Abstract

本发明涉及一种WSA冷凝器气体进口管道的密封工艺,其工艺步骤是:先将硬管直接伸进WSA冷凝器的工艺气入口,使含有高浓度SO3气体由硬管直接输送至WSA冷凝器内;再在硬管外部焊接固定法兰,将帆布软连接套接在硬管之外,同时使帆布软连接两侧分别连接于硬管法兰与WSA冷凝器工艺气入口变径法兰外侧;再次在伸入进WSA冷凝器内部的硬管管口外侧使用耐高温及耐酸液腐蚀的石墨盘根进行一次密封;再向帆布软连接与硬管之间的缝隙处引入280℃~320℃的热空气连续吹扫,确保缝隙间无腐蚀性气体存在;最后在帆布软连接外部增加软连接保温层及温度计。彻底解决原先设计中存在的不足之处,使进入WSA冷凝器的硬管得到有效保护,达到WSA冷凝器及制酸系统长期稳定运行的目的。

Description

WSA冷凝器气体进口管道的密封工艺
技术领域
本发明属于WSA冷凝器技术领域,涉及一种冷凝器气体进口管道的密封工艺。
背景技术
托普索(丹麦)制酸系统中设计的WSA冷凝器进口管道采用耐高温及酸腐蚀的帆布制成,用于吸收(释放)管道及设备冷热变化产生的应力。由于帆布与之前的硬管法兰连接处因保温界限过于明显,导致帆布/硬管交界处极易产生腐蚀,造成硬管在高温硫酸的腐蚀下发生穿漏,使含有高浓度SO3气体从管道内泄漏出来,对人身产生健康危害及腐蚀周围的设备。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种WSA冷凝器气体进口管道的密封工艺,它能够解决WSA冷凝器进口管道因保温界限明显而造成腐蚀泄漏问题,使进入WSA冷凝器的硬管得到有效保护,达到WSA冷凝器及制酸系统长期稳定运行的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种WSA冷凝器气体进口管道的密封工艺,其工艺步骤是:
第一步:将硬管直接伸进WSA冷凝器的工艺气入口,使含有高浓度SO3气体由硬管直接输送至WSA冷凝器内;
第二步:在硬管外部焊接固定法兰,将帆布软连接套接在硬管之外,同时使帆布软连接两侧分别连接于硬管法兰与WSA冷凝器工艺气入口变径法兰外侧;
第三步:在伸入进WSA冷凝器内部的硬管管口外侧使用耐高温及耐酸液腐蚀的石墨盘根进行一次密封,尽量减少WSA冷凝器内部的酸液渗入帆布软连接与硬管之间的缝隙内;
第四步:向帆布软连接与硬管之间的缝隙处引入280℃~320℃的热空气连续吹扫,确保缝隙间无腐蚀性气体存在;
第五步:在帆布软连接外部增加软连接保温层及温度计,确保帆布外侧温度在270℃~290℃,确保硬管不受腐蚀。
本发明的有益效果是:彻底解决原先设计中存在的不足之处,使进入WSA冷凝器的硬管得到有效保护,达到WSA冷凝器及制酸系统长期稳定运行的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参见图1及图2,一种WSA冷凝器气体进口管道的密封工艺,其工艺步骤是:
第一步:将硬管101直接伸进WSA冷凝器105的工艺气入口,使含有高浓度SO3气体由硬管101直接输送至WSA冷凝器105内;
第二步:在硬管101外部焊接固定法兰,将帆布软连接103套接在硬管101之外,同时使帆布软连接103两侧分别连接于硬管101法兰与WSA冷凝器105工艺气入口变径法兰107外侧;
第三步:在伸入进WSA冷凝器105内部的硬管101管口外侧使用耐高温及耐酸液腐蚀的石墨盘根204进行一次密封,尽量减少WSA冷凝器内部的酸液渗入帆布软连接103与硬管101之间的缝隙内;
第四步:向帆布软连接103与硬管101之间的缝隙处引入280℃~320℃的热空气连续吹扫,确保缝隙间无腐蚀性气体存在;
第五步:在帆布软连接103外部增加软连接保温层202及温度计203,确保帆布外侧温度在270℃~290℃,确保硬管101不受腐蚀。
本发明能够彻底解决原先设计中存在的不足之处,使进入WSA冷凝器105的硬管101得到有效保护,达到WSA冷凝器105及制酸系统长期稳定运行的目的。

1.一种WSA冷凝器气体进口管道的密封工艺,其特征在于工艺步骤是:
第一步:将硬管直接伸进WSA冷凝器的工艺气入口,使含有高浓度SO3气体由硬管直接输送至WSA冷凝器内;
第二步:在硬管外部焊接固定法兰,将帆布软连接套接在硬管之外,同时使帆布软连接两侧分别连接于硬管法兰与WSA冷凝器工艺气入口变径法兰外侧;
第三步:在伸入进WSA冷凝器内部的硬管管口外侧使用耐高温及耐酸液腐蚀的石墨盘根进行一次密封,尽量减少WSA冷凝器内部的酸液渗入帆布软连接与硬管之间的缝隙内;
第四步:向帆布软连接与硬管之间的缝隙处引入280℃~320℃的热空气连续吹扫,确保缝隙间无腐蚀性气体存在;
第五步:在帆布软连接外部增加软连接保温层及温度计,确保帆布外侧温度在270℃~290℃,确保硬管不受腐蚀。
