Abstract

本发明公开了一种树脂涂料,其组分按重量百分比由以下成分组成:15~23%的A组分和77~85%的B组分;所述A组分按重量份计包括如下组分:环氧树脂13~25份、碳化二亚胺树脂55~65份、双酚A二缩水甘油醚树脂65~69份、乙酸乙酯15~20份、二甲苯6~11份、丙酮34~55份、增塑剂1~5份;所述B组分按重量份计包括如下组分、11~19份硫酸钡、21~23份滑石粉、15~18份HDI三聚体、30~35份钛白粉、10~20份固化剂、5~8份磷酸锌、10~12份三聚磷酸铝以及1~3.5份复合钛。本发明质量稳定,使用效果好,具有良好的物理性能、化学性能以及耐划性,不易脱落,并且本发明在添加了环氧树脂后对环境的压力变小,同时防腐性大大提升,增加有机硅树脂提高了其绝缘性能。

一种树脂涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别是一种树脂涂料。
背景技术
以合成树脂为主要成膜物的涂料。其机械性能、装饰和防护等综合性能均优于油脂涂料及天然树脂涂料。自1909年出现酚醛树脂涂料以来,合成树脂涂料发展很快。80年代初,美国合成树脂涂料已占涂料总产量的90%。1984年,中国合成树脂涂料约占涂料总产量的50%。
现有的树脂涂料,较少有一种综合性能较优的涂料,而且生产出来的漆质量或者不稳定,容易脱落,或者耐化学品性能性、耐人工老化性能和耐金属腐蚀性能较差。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于解决现有的涂料不稳定,容易脱落,或者耐化学品性能性、耐人工老化性能和耐金属腐蚀性能较差的问题。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种树脂涂料,其组分按重量百分比由以下成分组成:15~23%的A组分和77~85%的B组分;所述A组分按重量份计包括如下组分:环氧树脂13~25份、碳化二亚胺树脂55~65份、双酚A二缩水甘油醚树脂65~69份、乙酸乙酯15~20份、二甲苯6~11份、丙酮34~55份、增塑剂1~5份;所述B组分按重量份计包括如下组分、11~19份硫酸钡、21~23份滑石粉、15~18份HDI三聚体、30~35份钛白粉、10~20份固化剂、5~8份磷酸锌、10~12份三聚磷酸铝以及1~3.5份复合钛。
作为优化,所述增塑剂包括柠檬酸三乙酯、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯或者柠檬酸三丁酯中的一种或者几种。
作为优化,所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
作为优化,所述固化剂为苯酚、甲醛和三聚氰胺合成的含氮酚醛树脂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比:本发明提供的涂料质量稳定,使用效果好,具有良好的物理性能、化学性能以及耐划性,不易脱落、耐人工老化,并且在替换环氧树脂后大大提高了对环境的友好性和金属防腐性,同时,采用苯酚、甲醛和三聚氰胺合成的含氮酚醛树脂作为固化剂,具有良好的阻燃性。

实施例1
一种树脂涂料,其组分按重量百分比由以下成分组成:15%的A组分和85%的B组分;所述A组分按重量份计包括如下组分:环氧树脂13份、碳化二亚胺树脂55份、双酚A二缩水甘油醚树脂65份、乙酸乙酯15份、二甲苯6份、丙酮34份、增塑剂1份;所述B组分按重量份计包括如下组分、11份硫酸钡、21份滑石粉、15份HDI三聚体、30份钛白粉、10份固化剂、5份磷酸锌、10份三聚磷酸铝以及1份复合钛。
所述增塑剂包括柠檬酸三乙酯。
所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
所述固化剂为苯酚、甲醛和三聚氰胺合成的含氮酚醛树脂。
采用本实施例制备的将A组分与B组分按照漆料比例调配即得到成品漆,具有良好的金属防腐性,并且对环境友好。
实施例2
一种树脂涂料,其组分按重量百分比由以下成分组成:23%的A组分和77%的B组分;所述A组分按重量份计包括如下组分:环氧树脂25份、碳化二亚胺树脂65份、双酚A二缩水甘油醚树脂69份、乙酸乙酯20份、二甲苯11份、丙酮55份、增塑剂5份;所述B组分按重量份计包括如下组分、19份硫酸钡、23份滑石粉、18份HDI三聚体、35份钛白粉、20份固化剂、8份磷酸锌、12份三聚磷酸铝以及3.5份复合钛。
所述增塑剂包括柠檬酸三乙酯、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯和柠檬酸三丁酯。
所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
所述固化剂为苯酚、甲醛和三聚氰胺合成的含氮酚醛树脂。
采用本实施例制备的将A组分与B组分按照漆料比例调配即得到成品漆,具有良好的金属防腐性,并且对环境友好。

1.一种树脂涂料,其特征在于:其组分按重量百分比由以下成分组成:15~23%的A组分和77~85%的B组分;所述A组分按重量份计包括如下组分:环氧树脂13~25份、碳化二亚胺树脂55~65份、双酚A二缩水甘油醚树脂65~69份、乙酸乙酯15~20份、二甲苯6~11份、丙酮34~55份、增塑剂1~5份;所述B组分按重量份计包括如下组分、11~19份硫酸钡、21~23份滑石粉、15~18份HDI三聚体、30~35份钛白粉、10~20份固化剂、5~8份磷酸锌、10~12份三聚磷酸铝以及1~3.5份复合钛。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂涂料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂包括柠檬酸三乙酯、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯或者柠檬酸三丁酯中的一种或者几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的树脂涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的树脂涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂为苯酚、甲醛和三聚氰胺合成的含氮酚醛树脂。
