本发明涉及一种建筑装饰材料,具体来说,是涉及一种环保装饰画墙纸。
背景技术
众所周知,建筑涂料已成为建筑物室内外墙体装饰的首选材料,与之配套使用的建筑腻子也就成为建筑物墙体装饰必不可少的重要辅助材料,装饰涂料,使建筑物外貌整洁美观,但现在人们更多地追求建筑装饰色彩美感,过去人们常常采用刷漆的方式,但是市场上的油漆质量参差不齐,大部分油漆都含有甲醛等有害物质,粉刷后对使用者带来健康危害,也慢慢被人们选择淘汰,随着科技的发展,出现了一批新型的装饰材料,如有机玻璃、壁纸、墙纸等,功能多样,在环保方面,这些产品也带来了更高的要求,逐渐地去满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保、优化环境、易施工、成本低,色彩艳丽稳定的负氧环保装饰画墙纸。
为实现该发明目的,本发明的技术方案如下:环保装饰画墙纸,包括装饰画表层、防水层和粘贴底层,所述的装饰画表层为纸质装饰画,由原纸经过加工制备而成,所述的原纸,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
针叶木浆
20-40份
阔叶木浆
15-25份
改性麦秆草浆
20-30份
硅酸铝纤维
10-20份
负离子粉
2-8份
白炭黑
5-12份
分散剂
0.1-5份
消泡剂
0.5-3份
所述的防水层,是由卡拉胶添加防水剂配置成的胶粘防水材料经涂膜形成;
所述的粘贴底层为经过浸胶液处理后的抗霉抗菌无纺纸。
进一步地,所述的浸胶液按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
魔芋粉
25-50份
抗菌剂
0.5-5份
防腐剂
0.5-5份
分散剂
10-20份
更进一步地,所述的抗霉抗菌无纺纸的浸胶方法是无纺纸以20米/秒的速度经过浸胶液,然后进入70℃烘箱烘干,然后再以30米/秒的速度经过浸胶液进行复浸,然后进入60℃的烘箱烘干,卷取备用。
较佳地,所述的负离子粉为经过纳米技术处理过的电触媒材料。
较佳地,所述的抗菌剂为银离子类抗菌剂。
较佳地,所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类化合物、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙中的一种。
较佳地,所述的分散剂为聚乙烯低分子蜡或者硬脂酸盐。
本发明中的添加硅酸铝纤维,其直径1-4μm,在彩色腻子粉加水混合后的浆料能够交织状均匀分布,增强了腻子粉中各成分的交联,使得浆料性能更稳定。
改性麦秆草浆是采用纤维素酶和半纤维素酶对麦秆纤维进行酶解,改性后的草浆制得的纸质透水性好、脆性小,强度明显增加。
本发明还涉及一种制备上述环保装饰画墙纸的方法,采取的技术手段为:包括如下步骤:
1)按照上述所述配量取针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、改性麦秆草浆原料进行碎浆,磨浆,打浆度为15-25°SR,浆料浓度为40-60%,然后加入硅酸铝纤维、负离子粉、白炭黑、分散剂、消泡剂再用浆料混合机混合均匀;
2)上述得到的浆料按常规抄造条件进行上网成形,抄造成原纸,原纸的厚度控制在1-2mm;
3)将原纸经过油墨印刷工艺制备成纸质装饰画,油墨层厚度20-30μm;
4)用涂布辊在纸质装饰画底部涂布胶粘防水材料,涂布量为3-5g/cm2,厚度为0.5-0.8mm,然后通过热辊与厚度为1-2mm的抗霉抗菌无纺纸进行复合,在65℃的烘箱中干燥,卷取得到成品,成品厚度为3-5mm。
施工前应先将基体表面的油渍、浮灰、污垢等物质清除掉,确保基体表面的洁净、平整、干燥和坚硬。
施工技术要求:量好墙面周长,要略留余地,将墙纸裁好,搅拌好的胶水涂刷在墙上,从中间部位到各角落均刷均匀,注意不要把胶水涂到了墙纸上,然后粘贴墙纸。另外,对于需要对花的墙纸,需要从墙中部开始对花,采用重叠搭边裁缝施工方式,这样才能达到最好的对花效果。
施工时及施工后2-3天关闭门窗,使墙纸自然干透,以免出现翘边、开裂的现象。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、释放负离子,优化环境
添加了负氧离子粉,经过纳米技术处理过的电触媒材料能够吸附离子,释放负离子,负离子有助于吸收室内辐射,提高室内环境中负氧离子的含量,多吸入负氧离子能够可调节人体植物性神经、改善心肺功能、加强呼吸深度、促进人体新陈代谢,有利人体健康。
2、纸张强度高,油印效果好
浆料中添加改性麦秆纤维、硅酸铝纤维、白炭黑等原料,可提高纸张抗油墨透过性能及机械强度,增加白度,减少单位重量,能有效实现纸张轻量化、降低生产成本、提高纸张使用性能。
3、无毒环保
本发明的环保装饰画墙纸所有材料均为无毒材料,不释放有害物质,无毒环保。
总的来说,本发明得到的环保装饰画墙纸具有绿色环保、优化环境、易施工、成本低,色彩艳丽稳定,且使用方法简单、对环境友好等优点,具有良好的市场应用前景。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员能够更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的内容做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
环保装饰画墙纸,包括装饰画表层、防水层和粘贴底层,装饰画表层为纸质装饰画,由原纸经过加工制备而成,原纸按重量份数计包括以下组分:针叶木浆20份,阔叶木浆25份,改性麦秆草浆30份,硅酸铝纤维15份,负离子粉5份,白炭黑10份,分散剂2份,消泡剂2份;防水层是由卡拉胶添加防水剂配置成的胶粘防水材料经涂膜形成;粘贴底层为经过浸胶液处理后的抗霉抗菌无纺纸,其中浸胶液按重量份数计,包括以下组分:魔芋粉30份,抗菌剂2份,防腐剂1.5份,分散剂15份,抗菌剂为银离子类抗菌剂;防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类化合物,分散剂为聚乙烯低分子蜡;消泡剂采用BYK-019消泡剂。

