therefore, according to the call recording method provided by the embodiment, the geographical position of the user during the call is obtained, the call recording mode is started after the geographical position is judged to be the preset geographical position, and the call recording data is stored.
The method described in the above embodiments is further illustrated in detail by way of example.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flow chart illustrating a call recording method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
in step S201, geographical location information of the mobile terminal during a call is acquired.
Specifically, the present step includes:
(1) and judging whether the mobile terminal starts a geographic position detection module or not during the call.
It is to be understood that the geographic position detection module is a global positioning system GPS module.
In step S202, it is determined whether the geographic location information matches a preset geographic location sample.
If the geographic position information is determined to be matched with the preset geographic position sample, step S203 is executed, and if the geographic position information is determined to be not matched with the preset geographic position sample, step S204 is executed.
In step S203, the content of the call is recorded.
For example, after the content of the call is recorded, the current geographical location information of the user continues to be periodically acquired, and whether the location position in the current geographical location information is within the location position range in the preset geographical location sample continues to be determined, if the location position in the current geographical location information is within the location position range in the preset geographical location sample, the content of the call continues to be recorded, and if the location position in the current geographical location information is not within the location position range in the preset geographical location sample, the recording of the content of the call is interrupted.
In step S204, the normal call is maintained.
Alternatively, the position information may be deleted.
In step S205, call record data is generated from the contents of the call and stored.
In step S206, save prompt information is generated.
It can be understood that, in practical application, a user does not want to store each call recording data in the mobile terminal, and can generate a call voice storage prompt for the user to select, so that the flexibility of call recording is increased.
And the storage prompt information is used for prompting a user whether to store the call recording data into the mobile terminal.
For example, when the mobile phone finishes the call, a prompt message is generated, and if the current passing recording data is not stored, the user can operate according to the prompt message.
In step S207, an operation instruction input by the user is received.
The operation instruction comprises an operation instruction for confirming and saving the call recording data and an operation instruction for deleting the call recording data.
Preferably, a preset time threshold may be set, and if an operation instruction input by a user is not received after the preset time threshold, the operation instruction is confirmed and saved, and the call voice data is saved.
For example, if the user selects and confirms the saving operation instruction on the mobile phone, the mobile phone may save the call voice data to the preset folder, if the user selects the deleting instruction on the mobile phone, the mobile phone may delete the call voice data, and if the operation instruction of the user is not received within a preset time, for example, within 4 seconds, the call voice data may be automatically saved in the preset folder.
In step S208, it is determined whether the storage space of the mobile terminal is less than a preset storage threshold.
It is understood that the storage space refers to a space of the mobile terminal used for storing data.
If the storage space of the mobile terminal is determined to be smaller than the preset storage threshold, step S209 is executed, and if the storage space of the mobile terminal is determined to be not smaller than the preset storage threshold, step S208 is continuously executed.
In step S209, cleaning prompt information is generated.
It is understood that the cleaning prompt message is used to prompt cleaning of the storage space.
Preferably, after the cleaning prompt message is generated, the corresponding memory cleaning software may be linked.
For example, the preset storage threshold value on the mobile phone is 100MB, when only 90MB of the storage space on the mobile phone is detected to be left, the mobile phone judges that the storage space is smaller than the preset storage threshold value, and generates the cleaning prompt message, so that the user can clean the storage space in time according to the cleaning prompt message, and the normal use of the call recording is ensured.
Therefore, according to the call recording method provided by the embodiment, the geographical position of the user during the call is obtained, the call recording mode is started after the geographical position is judged to be the preset geographical position, the storage prompt information is generated after the call recording is finished, and the user can store or delete the call recording mode according to the requirement.
