Abstract
The invention discloses a COB light source fixing seat of a circuit clamping structure, which comprises a base and two conducting strips, wherein the base is provided with a plurality of conducting strips; the middle part of the base is provided with a light-emitting opening with the size matched with the LED chip of the COB light source, and the two conducting strips are embedded in the base and are respectively positioned at two sides of the light-emitting opening; two connecting ports are formed in the outer edge of the base, one ends of the two conducting strips extend to the corresponding connecting ports respectively to serve as electrodes of the corresponding connecting ports respectively, each connecting port is provided with a line clamping structure for fixing a wire, each line clamping structure comprises a first limiting part, a second limiting part, a third limiting part and a Z-shaped metal elastic piece, and each Z-shaped metal elastic piece comprises a first baffle piece, a connecting piece and a second baffle piece which are connected together in sequence. The invention has simple structure and convenient use, not only can effectively improve the assembly efficiency, but also can optimize the product quality.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a COB light source holder, and more particularly to a COB light source holder with a circuit clamping structure.
Background
The COB (Chip On Board) light source is a light source formed by mounting an LED Chip On a substrate by a heat treatment method, and covering, fixing and packaging the LED Chip with a thermally conductive epoxy resin. At present, a COB light source is generally installed on a lamp in a welding mode, four welding spots are distributed on a substrate of the COB light source, workers need to weld one welding spot, assembly efficiency is low, and the multi-welding spot welding process is easy to cause cold welding, so that product quality is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a COB light source fixing seat with a line clamping structure, which can solve the problems of low assembly efficiency and influence on product quality.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a COB light source fixing seat with a circuit clamping structure comprises a base and two conducting strips; the middle part of the base is provided with a light-emitting opening with the size matched with the LED chip of the COB light source, and the two conducting strips are embedded in the base and are respectively positioned at two sides of the light-emitting opening; the outer edge of the base is provided with two connecting ports, one ends of the two conducting strips extend to the corresponding connecting ports respectively to serve as electrodes of the corresponding connecting ports, each connecting port is provided with a line clamping structure for fixing a lead, each line clamping structure comprises a first limiting part, a second limiting part, a third limiting part and a Z-shaped metal spring piece, the Z-shaped metal spring pieces comprise a first baffle piece, a connecting piece and a second baffle piece which are sequentially connected together, the first limiting part is positioned on one side of the connecting port and used for fixing the first baffle piece of the Z-shaped metal spring piece, the second limiting part is positioned on the outer side of the first limiting part and used for fixing the second baffle piece of the Z-shaped metal spring piece, and the third limiting part is positioned on the other side of the connecting port and forms a clamping space with the second baffle piece; when no wire is inserted into the clamping space of the connecting port, the second limiting part is positioned at the first position under the action of the Z-shaped metal elastic sheet, when the wire is inserted into the clamping space of the connecting port, the second limiting part is positioned at the second position, and the wire is fixed between the second baffle sheet and the third limiting part under the action of the Z-shaped metal elastic sheet so as to electrically connect the wire with the corresponding conducting sheet,