4)用涂布辊在纸质装饰画底部涂布胶粘防水材料,涂布量为3-5g/cm2,厚度为0.5-0.8mm,然后通过热辊与厚度为1-2mm的抗霉抗菌无纺纸进行复合,在65℃的烘箱中干燥,卷取得到成品,成品厚度为3-5mm。
实施例2
环保装饰画墙纸,包括装饰画表层、防水层和粘贴底层,装饰画表层为纸质装饰画,由原纸经过加工制备而成,原纸按重量份数计包括以下组分:针叶木浆40份,阔叶木浆15份,改性麦秆草浆20份,硅酸铝纤维20份,负离子粉2.5份,白炭黑5份,分散剂4份,消泡剂4份;防水层是由卡拉胶添加防水剂配置成的胶粘防水材料经涂膜形成;粘贴底层为经过浸胶液处理后的抗霉抗菌无纺纸,其中浸胶液按重量份数计,包括以下组分:魔芋粉40份,抗菌剂4份,防腐剂2.5份,分散剂10份,抗菌剂为银离子类抗菌剂;防腐剂为山梨酸钾、,分散剂为硬脂酸盐,消泡剂采用BYK-019消泡剂。
抗霉抗菌无纺纸的浸胶方法是无纺纸以20米/秒的速度经过浸胶液,然后进入70℃烘箱烘干,然后再以30米/秒的速度经过浸胶液进行复浸,然后进入60℃的烘箱烘干,卷取备用。

实施例3
环保装饰画墙纸,包括装饰画表层、防水层和粘贴底层,装饰画表层为纸质装饰画,由原纸经过加工制备而成,原纸按重量份数计包括以下组分:针叶木浆25份,阔叶木浆15份,改性麦秆草浆20份,硅酸铝纤维20份,负离子粉8份,白炭黑12份,分散剂1份,消泡剂5份;防水层是由卡拉胶添加防水剂配置成的胶粘防水材料经涂膜形成;粘贴底层为经过浸胶液处理后的抗霉抗菌无纺纸,其中浸胶液按重量份数计,包括以下组分:魔芋粉50份,抗菌剂5份,防腐剂4份,分散剂20份,抗菌剂为银离子类抗菌剂;防腐剂为丙酸钙,分散剂为聚乙烯低分子蜡;消泡剂采用BYK-019消泡剂。
抗霉抗菌无纺纸的浸胶方法是无纺纸以20米/秒的速度经过浸胶液,然后进入70℃烘箱烘干,然后再以30米/秒的速度经过浸胶液进行复浸,然后进入60℃的烘箱烘干,卷取备用。
环保装饰画墙纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

4)用涂布辊在纸质装饰画底部涂布胶粘防水材料,涂布量为3-5g/cm2,厚度为0.5-0.8mm,然后通过热辊与厚度为1-2mm的抗霉抗菌无纺纸进行复合,在65℃的烘箱中干燥,卷取得到成品,成品厚度为3-5mm。
墙纸粘贴完毕后用负氧离子检测仪在距离墙面10cm的地方检测,实施例1负氧离子含量高于2500/cm3,实施例2负氧离子含量高于4650/cm3,实施例3负氧离子含量高于6382/cm3;当移至更近距离时均高于10000/cm3。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明的优选实施方式,不能理解为对本发明准许范围的限制,凡根据本发明内容做出的变形和改进,均属于本发明保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.环保装饰画墙纸,其特征在于:包括装饰画表层、防水层和粘贴底层,所述的装饰画表层为纸质装饰画,由原纸经过加工制备而成,所述的原纸,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
针叶木浆
20-40份
阔叶木浆
15-25份
改性麦秆草浆
20-30份
硅酸铝纤维
10-20份
负离子粉
2-8份
白炭黑
5-12份
分散剂
0.1-5份
消泡剂
0.5-3份
所述的防水层,是由卡拉胶添加防水剂配置成的胶粘防水材料经涂膜形成;
所述的粘贴底层为经过浸胶液处理后的抗霉抗菌无纺纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保装饰画墙纸,其特征在于:所述的浸胶液按重量份数计,包括以下组分:

5.根据权利要求1所述的环保装饰画墙纸,其特征在于:所述的改性麦秆草浆采用纤维素酶和半纤维素酶对麦秆纤维进行酶解改性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保装饰画墙纸,其特征在于:所述的抗菌剂为银离子类抗菌剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保装饰画墙纸,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类化合物、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保装饰画墙纸,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为聚乙烯低分子蜡或者硬脂酸盐。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的环保装饰画墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)按照上述所述配量取针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、改性麦秆草浆原料进行碎浆,磨浆,打浆度为15-25°SR,浆料浓度为40-60%,然后加入硅酸铝纤维、负离子粉、白炭黑、分散剂、消泡剂再用浆料混合机混合均匀;
2)上述得到的浆料按常规抄造条件进行上网成形,抄造成原纸,原纸的厚度控制在1-2mm;
3)将原纸经过油墨印刷工艺制备成纸质装饰画,油墨印刷厚度20-30μm;
