治疗病毒性胃肠炎的中药汤剂，其组成原料的重量份为：金银花20-25、巴戟天4-6、黄连6-8、丹参2-4、艾叶4-6、车前子3-4、泽泻4-6、莪术5-7、朝天罐2-4、穿心莲4-6、藕节5-6、鹅不食草3-4、藿香2-4、黄柏4-6、侧柏叶5-7、制僵蚕4-5、白术2-4、栝楼1-3、炒枳壳5-7、青丝龙2-4和苦生叶3-4。

用量及用法：服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，分早、晚两次服用，一般一周内即可治愈。
典型病例：
典型病例1、宋某某，男，31岁，患病毒性胃肠炎数日，起病急，先吐后泻，伴轻、中度发热，腹泻每日十到数十次不等，大便呈黄绿色稀便，伴上腹阵发性疼痛，自述是因饮食不当引发，服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，分早、晚两次服用，连服两剂，效果显著，患者腹泻次数明显减少，无呕吐、发热症状，后续服用一周以巩固疗效，诸症全消，痊愈。
