用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，研磨粉碎，然后加入适量植物油调和成糊状，涂覆于患处，每日1-2次，10天为一疗程，一般3-4个疗程即可治愈。
典型病例：
病例1、男，62岁，下肢膝关节患风湿病多年，时常膝关节肿胀疼痛，严重时不可行走，经多方治疗没有好转，后涂覆本发明的外用中药于患处，每日2次，连续涂覆两个疗程，关节肿痛明显好转，后续涂覆一个月，诸症全消，关节一切正常，行走方便。

病例3、男，55岁，患风湿病三年，指关节畸形，伴肿胀疼痛、活动不利，四肢关节晨起僵硬，关节屈伸不利，遇冷加重，涂覆本发明的外用中药，每日2次，连服涂覆两个疗程，指关节、四肢关节疼痛明显减轻，活动自如，后巩固疗效续涂覆一个月，诸关节活动自如，未见任何不适感，至今未复发。
