技术领域
本发明涉及铜合金电缆技术领域,具体为一种高强度铜合金电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆是国民经济的支柱产业,广泛应用于社会生活的各个领域,被誉为国民经济的“血管”和“神经”。2012年,我国电线电缆行业的总产值产国1.2万亿元,占国民经济总产值的比例超过1%,是机械工业仅次于汽车工业的第二大产业,同时也极大地带动了铜、铝、塑料、橡胶等中药原材料产业和上下游有关产业的快速发展,在国民经济发展中具有十分重要的作用。
经过几十年的蓬勃发展,我国的电线电缆行业获得了许多世人瞩目的成绩。这一成绩主要来源于铜合金电缆的生产与使用。铜芯电缆具有强度高、载流量大的特点,因此被广泛应用。然而,传统的铜合金电缆机械强度低,在使用过程中常常会发生龟裂会在外层粉化的现象,从而大大的缩短了其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度铜合金电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度铜合金电缆,包括由铜合金丝绞合紧压而成的铜合金内导体,所述铜合金内导体的外壁包裹有保护层,所述铜合金内导体之间还填充有聚酰亚胺填料层,所述聚酰亚胺填料层的外壁包裹有硫化橡胶套,所述硫化橡胶套上均匀开有呈中空状的凸起,所述硫化橡胶套的外壁喷涂有沥青涂层,所述沥青涂层的外壁包裹有铜丝层,所述铜丝层的外壁包裹有绝缘层,所述绝缘层包括硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层的下表面固定有氯丁橡胶绝缘层,所述氯丁橡胶绝缘层的下表面固定有聚四氟乙烯绝缘层,所述绝缘层的外壁包裹有钢节聚乙烯护套,所述钢节聚乙烯护套由不少于十组铠装单件齿合而成。
优选的,所述硫化橡胶套由不少于十组硫化橡胶圈叠加组成,且硫化橡胶圈之间还穿插有加强筋。
优选的,所述铜丝层由精细铜丝编织而成,且铜丝层呈网状结构。
优选的,所述保护层由耐火云母带和阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层相互交叉而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该高强度铜合金电缆结构简单,在铜合金内导体的外壁包裹有保护层并且铜合金内导体之间填充有聚酰亚胺填料层,可有效的提高该铜合金电缆的强度;并且,在聚酰亚胺填料层的外壁包裹有硫化橡胶套、沥青涂层、绝缘层与钢节铠装护套,并且绝缘层由硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层、氯丁橡胶绝缘层与聚四氟乙烯绝缘层组成,大大的增加了该铜合金电缆的机械强度,并且,大大加强了该铜合金电缆的耐磨性与耐腐蚀性,延长了其使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高强度铜合金电缆,包括由铜合金丝绞合紧压而成的铜合金内导体1,铜合金内导体1的外壁包裹有保护层2,保护层2由耐火云母带和阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层相互交叉而成,保护层2在提高该铜合金电缆的机械强度的同时也增加了该铜合金电缆的阻燃性能,铜合金内导体1之间还填充有聚酰亚胺填料层3,在铜合金内导体1的外壁包裹有保护层2并且铜合金内导体1之间填充有聚酰亚胺填料层3,可有效的提高该铜合金电缆的强度,聚酰亚胺填料层3的外壁包裹有硫化橡胶套4,硫化橡胶套4由不少于十组硫化橡胶圈叠加组成,且硫化橡胶圈之间还穿插有加强筋,硫化橡胶套4上均匀开有呈中空状的凸起41,凸起41可增加橡胶套与沥青涂层5的粘合性,从而有效的增加了该铜合金电缆的机械强度,硫化橡胶套4的外壁喷涂有沥青涂层5,沥青涂层5的外壁包裹有铜丝层6,铜丝层6由精细铜丝编织而成,且铜丝层6呈网状结构,铜丝层6的外壁包裹有绝缘层7,绝缘层7包括硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层71,硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层71的下表面固定有氯丁橡胶绝缘层72,氯丁橡胶绝缘层72的下表面固定有聚四氟乙烯绝缘层73,绝缘层7的外壁包裹有钢节聚乙烯护套8,钢节聚乙烯护套8由不少于十组铠装单件81齿合而成,在聚酰亚胺填料层3的外壁包裹有硫化橡胶套4、沥青涂层5、绝缘层7与钢节铠装护套8,并且绝缘层由硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层71、氯丁橡胶绝缘层72与聚四氟乙烯绝缘层73组成,大大的增加了该铜合金电缆的机械强度,并且,大大加强了该铜合金电缆的耐磨性与耐腐蚀性,延长了其使用寿命。

1.一种高强度铜合金电缆,包括由铜合金丝绞合紧压而成的铜合金内导体(1),其特征在于:所述铜合金内导体(1)的外壁包裹有保护层(2),所述铜合金内导体(1)之间还填充有聚酰亚胺填料层(3),所述聚酰亚胺填料层(3)的外壁包裹有硫化橡胶套(4),所述硫化橡胶套(4)上均匀开有呈中空状的凸起(41),所述硫化橡胶套(4)的外壁喷涂有沥青涂层(5),所述沥青涂层(5)的外壁包裹有铜丝层(6),所述铜丝层(6)的外壁包裹有绝缘层(7),所述绝缘层(7)包括硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层(71),所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层(71)的下表面固定有氯丁橡胶绝缘层(72),所述氯丁橡胶绝缘层(72)的下表面固定有聚四氟乙烯绝缘层(73),所述绝缘层(7)的外壁包裹有钢节聚乙烯护套(8),所述钢节聚乙烯护套(8)由不少于十组铠装单件(81)齿合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度铜合金电缆,其特征在于:所述硫化橡胶套(4)由不少于十组硫化橡胶圈叠加组成,且硫化橡胶圈之间还穿插有加强筋。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度铜合金电缆,其特征在于:所述铜丝层(6)由精细铜丝编织而成,且铜丝层(6)呈网状结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度铜合金电缆,其特征在于:所述保护层(2)由耐火云母带和阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层相互交叉而成。
