本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种带螺纹的免针加药连接器,包括阀体,阀体内设有上阀腔和下阀腔,阀体顶端为加药口,加药口外有盖子,阀体下阀腔连接有出药管,出药管两端为出药口;出药口外壁有防滑的螺纹;上阀腔内设有阀芯,所述的阀芯顶部伸入到加药口,阀芯顶部中空,中空下方有药液通孔,药液通孔一端开口与阀芯顶部中空连通,一端开口在阀芯侧壁上;阀芯底部侧壁有凸起的肩部,对应的阀体的上阀腔和下阀腔连接处有凸起;阀芯底部的下表面连接有弹性部件,弹性部件下端为阀座,阀座安装在出药管上。组装时,只需要将阀芯和弹性部件从出药管插入,然后再安装上阀座即可完成组装,增加了液体通道,减小了推药阻力。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种带螺纹的免针加药连接器。
技术背景
现有技术的加药连接器包括一三通式的阀体,阀体内设有阀芯,阀芯通过一弹性密封件密封其中之一的加药口,三通的另一出口与注液泵药囊连通,第三个出口与输液管通。当需向注液泵加液时,用注射器从加药口向阀体内推药,药液从加药口将阀芯推开进入阀腔,从出药口被压入注液泵的气囊内,加药结束后,阀芯复位关闭阀腔。正常注液时,液体从注液泵的气囊压入阀腔,经三通的另一出口进入输液管对人体进行输液。这种结构的加药器主要缺点是,结构复杂,并且使用时候,加药时推药阻力大。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种组装方便,推药阻力小的加药连接器。
具体的技术方案为:
带螺纹的免针加药连接器,包括阀体,阀体内设有上阀腔和下阀腔,阀体顶端为加药口,加药口外有盖子,阀体下阀腔连接有出药管,出药管两端为出药口;出药口外壁有防滑的螺纹;
上阀腔内设有阀芯,所述的阀芯顶部伸入到加药口,阀芯顶部中空,中空下方有药液通孔,药液通孔一端开口与阀芯顶部中空连通,一端开口在阀芯侧壁上;阀芯底部侧壁有凸起的肩部,对应的阀体的上阀腔和下阀腔连接处有凸起,凸起与阀芯的肩部相互抵靠限位,凸起处有密封圈;
阀芯底部的下表面连接有弹性部件,弹性部件下端为阀座,阀座安装在出药管上。
所述的阀座上表面有环形凹槽,弹性部件的下端连接有球,球位于环形凹槽内。
所述的阀座通过螺纹与出药管连接。
所述的阀芯顶部外壁有垂直的导向条,对应的阀体上阀腔的内壁有导向槽。
本发明提供的带螺纹的免针加药连接器,组装时,只需要将阀芯和弹性部件从出药管插入,然后再安装上阀座即可完成组装。药液通孔、下阀腔的结构,以及弹性部件连接阀芯和阀座的结构,增加了液体通道,减小了推药阻力。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式,如图1所示,带螺纹的免针加药连接器,包括阀体2,阀体2内设有上阀腔和下阀腔,阀体2顶端为加药口,加药口外有盖子1,阀体2下阀腔连接有出药管3,出药管3两端为出药口;出药口外壁有防滑的螺纹;
上阀腔内设有阀芯4,所述的阀芯4顶部伸入到加药口,阀芯4顶部中空,中空下方有药液通孔5,药液通孔5一端开口与阀芯4顶部中空连通,一端开口在阀芯4侧壁上;阀芯4底部侧壁有凸起的肩部6,对应的阀体2的上阀腔和下阀腔连接处有凸起,凸起与阀芯4的肩部6相互抵靠限位,凸起处有密封圈10;
阀芯4底部的下表面连接有弹性部件7,弹性部件7下端为阀座8,阀座8安装在出药管3上。
所述的阀座8上表面有环形凹槽9,弹性部件7的下端连接有球11,球11位于环形凹槽9内。球11在环形凹槽9内可以滑动,在底座8安装过程中弹性部件7不会随着阀座8转动而一起转动,确保弹性部件7不会扭住。
所述的阀座8通过螺纹与出药管3连接。螺纹连接保证阀座8的稳定性。
所述的阀芯4顶部外壁有垂直的导向条,对应的阀体2上阀腔的内壁有导向槽12。
阀芯4顶部外侧壁与上阀腔内壁形成活塞接触面,接触面密封配合,阀体2的凸起与阀芯4的肩部6相互抵靠限位,同时安装密封圈10,还起到密封作用,防止加药口被感染,加药口2端部外周套装有盖子1;阀芯4与阀座8之间通过弹性部件7连接,优选为弹簧,可以增加两个出药口之间通道横截面,减小药液在加药器内的阻力。
出药管3两端为出药口,出药口外壁有防滑的螺纹,一个出药口通过软管与注液泵连接,另一个出药口通过软管与输液管路连接,不加药时,阀芯4在阀座8与弹性部件7的抵靠作用下与阀体2的凸起密封连接,从而使下阀腔与外界密封隔离,当需要加液时,取下盖子1,插入注射器,注射器向下将阀芯4下推,直到药液通孔5进入下阀腔,注射器的注射口与加药口密封连接加压,药液沿阀芯4顶部中空、药液通孔5与下阀腔之间空隙进入出药管3,药液从出药口添加到注液泵的气囊内。加药结束后,阀芯4在弹性部件7作用下复位关闭下阀腔。
本发明的加药过程中,药液通道横截面的面积大,推药阻力小。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,凡是在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明保护的范围内。

1.带螺纹的免针加药连接器,包括阀体(2),其特征在于:阀体(2)内设有上阀腔和下阀腔,阀体(2)顶端为加药口,加药口外有盖子(1),阀体(2)下阀腔连接有出药管(3),出药管(3)两端为出药口;出药口外壁有防滑的螺纹;
上阀腔内设有阀芯(4),所述的阀芯(4)顶部伸入到加药口,阀芯(4)顶部中空,中空下方有药液通孔(5),药液通孔(5)一端开口与阀芯(4)顶部中空连通,一端开口在阀芯(4)侧壁上;阀芯(4)底部侧壁有凸起的肩部(6),对应的阀体(2)的上阀腔和下阀腔连接处有凸起,凸起与阀芯(4)的肩部(6)相互抵靠限位,凸起处有密封圈(10);
阀芯(4)底部的下表面连接有弹性部件(7),弹性部件(7)下端为阀座(8),阀座(8)安装在出药管(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带螺纹的免针加药连接器,其特征在于:所述的阀座(8)上表面有环形凹槽(9),弹性部件(7)的下端连接有球(11),球(11)位于环形凹槽(9)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带螺纹的免针加药连接器,其特征在于:所述的阀座(8)通过螺纹与出药管(3)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带螺纹的免针加药连接器,其特征在于:所述的阀芯(4)顶部外壁有垂直的导向条,对应的阀体(2)上阀腔的内壁有导向槽(12)。
