本发明涉及农用植物生长调节剂领域,尤其是一种植物生长调节剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
苹果、葡萄,大枣等是全球拥有较大消费群体的水果。近年来,对于苹果,、葡萄、大枣等人们不仅要求其果实无各种农药残留、口味好、营养丰富,同时也要求具有良好的外观色泽。果色是果树品种的特征,也是评价果品质量的重要标志.果实红色的品种,红色愈浓,色泽鲜艳,果品质量等级也愈高,销售价格也高。特别是在国际市场,质量升一级,价格往往可升几倍。
适时采收的水果.绝大部分都能反映出本品种具有的色泽和风味,但由于市场或运输上的需要、果实提前采收,或因气候的影响,许多品种都存在着色差的缺点,极大地影响了果品的上市。着色较差的,可采用人工增色,以达到本品种应具有的色泽,提高其商品价值。增色方法有:1.用人工反光膜法,增加光照,但费时费力,成本很高;2.向果面喷雾乙烯利,催熟催红,但经常由于使用时机或使用量不对,导致落果,加大损失。
因此,如何有效提高果品质量,改善外观色泽,提前上市,一直是果农们期待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种植物生长调节剂。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题在于提供上述植物生长调节剂的制备方法。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种植物生长调节剂,由以下成分组成,按重量百分比计:
上述s-诱抗素,又叫脱落酸,英文名称:abscisicacid,ABA),化学式:C15H20O4,分子量:264.32,CAS登录号:21293-29-8。
上述枫叶提取物醇溶液是来源自加拿大枫叶提取的醇类活性物质,主要成分为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)、α-香树脂醇(α-amyrin)、齐墩果酮酸(花色素苷),总含量10.25%,可由美国U.S.URANUS Enterprises提供。
优选的,上述植物生长调节剂,由以下成分组成,按重量百分比计:

上述植物生长调节剂的组方分析:
芸苔素内酯能显著提高光合作用,增加葡萄糖、蔗糖等碳水化合物的积累并引导糖向果实上转移,提高水果果实着色度的同时增强果实的硬度。
S-诱抗素(ABA)对果实有促进着色、增加主要营养成分、改善品质和口感的作用,促进果实中ACC氧化酶和与ACC合酶相关的多肽的积累,促进果实中乙烯的合成。乙烯可以通过影响细胞膜透性,增加糖分流通和积累,从而提供反应底物或直接调节生理生化过程而促进花青苷合成。另外,ABA和乙烯都可以通过提高PAL活性提高花青普合成量,进而提高果实的成熟和着色。
枫叶提取物醇溶液主要是枫叶提取醇酯类活性物质:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)、α-香树脂醇(α-amyrin)、齐墩果酮酸(oleanonicac),其活性是花色素苷10倍以上,并且有较高的化学稳定性。枫叶提取物醇溶液是纯天然的植物提取液,能有效增加植物花青素和类胡萝卜素的积累,提高叶绿素的降解,提高果品光色度,促进果实着色。
各有效成分间相互协同作用,再辅以高效渗透剂,大大提高了植物的吸收效果,促进果品成熟、提高色泽、糖度和外观光泽度效果显著。
实验例1
在葡萄上着色和品质田间试验结果
采用实施例1和实施例2所述植物生长调节剂,分别稀释500倍,每处理在巨峰葡萄栽植行间中部选20株,处理时间在上色初期喷施果面,对照组用清水处理。其他管理按常规。

着色指数计算公式:着色指数(%)=(Σ各级果粒数×各级代表值)/(总粒数×最高级代表值)×100%
从以上表1和表2可以看出,所述植物生长调节剂在着色初期果面喷雾,可以明显增加葡萄着色,外观好,从口感风味甜度增加,无脱粒现象,提高果实商品质量。
实验例2
在苹果和大枣上的田间试验
采用实施例2所述植物生长调节剂在苹果和大枣试用期内(如下表3)稀释500倍喷施果面。

从表3可以看出,喷施稀释500倍液所述植物生长调节剂,能有效提高果品的转色,提高着色度,可以使产品提前上市,为果农获得更高利润。
