Abstract

本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产工艺领域,具体的说是一种高韧防滑编织袋材料,由以下原料制成:聚丙烯40‑50份、二硫化钼4‑6份、聚碳酸酯5‑10份、低密度聚乙烯50‑60份;所述的低密度聚乙烯由低密度聚乙烯1C7A与低密度聚乙烯7042按照55:4的分量复配而成;所述的聚丙烯由聚丙烯S700和聚丙烯F401按照1.5:4的分量进行复配制成。本发明的二硫化钼提高了材料两相间的粘合力,冲击强度、韧性均有提高,从而增加了摩擦系数,更能起到防滑作用,从而彻底解决复合袋滑包问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产工艺领域,具体的说是一种高韧防滑编织袋材料。
背景技术
塑料材料属于高分子材料,也是一种性能良好的材料,具有质轻、不锈蚀、强度高、绝缘性好等优点,塑料编织袋按主要材料构成分为聚丙烯袋、聚乙烯袋;按缝制方法分为缝底袋、缝边袋;按是否复合分为编织袋、复合编织袋;是目前广泛用于化工、日用、肥料、食品、建筑等物品的一种包装材料,编织袋在使用时,由于其应用的区域性,有时需要堆垛,但是由于编织袋的材料特质,表面较滑,因此在堆垛的过高后,便会滑落,尤其轻质包装质量轻、体积大(如棉、毛絮、纱类),目前在行业内防滑编织袋通常是通过经向、纬向加密,制成挤丝防滑带来解决滑包问题,但是这种方式并不能彻底的解决问题,使用效果并不明显,且制成挤丝防滑带单袋重、成本高。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明中所述的一种高韧防滑编织袋材料,表面摩擦力度大的防滑、高韧性编织袋复合材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高韧防滑编织袋材料,由以下原料制成:
聚丙烯 40-50份
二硫化钼 4-6份
聚碳酸酯 5-10份
低密度聚乙烯 50-60份。
优选的,其中各组分的最佳百分比为:
聚丙烯 45份
二硫化钼 5份
聚碳酸酯 5-10份
低密度聚乙烯 55份。
优选的,所述的低密度聚乙烯由低密度聚乙烯1C7A与低密度聚乙烯7042按照55:4的分量复配而成。
优选的,所述的聚丙烯由聚丙烯S700和聚丙烯F401按照1.5:4的分量进行复配制成。
有益效果:本发明的二硫化钼提高了材料两相间的粘合力,冲击强度、韧性均有提高,从而增加了摩擦系数,更能起到防滑作用,从而彻底解决复合袋滑包问题。

优选的,其中各组分的最佳百分比为:

聚碳酸酯 5-10份
低密度聚乙烯 55份。
