Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of display, and particularly relates to a touch substrate, a preparation method of the touch substrate and a display device.
Background
There are various ways to arrange the touch substrate in the touch display device, such as an embedded (in-cell) touch substrate, an external (on-cell) touch substrate, etc. Among them, the on-cell type touch substrate is very popular because it is light and thin, and has high touch precision.
The on-cell type touch substrate can be mainly divided into a Single Layer On Cell (SLOC) type touch substrate and a Multi Layer On Cell (MLOC) type touch substrate, and the MLOC type touch substrate can achieve higher touch accuracy than the SLOC type touch substrate, so the MOLC type touch substrate has become the mainstream choice in the capacitive touch display device.
The on-cell type touch substrate is provided with a plurality of rows of first sensing units and a plurality of rows of second sensing units; two adjacent first sensing units in each column of first sensing units are electrically connected through a connecting bridge, or two adjacent second sensing units in each row of second sensing units are electrically connected through a connecting bridge.
The inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art: a typical structure of a connection bridge in an MLOC-type touch substrate is a diamond structure, as shown in fig. 1, first sensing units 1 are connected by a connection portion on the same layer, and second sensing units 2 are connected by a horizontal (or vertical) connection bridge 3, but when the structure is applied to a flexible display product, the connection bridge 3 is broken badly and highly due to the hardness problem of metal itself, so that the function of the whole touch screen fails. In addition, since the connecting bridge 3 is made of opaque metal, the shadow eliminating effect of the connecting bridge is not good, which directly affects the performance of the touch substrate and further affects the display effect of the touch display device.

Preferably, the insulating layer covers the connecting bridge, and the connecting portion and at least a part of the second sensing unit are disposed on the insulating layer.
Preferably, the second sensing unit is connected to the connection bridge through a via hole in the insulating layer.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the touch substrate, which comprises the following steps: the method includes the steps of forming a first sensing unit, a second sensing unit, a connecting portion, an insulating layer, and a connecting bridge in synchronization.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps in sequence:
forming a connecting bridge;
forming an insulating layer;
a first sensing unit, a second sensing unit, and a connecting portion are formed.
The invention also provides a display device comprising the touch substrate.
In the touch substrate, the connecting bridge connected with the second sensing unit comprises at least one bending part, wherein the bent connecting bridge is not easy to break, and the connection reliability can be improved. Meanwhile, after the connecting bridge is used in the display device, because the connecting bridge is bent, light is refracted and reflected at the bent part, so that the visibility of the connecting bridge can be reduced, and the shadow eliminating effect is good. Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1:
the present embodiment provides a touch substrate, as shown in fig. 2, including a plurality of first sensing units 1 and a plurality of second sensing units 2, where the first sensing units 1 and the second sensing units 2 are on the same layer, the first sensing units 1 adjacent to each other along a first direction are connected to each other through a connecting portion 11 on the same layer, the second sensing units 2 adjacent to each other along a second direction are electrically connected to each other through a connecting bridge 3, and the connecting bridges 3 and the connecting portions 11 are overlapped and an insulating layer 4 is disposed therebetween; wherein,
the connecting bridge 3 includes at least one bending portion 31, and two ends 31 of the bending portion are electrically connected to two adjacent second sensing units 2, respectively.
In the touch substrate of the present embodiment, the bent connecting bridge 3 is not easily broken, which can improve the reliability of connection. Meanwhile, after the display device is used, because the connecting bridge 3 is bent, light is refracted and reflected at the bent part 31, so that the visibility of the connecting bridge 3 can be reduced, and the shadow eliminating effect is good. The touch substrate is suitable for various display devices, and is particularly suitable for flexible display devices.
Example 2:
the present embodiment provides a touch substrate, as shown in fig. 3-11, including a plurality of first sensing units 1 and a plurality of second sensing units 2, where the first sensing units 1 and the second sensing units 2 are on the same layer, the first sensing units 1 adjacent to each other along a first direction are connected to each other through a connecting portion 11 on the same layer, the second sensing units 2 adjacent to each other along a second direction are electrically connected to each other through a connecting bridge 3, the connecting bridge 3 overlaps with the connecting portion 11, and an insulating layer 4 is disposed between the connecting bridges 3 and the connecting portions 11; wherein,
the connecting bridge 3 includes at least one bending portion 31, and two ends 31 of the bending portion are electrically connected to two adjacent second sensing units 2, respectively.
The first sensing unit can be a sensing unit which is communicated with a sensing signal, and the second sensing unit can be a touch unit which is communicated with a touch signal; or the first sensing unit is a touch unit which is connected with a touch signal, and the second sensing unit is a sensing unit which is connected with a sensing signal, so that touch is realized.
