Abstract

本发明提供了一种管线集成正交层积木墙板,竖直木板构成的竖向木板层与水平木板构成的水平木板层依次相互交替,且二者的顺纹相互垂直,竖向木板层和水平木板层的总层数优选选用奇数,竖向连接件安装与保温空腔由一个或多块竖直木板分割,在其中一个竖向连接件安装与保温空腔布置竖直管线;保温板空腔内设置水平管线,水平管线的位置靠近同层的水平木板,且水平方向至少与一个不同层的横向保温板空腔相对;在表层的竖向木板层设置1~3块预留检查板。本发明的有益效果减少大量现场作业,同时保证加工工序简单,更保证其具有良好的受力性能。有利于装配安装,大幅度提高安装效率,降低造价。

管线集成正交层积木墙板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑技术领域,特别是涉及一种管线集成正交层积木墙板。
背景技术
据统计,建筑业消耗了地球上大约50%的能源、42%的水资源、50%的材料和48%的耕地。造成生态失衡,产生了全球24%的空气污染、50%的温室效应、40%的水源污染和50%的氯氟烃等。
绿色建筑在我国治理环境污染、节能减排、调整产业结构方面起着至关重要的作用。过去我国在发展绿色建筑方面,只注重钢结构和混凝土结构而忽略了木结构绿色建筑。钢材、水泥、塑料的不可再生不可持续性已经非常明显。现在发达国家已经公认木建筑以及利用农业废弃物加工的建材,是建筑产业可持续发展的正确方向,然而我国政府部门和社会各界对于新型木建筑的广泛应用还存在着很多误区。
为此,有必要针对木结构绿色建筑及其工业化进行系统性的研发,使我国建筑产业真正实现全过程的绿色、可循环、可持续。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决正交层积木墙板的管线集成,现有正交层积木均采用管线外置的方法,施工十分复杂,大大降低了施工效率,因此本发明旨在将管线与正交层积木墙板集成,减少大量现场作业,同时保证加工工序简单,更保证其具有良好的受力性能。有利于装配安装,大幅度提高安装效率,降低造价。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
管线集成正交层积木墙板,包括竖直木板、水平木板、竖直管线、竖向连接件安装与保温空腔、特设竖直空腔、表面管线凹槽、水平管线、横向保温板空腔、水平管线特设空腔和预留检查板,竖直木板构成的竖向木板层与水平木板构成的水平木板层依次相互交替,且二者的顺纹相互垂直,竖向木板层和水平木板层的总层数优选选用奇数,最外两侧优先采用竖向木板层,优先选择中间层的竖向木板层设置竖向连接件安装与保温空腔,竖向连接件安装与保温空腔由一个或多块竖直木板分割,在其中一个竖向连接件安装与保温空腔布置竖直管线;当未设置竖向连接件安装与保温空腔时,在表层竖向木板层或接近表层竖向木板层抽出一块竖直木板或采用较小的竖直木板形成特设竖直空腔或表面管线凹槽;
水平木板层优先在靠近表层横向保温板空腔,保温板空腔内设置水平管线,水平管线的位置靠近同层的水平木板,且水平方向至少与一个不同层的横向保温板空腔相对,当未设置横向保温板空腔时,在接近表层水平木板层抽出一块水平木板或采用较小的水平木板,形成水平管线特设空腔;在表层的竖向木板层设置1~3块预留检查板。
所述预留检查板为三分之一至三分之二长的竖直木板,竖直木板断开的位置竖向至少相差1块水平木板。
本发明的有益效果是:将管线集成到正交层木墙板中,受力性能好,成本低,加工简单,施工方便。有效解决了CLT结构的管线布置的问题,减少大量现场作业,同时保证加工工序简单,更保证其具有良好的受力性能。有利于装配安装,大幅度提高安装效率,降低造价。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明提供的管线集成正交层积木墙板进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种管线集成正交层积木墙板,如图1~7所示,包括竖直木板1、水平木板2、竖直管线3、竖向连接件安装与保温空腔4、特设竖直空腔5、表面管线凹槽6、水平管线7、横向保温板空腔8、水平管线特设空腔9和预留检查板10。其特征在于:竖直木板1构成的竖向木板层与水平木板2构成的水平木板层依次相互交替,且二者的顺纹相互垂直,竖向木板层和水平木板层的总层数优选选用奇数,最外两侧优先采用竖向木板层,优先选择中间层的竖向木板层设置竖向连接件安装与保温空腔4,竖向连接件安装与保温空腔4由一个或多块竖直木板1分割,在其中一个竖向连接件安装与保温空腔4布置竖直管线3;当未设置竖向连接件安装与保温空腔4时,在表层竖向木板层或接近表层竖向木板层抽出一块竖直木板1或采用较小的竖直木板1形成特设竖直空腔5或表面管线凹槽6;
水平木板层优先在靠近表层横向保温板空腔8,保温板空腔8内设置水平管线7,水平管线的位置靠近同层的水平木板2,且水平方向至少与一个不同层的横向保温板空腔8相对,当未设置横向保温板空腔8时,在接近表层水平木板层抽出一块水平木板2或采用较小的水平木板2,形成水平管线特设空腔9;在表层的竖向木板层设置1~3块预留检查板10。
所述预留检查板10为三分之一至三分之二长的竖直木板1,竖直木板1断开的位置竖向至少相差1块水平木板2。

Claims (1)

1.一种管线集成正交层积木墙板,包括竖直木板(1)、水平木板(2)、竖直管线(3)、竖向连接件安装与保温空腔(4)、特设竖直空腔(5)、表面管线凹槽(6)、水平管线(7)、横向保温板空腔(8)、水平管线特设空腔(9)和预留检查板(10);
其特征在于:竖直木板(1)构成的竖向木板层与水平木板(2)构成的水平木板层依次相互交替,且二者的顺纹相互垂直,竖向木板层和水平木板层的总层数选用奇数,最外两侧采用竖向木板层,选择中间层的竖向木板层设置竖向连接件安装与保温空腔(4),竖向连接件安装与保温空腔(4)由一个或多块竖直木板(1)分割,在其中一个竖向连接件安装与保温空腔(4)布置竖直管线(3);当未设置竖向连接件安装与保温空腔(4)时,在表层竖向木板层或接近表层竖向木板层抽出一块竖直木板(1)或采用较小的竖直木板(1),形成特设竖直空腔(5)或表面管线凹槽(6);
水平木板层在靠近表层横向保温板空腔(8),保温板空腔(8)内设置水平管线(7),水平管线的位置靠近同层的水平木板(2),且水平方向至少与一个不同层的横向保温板空腔(8)相对,当未设置横向保温板空腔(8)时,在接近表层水平木板层抽出一块水平木板(2)或采用较小的水平木板(2),形成水平管线特设空腔(9);
在表层的竖向木板层设置1~3块预留检查板(10);所述预留检查板(10)为三分之一至三分之二长的竖直木板(1),竖直木板(1)断开的位置竖向至少相差1块水平木板(2)。
