背景技术

目前，皮炎湿疹的治疗药物可以分为西药和中药，西药的药效快，但是皮炎湿疹易复发，中药的药效慢进而导致治疗周期长，但是治愈后复发率低。由此可以看出，无论是西药还是中药均存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阿维菌素皮炎软膏及其制备方法，通过该方法制得的阿维菌素皮炎软膏对皮炎的治愈率高、治愈周期短且复发率低。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种阿维菌素皮炎软膏的制备方法，包括：
1)将中草药于水中进行煎煮、过滤制得中草药提取液；
2)将凡士林、液状石蜡、阿维菌素、甲硝唑、丹参酮、硇砂、雄黄、硫磺、二甲基亚矾和中草药提取液混合制得阿维菌素皮炎软膏；
其中，中草药含有糙苏、熟地、钩藤、甘草、壁虎、花椒、连翘、金银花、黄连、黄芩、黄柏和牛黄。
本发明还提供了一种阿维菌素皮炎软膏，该阿维菌素皮炎软膏通过上述的方法制备而得。

本发明提供了一种阿维菌素皮炎软膏的制备方法，包括：
1)将中草药于水中进行煎煮、过滤制得中草药提取液；
2)将凡士林、液状石蜡、阿维菌素、甲硝唑、丹参酮、硇砂、雄黄、硫磺、二甲基亚矾和中草药提取液混合制得阿维菌素皮炎软膏；

在本发明的步骤1)中，中草药的用量可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了提高制得的阿维菌素皮炎软膏的药效、治愈率、治愈周期和复发率；优选地，相对于100重量份的糙苏，熟地的用量为74-80重量份，钩藤的用量为44-65重量份，甘草的用量为10-22重量份，壁虎的用量为55-62重量份，花椒的用量为34-47重量份，连翘的用量为90-105重量份，金银花的用量为60-84重量份，黄连的用量为45-60重量份，黄芩的用量为47-58重量份，黄柏的用量为33-42重量份，牛黄的用量为5-9重量份。

通过上述实施例和对比例可知，本发明提供的阿维菌素皮炎软膏对皮炎的治愈率高、治愈周期短且复发率低。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式，但是，本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节，在本发明的技术构思范围内，可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型，这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是，在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征，在不矛盾的情况下，可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合，为了避免不必要的重复，本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外，本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合，只要其不违背本发明的思想，其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

Claims (8)

1.一种阿维菌素皮炎软膏的制备方法，其特征在于，包括：
1)将中草药于水中进行煎煮、过滤制得中草药提取液；
2)将凡士林、液状石蜡、阿维菌素、甲硝唑、丹参酮、硇砂、雄黄、硫磺、二甲基亚矾和所述中草药提取液混合制得阿维菌素皮炎软膏；
其中，所述中草药含有糙苏、熟地、钩藤、甘草、壁虎、花椒、连翘、金银花、黄连、黄芩、黄柏和牛黄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其中，在步骤1)中，相对于100重量份的所述糙苏，所述熟地的用量为74-80重量份，所述钩藤的用量为44-65重量份，所述甘草的用量为10-22重量份，所述壁虎的用量为55-62重量份，所述花椒的用量为34-47重量份，所述连翘的用量为90-105重量份，所述金银花的用量为60-84重量份，所述黄连的用量为45-60重量份，所述黄芩的用量为47-58重量份，所述黄柏的用量为33-42重量份，所述牛黄的用量为5-9重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法，其中，相对于100重量份的所述糙苏，所述水的用量为500-800重量份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的制备方法，其中，所述煎煮至少满足以下条件：煎煮温度为110-130℃，煎煮时间为3-5h。
5.根据权利要求4中任意一项所述的制备方法，其中，在步骤2)中，相对于100重量份的所述凡士林，所述液状石蜡的用量为47-60重量份，所述阿维菌素的用量为15-24重量份，所述甲硝唑的用量为22-34重量份，所述丹参酮的用量为9-18重量份，所述硇砂的用量为3-7重量份，所述雄黄的用量为8-15重量份，所述硫磺的用量为4-8重量份，所述二甲基亚矾的用量为35-47重量份，所述中草药提取液的用量为22-28重量份。
6.根据权利要求5中任意一项所述的制备方法，其中，在所述煎煮之前，所述方法还包括将所述中草药置于所述水进行浸泡。
7.根据权利要求6中任意一项所述的制备方法，其中，所述浸泡至少满足以下条件：浸泡温度为25-35℃，浸泡时间为24-30h。
8.一种阿维菌素皮炎软膏，其特征在于，所述阿维菌素皮炎软膏通过1-7中任意一项所述的方法制备而得。