That is, in fig. 2, the first sensing unit 1 and the second sensing unit 2 are perpendicular to each other, and they may be formed simultaneously, i.e., the first sensing unit 1 and the second sensing unit 2 are in the same layer. The connecting portion 11 of the first sensing unit 1 is on the same layer as the first sensing unit 1, and the connecting bridge 3 for electrically connecting the second sensing unit 2 has the bending portion 31, so that the bent connecting bridge 3 is not easily broken, and the reliability of connection can be improved.
The touch screen is suitable for various display devices, particularly flexible display devices, and the flexible display devices are easy to break due to the fact that the flexible display devices need to be bent. The application diagram is shown in fig. 10.
Meanwhile, after the display device is used, because the connecting bridge 3 is bent, light is refracted and reflected at the bent part 31, so that the visibility of the connecting bridge 3 can be reduced, and the shadow eliminating effect is good.
Preferably, the bending angle of the bent portion 31 is greater than 90 °.
That is, the bent portion 31 obviously consists of two straight line portions with an angle therebetween (not 0 °), which is the bending angle. Generally, the bending angle of the bending portion 31 depends on the arrangement of the pixels, wherein the bending angle of the bending portion 31 is preferably an obtuse angle, so that electrostatic failure is not generated and tip discharge can be avoided.
Preferably, the connecting bridge 3 further includes connecting bits 32 respectively connected to two adjacent second sensing units, and a plurality of bent portions 31 are connected between the two connecting bits 32.
That is, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of bending portions 31 may be used to connect two adjacent second sensing units 2, that is, two or more bending portions 31 are connected to the adjacent second sensing units 2, or each connecting bridge 3 includes a plurality of bending portions 31 connected in parallel, in this way, even if some bending portions 31 are broken, conduction can be performed, and thus, the connection reliability can be greatly improved, especially, the reliability when connecting a flexible product can be improved. Meanwhile, the bending portion 31 in the parallel connection mode can effectively reduce the resistance of the connecting bridge 3, and the driving capability of the IC is improved.
In addition, the principle that increasing the number of the bending portions 31 can reduce the visibility is shown in fig. 9, and after the number of the bending portions 31 is increased and the arrangement is dense, the light can be refracted and reflected for many times within a certain range, and the energy consumption is more, so that the light cannot be scattered outwards, and the purpose of eliminating the shadow is achieved.
Of course, multiple bends may also be connected in series, which is advantageous to further prevent breakage.
Preferably, a plurality of connecting bridges 3 are provided between the adjacent two second sensing units 2.
That is to say, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, two connecting bridges 3 are disposed between two adjacent second sensing units 2, the bending angles of the bending portions 31 of the two connecting bridges 3 in fig. 5 are the same, and the bending angles of the bending portions 31 in fig. 6 are opposite, so that even if one connecting bridge 3 is disconnected during long-term use of the product, other connecting bridges 3 can ensure that normal touch performance is achieved, the structural reliability is improved, and the life cycle is prolonged.
Preferably, the connecting bridge 3 is made of a metallic material.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 7, since the metal connecting bridges 3 have good conductivity but have opacity so as to block light emitted from pixels of the display panel, from the viewpoint of design convenience, etc., the metal connecting bridges 3 are generally horizontally or vertically disposed, so that a part of the connecting bridges 3 may completely overlap with the pixels in the corresponding region, thereby causing the overlapping region to be displayed as black dots, so that the connecting bridges 3 are visible, and thus only transparent materials with poor conductivity can be used. The invention, however, places the bending part 31 of the connecting bridge 3 at a reasonable inclination, as shown in fig. 8, so that the overlapping area is minimized, and the problem that the connecting bridge 3 is visible is overcome.
Preferably, the insulating layer 4 covers the connecting bridge 3, and the connecting portion 11 and at least a part of the second sensing unit 2 are disposed on the insulating layer 4.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11, the second sensing cells 2 are connected to the connection bridge 3 through via holes.
Of course, if the connection part 11 is on the lower side and the connection bridge 3 is on the upper side, it is also possible and will not be described in detail herein.
Example 3:
the embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a touch substrate, which includes the following steps: forming a first sensing cell 1 and a second sensing cell 2; forming an insulating layer; forming a connecting bridge 3.
Preferably, the method can also be as shown in fig. 11: firstly, forming a connecting bridge 3; then, an insulating layer 4 is formed; and finally, forming a first sensing unit 1 and a second sensing unit 2, wherein the connecting bridge 3 is connected with the second sensing unit layer 2 through a through hole.
Obviously, many variations are possible in the specific implementation of the above-described embodiments; for example: the specific size, number, etc. of the connecting bridges may be varied according to the product size requirements of the display device.
Example 4:
the embodiment provides a display device which comprises any one of the touch substrates. The display device may be: the display device comprises any product or component with a display function, such as a liquid crystal display panel, electronic paper, an OLED panel, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a display, a notebook computer, a digital photo frame, a navigator and the like.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.
