Abstract

本发明涉及平开纱窗与平开窗的组合的加工技术领域,具体为一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构。具体将原有窗框主副框结构截面从单面接触实现为双腔体,对原有窗扇接触玻璃截面单面接触实现为双腔体;对原有窗框接触玻璃部分单面接触实现为双腔截面,并填充保温材料,使窗框腔体与墙面、提高了窗框主副框体的保温、荷载、抗风压性,提高了窗扇玻璃接触面的保温性、从而提升隔热保温效果,实现降低传热系数K值的目的。实现了纱窗与窗框在一个窗框体内组合结构的合理配置。

一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构
技术领域
本发明涉及平开纱窗与平开窗的组合的加工技术领域,具体为一种双腔体结构的内平开纱窗与内平开窗组合一体的隔热保温内平开窗结构。
背景技术
随着人们对现代生活舒适度的完美追求, 对门窗提出了更高的使用需求,特别是平开纱窗与平开窗的组合推出了多个系列产品,如申请人提出了多件专利(CN201620007335.0、CN201620006908.8、CN201520467227.7等),近期市场对门窗节能减排需求更加突出,现有断桥隔热铝合金平开窗,窗框型材与玻璃接触面仅仅为单面接触, 由于窗框材质受铝型材的限制同时窗框型材本身没有形成保温的腔体,仅仅靠隔热条降低传热系数K值。目前上述方法只能靠隔热条单一改变传热系数K值,无法多渠道降低传热系数K值。
发明内容
本发明的解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种空间利用率高、保温隔热性能突出的双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,包括窗框、窗扇型材和纱扇型材;所述窗框与墙体贴合端设置保温空腔Ⅲ;所述窗扇型材与玻璃一侧贴合端设置保温空腔Ⅰ。
所述窗扇型材与玻璃另一侧贴合端设置固定玻璃卡扣件,固定玻璃卡扣件与内设置保温空腔Ⅱ,保温空腔Ⅰ和保温空腔Ⅱ分别设置在玻璃两侧形成双腔体结构。
所述保温空腔Ⅰ、保温空腔Ⅱ、保温空腔Ⅲ内填充保温材料,保温材料聚氯乙烯发泡剂。
所述玻璃为中空结构,玻璃外侧设置LOW-E低辐射镀膜玻璃。
所述窗扇型材连接阻雨胶条。
所述窗扇型材上还设有隔热条,隔热条与阻雨胶条贴合。
所述纱帘为不锈钢网或尼龙网。
所述纱帘通过纱扇扣条卡扣在纱扇型材上。
所述纱扇型材分为尼龙网纱扇和不锈钢网纱扇。
所述窗框上开设排水孔。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、保温空腔Ⅰ和保温空腔Ⅱ分别设置在玻璃两侧形成双腔体结构,保温空腔Ⅲ在墙体两侧,窗框增加了多个空腔结构,使得金属框架整体传热系数K值降低到2.0w/m2k,同时保温空腔Ⅰ和保温空腔Ⅱ内填充保温材料,进一步提高传热系数K值,比国家标准传热系数K值降低了0.8 w/m2k。
2、玻璃为中空结构,中空玻璃与保温空腔Ⅰ、保温空腔Ⅱ形成完整保温隔热空腔结构,完整的保温隔热空腔使得窗框与玻璃整体隔热性能提升。
3、窗扇型材内设置阻雨胶条,有效防止雨水进入保温空腔Ⅰ、保温空腔Ⅱ,隔热保温效果更佳持久。所述的窗扇的隔热条形成了矩形与阻雨胶条紧密贴合,加强了密封效果。
4、纱帘为不锈钢网或尼龙网,纱帘通过纱扇扣条安装卡扣在纱扇型材上。纱扇型材分为尼龙网纱扇和不锈钢网纱扇。可提供不同价位和结构的窗型供选择。
综上所述本发明涉及一种平开窗铝型材截面与玻璃接触面从单面接触实现为双腔体技术的结构,纱窗内平开与内平开窗结构一体的双腔体内平开窗,具体将原有窗框主副框结构截面从单面接触实现为双腔体,对原有窗扇接触玻璃截面单面接触实现为双腔体;对原有窗框接触玻璃部分单面接触实现为双腔截面,并填充保温材料,使窗框腔体与墙面、提高了窗框主副框体的保温、荷载、抗风压性,提高了窗扇玻璃接触面的保温性、 从而提升隔热保温效果,实现降低传热系数K值的目的。实现了纱窗与窗框在一个窗框体内组合结构的合理配置。完善铝合金平开窗带有平开纱窗结构一体的基本功能,实现了建筑门窗行业所倡导的门窗系统,铝合金平开纱窗与双腔体内平开窗结构一体的解决方案。

