背景技术
视神经萎缩是视神经纤维在各种因素影响下发生退行性改变，致使视功能明显损害的眼病。临床上以视力减退和视盘成灰色或苍白色为特征。视神经萎缩的形成与各种疾病引起视网膜神经细胞和其轴突病变，致使视神经变细有关。在西医治疗中，多给予营养神经、改善循环等治疗，效果欠佳。
在中医领域，视神经萎缩属于中医“内障”眼病，可归入“青盲”范畴，系患眼外观正常，瞳神气色无异，唯眼神呆钝，远近视物昏朦不清，又不能矫正，最终不见三光。治疗多以中药内服、针刺、穴位注射等为主。针刺治疗本症，所选穴位多以眼眶四周的穴位为主穴，体部穴位为配穴，常取太阳、晴明、攒竹、瞳子耀、丝竹空等穴，通过针刺可加强眼周的血液循环和促进神经营养物质的交换等。
但是传统的中医针灸常给患者带来思想负担和排斥心理，为克服上述问题，本发明提供了一种中药穴位导入液在制备治疗视神经萎缩的药物中的用途，通过直流电进行中药离子穴位导入，通过刺激穴位产生类似针灸的作用，同时在人体内还产生电解等作用，直接改善血液循环，可以更有效地改善视网膜视神经的缺血缺氧状态，促进视觉的恢复。

(1)按重量份称取柴胡、川芎、赤芍、石菖蒲、决明子、菊花、防风、菟丝子、路路通，去除杂质，洗净，晾干，粉碎，备用；
(2)将以上各原料粉末混合均匀，加入6-10倍量水浸泡2-3小时，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮1-2小时，滤过得滤液，将药渣再次加入5-8倍水，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮1-2小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，浓缩至1000-1200ml，装瓶备用。
本发明穴位导入液的方中以柴胡疏肝解郁为君药，以川芎、赤芍活血化瘀为臣药，辅以石菖蒲、决明子、菊花、防风、菟丝子、路路通醒神开窍、清肝明目、疏散风热、补肾通络，诸味合用共奏疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、通络明目之功，对视神经萎缩有显著的疗效，而且患者依从性强，无明显排斥心理。

实施例1：

柴胡30份、川芎25份、赤芍20份、石菖蒲15份、决明子20份、菊花15份、防风15份、菟丝子10份、路路通15份；
制备方法为：
(1)按重量份称取柴胡、川芎、赤芍、石菖蒲、决明子、菊花、防风、菟丝子、路路通，去除杂质，洗净，晾干，粉碎，备用；
(2)将以上各原料粉末混合均匀，加入9倍量水浸泡2.5小时，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮1.5小时，滤过得滤液，将药渣再次加入8倍水，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮1小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，浓缩至1200ml，装瓶备用。
实施例2：
所述穴位导入液由以下重量份的原料药制成：
柴胡25份、川芎20份、赤芍15份、石菖蒲10份、决明子25份、菊花10份、防风20份、菟丝子15份、路路通10份；
制备方法为：
(1)按重量份称取柴胡、川芎、赤芍、石菖蒲、决明子、菊花、防风、菟丝子、路路通，去除杂质，洗净，晾干，粉碎，备用；
(2)将以上各原料粉末混合均匀，加入7倍量水浸泡3小时，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮2小时，滤过得滤液，将药渣再次加入7倍水，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮1小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，浓缩至1000ml，装瓶备用。
实施例3：
所述穴位导入液由以下重量份的原料药制成：
柴胡20份、川芎25份、赤芍10份、石菖蒲20份、决明子15份、菊花10份、防风10份、菟丝子20份、路路通20份；
制备方法为：
(1)按重量份称取柴胡、川芎、赤芍、石菖蒲、决明子、菊花、防风、菟丝子、路路通，去除杂质，洗净，晾干，粉碎，备用；
(2)将以上各原料粉末混合均匀，加入6倍量水浸泡2小时，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮1.5小时，滤过得滤液，将药渣再次加入5倍水，武火煮沸，文火继续煎煮1.5小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，浓缩至1000ml，装瓶备用。
临床试验
自2011年3月至2015年7月共治疗视神经萎缩病例167例，其中男性97例，女性70例，双眼73例，右眼51例，左眼43例。年龄在13-78岁之间，平均年龄为47岁，致病原因：外伤性眼伤31例、青光眼42例、视神经炎39例、糖尿病47例，原因不明8例。
诊断标准
参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、《中医眼科学》和《实用眼科学》进行拟定：(1)患者视力渐降且不能矫正，直至失明，无痛痒，外观无异常；(2)眼底见视盘淡白或苍白，甚则蜡黄，边界尚清，血管变细；(3)视野缺损，向心性缩小或中心暗点，鼻侧缺损，或管状视野或颞侧偏盲、象限盲等；(4)瞳孔直接对光反射迟钝或有相对性瞳孔传入障碍；(5)视觉诱发电位P100波峰潜伏期和/或振幅明显异常。
治疗方法
以实施例1的穴位导入液为治疗药物，使用多功能电治疗仪，治疗时将浸过导入液的衬垫套在极板上，正极放在患侧的太阳穴，负极放在同侧合谷穴，电流强度可因人而宜，每次治疗25分钟，每日1次，14天为1个疗程。可根据治疗情况选择多个疗程。
疗效标准
显效：视力提高5行以上(含5行)或视野中心暗点缩小，视野扩大10°以上，视觉电生理P100潜伏时及振幅改善。
有效：视力提高1～4行或视野绝对暗点变为相对暗点，视野扩大5°以上，视觉电生理P100潜伏时及振幅无改善。
无效：视力、视野无改善或缩小，视觉电生理P100潜伏时及振幅无改善或下降。
治疗结果
167例患者中显效97例，有效66例，无效4例，总有效率97.6％。

(1)按重量份称取柴胡、川芎、赤芍、石菖蒲、决明子、菊花、防风、菟丝子、路路通，去除杂质，洗净，晾干，粉碎，备用；

2.根据权利要求1所述的用途，其特征在于，所述穴位导入液由以下重量份的原料药制成：
柴胡20-30份、川芎20-30份、赤芍20-30份、石菖蒲10-20份、决明子15-30份、菊花15-25份、防风15-20份、菟丝子10-20份、路路通10-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用途，其特征在于，所述穴位导入液由以下重量份的原料药制成：
柴胡30份、川芎25份、赤芍20份、石菖蒲15份、决明子20份、菊花15份、防风15份、菟丝子10份、路路通15份。