Preferably, the base is further provided with two semi-closed second mounting through holes, and the two second mounting through holes are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the light-emitting opening.
Preferably, the base is also provided with a semicircular limiting through hole communicated with the light-emitting opening.
Preferably, the base is provided with two first assembly through holes which are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the light-emitting opening and are used for fixing the secondary optical element.
Preferably, the base is further provided with two semi-closed second assembly through holes which are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the light-emitting opening, and the two second assembly through holes are used for fixing the secondary optical element.
Preferably, an installation groove with a size matched with the substrate of the COB light source is formed in the middle of the bottom plate of the base, and four bonding pads used for welding and fixing the substrate of the COB light source are arranged on the bottom wall of the installation groove.
Preferably, a detachable protective cover matched with the shape of each connecting port is arranged above each connecting port.
Preferably, the protection cover is provided with three protruding parts, the first limiting part is provided with a fixing hole for installing one protruding part, and the third limiting part is provided with two fixing holes for installing the other two protruding parts correspondingly.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has simple structure, adopts a direct splicing method, can effectively improve the assembly efficiency and can optimize the product quality. The Z-shaped metal elastic sheet can be used for directly and effectively fixing the lead, so that the use is more convenient.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description below:
as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a COB light source fixing base with a circuit clamping structure includes a base 1 and two conductive sheets. Wherein the base 1 may be of flat construction.
The middle part of the base 1 is provided with a luminous opening 4 with a size matched with the LED chip of the COB light source, and the two conducting strips 3 are embedded in the base 1 and are respectively positioned at two sides of the luminous opening 4. Two connection ports 5 are arranged on the outer edge of the base 1, one end of each conductive sheet extends to the corresponding connection port to serve as electrodes of the corresponding connection port 5, and each connection port 5 is provided with a line clamping structure for fixing a wire.
Preferably, two welding notches are further formed on the outer edge of the base 1, and the other ends of the two conductive sheets extend to the two welding notches respectively to serve as corresponding welding ends respectively. Further, the two electrodes may be a positive electrode conductive sheet and a negative electrode conductive sheet, respectively. For example, from the perspective of fig. 1, the conductive sheet located on the left side of the base 1 is the positive conductive sheet 2, and the conductive sheet located on the right side of the base 1 is the negative conductive sheet 3.
Therefore, when in use, a user can directly insert the lead into the line clamping structure according to the requirement, or respectively weld the lead on the welding ends in a thermal isolation welding mode, so as to realize the electric connection between the COB light source and the external driver. When the circuit is required to be changed, only the wire is required to be directly pulled out and then the other wire is connected, so that the circuit is very fast and convenient. And by adopting a thermal isolation welding mode, the lead can be removed by removing tin, and the lead of the other path can be welded again, so that the method is also convenient.
Specifically, the line clamping structure includes a first limiting portion 61, a second limiting portion 62, a third limiting portion 63, and a Z-shaped metal spring 64, where the Z-shaped metal spring 64 includes a first blocking piece 641, a connecting piece 642, and a second blocking piece 643 that are sequentially connected together, the first limiting portion 61 is located at one side of the connecting port 5, so as to fix the first blocking piece 641 of the Z-shaped metal spring 64, the second limiting portion 62 is located at the outer side of the first limiting portion 61, so as to fix the second blocking piece 643 of the Z-shaped metal spring 64, and the third limiting portion 63 is located at the other side of the connecting port 5, so as to form a clamping space with the second blocking piece 643.
When no wire is inserted into the clamping space of the connection port, the second limiting part 62 is at the first position under the action of the Z-shaped metal spring plate 64. When a wire is inserted into the clamping space of the connection port 5, the second limiting part 62 is at the second position, and the wire is fixed between the second blocking piece 643 and the third limiting part 63 under the action of the Z-shaped metal elastic sheet 64, so that the wire is electrically connected with the corresponding conductive sheet, and the electrical connection between the COB light source and the external driver is realized. The first position is that one end of the second limiting part is far away from one side of the connecting port, and the other end of the second limiting part is close to the third limiting part; the second position is that one end of the second limiting part is close to one side of the connecting port, and the other end of the second limiting part acts on the guide wire through the second baffle. The line clamping structure not only can improve the assembly efficiency, but also can avoid using a welding mode and optimize the product quality.
Preferably, the base is provided with two cylindrical first mounting through holes 71, and the two first mounting through holes are respectively located at two opposite sides of the light emitting opening. The first mounting through hole is used for fixing the base on the external radiator through screws. Here, the setting of the position of the first mounting through hole can optimize the fixing performance.
Preferably, the base is further provided with two semi-closed second mounting through holes 72, and the two second mounting through holes are respectively located at two opposite sides of the light emitting opening. The second mounting through hole may also be used to fix the base to the external heat sink by screws. Here, the setting of the position of the second mounting through hole can optimize the fixing performance.
Preferably, the base is further provided with a semicircular limiting through hole 73 communicated with the light emitting opening, so that the polarity position of the COB light source can be conveniently identified during assembly. When the marking circle is arranged on the substrate of the COB light source, the marking circle is exposed out of the limiting through hole 73 during assembly, and then the COB light source is installed correctly.
Preferably, the base is provided with two first assembly through holes 74 respectively located at two opposite sides of the light emitting opening, and the two first assembly through holes are used for fixing the secondary optical element. Further, the base is further provided with two semi-closed second assembly through holes 75 respectively located at two opposite sides of the light emitting opening, and the two second assembly through holes are used for fixing the secondary optical element. Wherein the secondary optical element may be a reflector cup or a lens.
Preferably, an installation groove 8 with a size matched with the substrate of the COB light source is formed in the middle of the bottom plate of the base, and four bonding pads 81 for welding and fixing the substrate of the COB light source are arranged on the bottom wall of the installation groove 8. In addition, the positive electrode conductive sheet 2 and the negative electrode conductive sheet 3 are respectively provided with a positive electrode conductive protrusion 21 and a positive electrode conductive protrusion 31, the bottom wall of the mounting groove 8 is provided with a through hole for exposing the positive electrode to the electric protrusion and the negative electrode conductive protrusion, and the positive electrode conductive protrusion 21 and the negative electrode conductive protrusion 31 are used for respectively electrically connecting the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the COB light source.
Preferably, a detachable protective cover matched with the shape of each connecting port is arranged above each connecting port. The protection cover is provided with three protruding parts, the first limiting part 61 is provided with a fixing hole 9 for installing one protruding part, and the third limiting part 63 is provided with two fixing holes 9 for installing the other two protruding parts correspondingly. The protective cover can protect the circuit clamping structure from external influence, and the working stability of the product is improved.

the middle part of the base is provided with a light-emitting opening with the size matched with the LED chip of the COB light source, and the two conducting strips are embedded in the base and are respectively positioned at two sides of the light-emitting opening; the outer edge of the base is provided with two connecting ports, one ends of the two conducting strips extend to the corresponding connecting ports respectively to serve as electrodes of the corresponding connecting ports, each connecting port is provided with a line clamping structure for fixing a lead, each line clamping structure comprises a first limiting part, a second limiting part, a third limiting part and a Z-shaped metal spring piece, the Z-shaped metal spring pieces comprise a first baffle piece, a connecting piece and a second baffle piece which are sequentially connected together, the first limiting part is positioned on one side of the connecting port and used for fixing the first baffle piece of the Z-shaped metal spring piece, the second limiting part is positioned on the outer side of the first limiting part and used for fixing the second baffle piece of the Z-shaped metal spring piece, and the third limiting part is positioned on the other side of the connecting port and forms a clamping space with the second baffle piece;

The COB light source holder with a circuit holding structure of claim 1 wherein a mounting groove with a size matching the substrate of the COB light source is formed in the middle of the bottom plate of the base, and four bonding pads for bonding and fixing the substrate of the COB light source are formed on the bottom wall of the mounting groove.
8. The COB light source holder with a circuit holding structure of claim 1, wherein a removable protective cover is provided over each connection port to match its shape.