一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,包括窗框1、窗扇型材2和纱扇型材4;所述窗扇型材2与玻璃5一侧贴合端设置保温空腔Ⅰ6,窗扇型材2与玻璃5另一侧贴合端设置固定玻璃卡扣件7,固定玻璃卡扣件7与内设置保温空腔Ⅱ8,保温空腔Ⅰ6和保温空腔Ⅱ8分别设置在玻璃5两侧形成双腔体结构。所述窗框1与墙体贴合端设置保温空腔Ⅲ9。
所述保温空腔Ⅰ6、保温空腔Ⅱ8、保温空腔Ⅲ9内填充保温材料,保温材料聚氯乙烯发泡剂。所述玻璃5为中空结构,玻璃5外侧设置LOW-E低辐射镀膜玻璃。所述窗扇型材2连接阻雨胶条10。所述窗扇型材2上设有隔热条15,隔热条15与阻雨胶条10贴合。
所述纱帘11为不锈钢网或尼龙网。所述纱帘11通过纱扇扣条14卡扣在纱扇型材4上。所述纱扇型材4分为尼龙网纱扇12和不锈钢网纱扇13。所述窗框1上开设排水孔16。

窗框1和窗扇型材2通过外置合页17连接在一起,所述窗扇型材2与玻璃5一侧贴合端设置保温空腔Ⅰ6,窗扇型材2与玻璃5另一侧贴合端设置固定玻璃卡扣件7,固定玻璃卡扣件7与内设置保温空腔Ⅱ8,保温空腔Ⅰ6和保温空腔Ⅱ8分别设置在玻璃5两侧形成双腔体结构。所述保温空腔Ⅰ6、保温空腔Ⅱ8、保温空腔Ⅲ9内填充保温材料,保温材料聚氯乙烯发泡剂。所述玻璃5为中空结构,玻璃5外侧设置LOW-E低辐射镀膜玻璃。所述窗扇型材2内设置阻雨胶条10。所述窗扇型材2连接组合窗扇的隔热条形成了矩形的隔热条15,隔热条15与阻雨胶条10紧密贴合。所述纱帘11为不锈钢网。所述纱帘11通过纱扇扣条14卡扣在不锈钢网纱扇13上。所述窗框1上开设排水孔16。同时,纱扇型材4上安装有锁具,锁具可在市面上选择配置,增加安全防盗性能。

1.一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,包括窗框(1)、窗扇型材(2)和纱扇型材(4);其特征在于所述窗框(1)与墙体贴合端设置保温空腔Ⅲ(9);所述窗扇型材(2)与玻璃(5)一侧贴合端设置保温空腔Ⅰ(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述窗扇型材(2)与玻璃(5)另一侧贴合端设置固定玻璃卡扣件(7),固定玻璃卡扣件(7)与内设置保温空腔Ⅱ(8),保温空腔Ⅰ(6)和保温空腔Ⅱ(8)分别设置在玻璃(5)两侧形成双腔体结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述保温空腔Ⅰ(6)、保温空腔Ⅱ(8)、保温空腔Ⅲ(9)内填充保温材料,保温材料聚氯乙烯发泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述玻璃(5)为中空结构,玻璃(5)外侧设置LOW-E低辐射镀膜玻璃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述窗扇型材(2)连接阻雨胶条(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述窗扇型材(2)上设有隔热条(15),隔热条(15)与阻雨胶条(10)贴合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述纱帘(11)为不锈钢网或尼龙网。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述纱帘(11)通过纱扇扣条(14)卡扣在纱扇型材(4)上。
9.根据权利要求1或8所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述纱扇型材(4)分为尼龙网纱扇(12)和不锈钢网纱扇(13)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种双腔体隔热保温的内平开窗结构,其特征在于所述窗框(1)上开设排水孔(16)。
