本发明公开了一种巨轮式水力发电机,包括巨轮、转轴、支撑架、变速箱、发电机和升降平台,在转轴一端至少安装一个巨轮,巨轮的边缘均匀地安装有叶片。转轴的另一端通过轴承固定在支撑架上,并通过变速箱与发电机相连接。支撑架由前支撑架和后支撑架组成,分别固定在河岸的升降平台上,巨轮垂直于水面,巨轮下方的叶片没入湍急的流水中。本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,易于安装,能把河水的动能转化电能,而且不需建造拦河坝,可以更直接,更有效的利用河水的动能发电。发电机设置在河岸的平台上,便于维修。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种利用水力发电的发电机,尤其是能直接利用流水动能发电的巨轮式水力发电机。
背景技术:
目前,公知的水力发电机都是在河流上先建拦河坝,使河水从高处流向低处,带动水轮机发电。但是有很多河流的水流湍急,不宜建拦河坝,河水白白的流去,流水的动能没有被利用,浪费了宝贵的水力资源。
发明内容:
为了充分利用现有的水力资源,提高发电量,本发明提供一种巨轮式水力发电机,该发电机不仅能把河水的动能转化电能,而且不需建造拦河坝,易于安装。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种巨轮式水力发电机,包括巨轮、转轴、支撑架、变速箱、发电机和升降平台,在转轴一端至少安装一个巨轮,巨轮的边缘均匀地安装有叶片。转轴的另一端通过轴承固定在支撑架上,并通过变速箱与发电机相连接。支撑架由前支撑架和后支撑架组成,分别固定在河岸的升降平台上,巨轮垂直于水面,巨轮下方的叶片没入湍急的流水中。流水冲击叶片,使巨轮和转轴转动,变速箱将转轴的低速转动转变为高速转动,带动发电机发电。所述升降平台上设有液压升降系统,通过调节升降平台上的高度来调节巨轮的高度,当水面升高时,将巨轮的高度调高,当水面降低时,将巨轮的高度调低,使巨轮始终与水面保持最佳位置,调高发电效率。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,易于安装,能把河水的动能转化电能,而且不需建造拦河坝,可以更直接,更有效的利用河水的动能发电。发电机设置在河岸的平台上,便于维修。

如图1所示,一种巨轮式水力发电机,包括巨轮(1)、转轴(2)、支撑架(3)、变速箱(4)、发电机(5)和升降平台(6),在转轴(2)一端安装一个巨轮(1),巨轮(1)的边缘均匀地安装有叶片。转轴(2)的另一端通过轴承固定在支撑架(3)上,并通过变速箱(4)与一台卧式发电机(5)相连接。支撑架(3)由前支撑架(3)和后支撑架(3)组成,分别固定在河岸的升降平台(6)上,巨轮(1)垂直于水面(8),巨轮(1)下方的叶片没入湍急的流水中。流水冲击叶片,使巨轮(1)和转轴(2)转动,变速箱(4)将转轴(2)的低速转动转变为高速转动,带动发电机(5)发电。所述升降平台(6)上设有液压升降系统(7),通过调节升降平台(6)上的高度来调节巨轮(1)的高度,当水面(8)升高时,将巨轮(1)的高度调高,当水面(8)降低时,将巨轮(1)的高度调低,使巨轮(1)始终与水面(8)保持最佳位置,调高发电效率。

如图2所示,一种巨轮(1)式水力发电机(5),包括巨轮(1)、转轴(2)、支撑架(3)、变速箱(4)、发电机(5)和升降平台(6),在转轴(2)一端安装两个巨轮(1),每个巨轮(1)的边缘均匀地安装有叶片。转轴(2)的另一端通过轴承固定在支撑架(3)上,并通过变速箱(4)与一台竖式发电机(5)相连接。支撑架(3)由前支撑架(3)和后支撑架(3)组成,分别固定在河岸的升降平台(6)上,巨轮(1)垂直于水面(8),巨轮(1)下方的叶片没入湍急的流水中。流水冲击叶片,使巨轮(1)和转轴(2)转动,变速箱(4)将转轴(2)的低速转动转变为高速转动,带动发电机(5)发电。所述升降平台(6)上设有液压升降系统(7),通过调节升降平台(6)上的高度来调节巨轮(1)的高度,当水面(8)升高时,将巨轮(1)的高度调高,当水面(8)降低时,将巨轮(1)的高度调低,使巨轮(1)始终与水面(8)保持最佳位置,调高发电效率。

1.一种巨轮式水力发电机,其特征是:包括巨轮、转轴、支撑架、变速箱、发电机和升降平台,在转轴一端至少安装一个巨轮,转轴的另一端通过轴承固定在支撑架上,并通过变速箱与发电机相连接,支撑架由前支撑架和后支撑架组成,分别固定在河岸的升降平台上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的巨轮式水力发电机,其特征是:所述巨轮的边缘均匀地安装有叶片,巨轮垂直于水面,巨轮下方的叶片没入湍急的流水中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的巨轮式水力发电机,其特征是:所述升降平台上设有液压升降系统,通过调节升降平台上的高度来调节巨轮的高度。
