本发明涉及除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂。该除草剂由碘化钾10‑12份、硫化钠5‑6份、秋水仙碱0.3‑0.5份、菖蒲油6‑8份、十二烷基甜菜碱1.5‑2.3份、三聚磷酸钠5‑10份组成,制作时,将碘化钾、硫化钠、秋水仙碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠的混合物与水按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到水溶液;将菖蒲油与乙醇按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到乙醇溶液;将水溶液与乙醇溶液混合,加压至145‑155MPa,保压搅拌10‑20分钟后,立即泄压,得到本发明莎草科杂草专用除草剂,本发明除草制作成本低,制作工艺简单,具有较高的内吸性和活性,亲和力和附着力强,安全性好,对莎草科杂草有突出效果,灭杀较为迅速。

本发明涉及除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂。
背景技术
全国约有3万种杂草,与农业生产相关,且有经济上危害的有11000种,莎草科杂草主要发生在水稻田,危害水稻作物较重的一类杂草,它的种类多,数量多,危害重,农业和化学药剂难以防除。由于杂草具有争水、耗养分、诱发病虫、影响光照的特点,农田中杂草横行会导致作物减产,长势衰弱,病害多发,目前田间除草多以药剂除草为主,目前市场上除草剂防治对象比较广泛,大量使用过程中,会良莠不分地杀死大量杂草天敌以及农田作物,严重破坏农田生态平衡,并难以杀死杂草地下根系,往往灭杀地面茎叶后来年又会重新发芽生长,导致杂草抗药性增强。
发明内容
为解决现有除草剂存在的不足,本发明提供一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾10-12份、硫化钠5-6份、秋水仙碱0.3-0.5份、菖蒲油6-8份、十二烷基甜菜碱1.5-2.3份、三聚磷酸钠5-10份。
制作时,将碘化钾、硫化钠、秋水仙碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠的混合物与水按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到水溶液A;
将菖蒲油与乙醇按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到乙醇溶液B;
将水溶液A与乙醇溶液B混合,加压至145-155MPa,保压搅拌10-20分钟后,立即泄压,得到本发明莎草科杂草专用除草剂。
本发明一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂在使用时,加水稀释1000倍后进行喷施。
本发明除草制作成本低,制作工艺简单,通过添加十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠能够提高除草剂的内吸性和活性,各成分混合后经高压保压处理10-20分钟,能够明显提高成品除草剂对莎草科杂草的亲和力和附着力,用药量少,安全性好,对莎草科杂草有突出效果,灭杀较为迅速,属内吸传导性除草剂,可抑制莎草科杂草内源激素生成,喷施后莎草科杂草在2小时内即出现枯萎症状,每隔1天喷施一次,连续喷施3次,即可连根杀死,用药期较宽,不受杂草生长阶段和环境温度的限制,对农田作物无药害性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行说明,但本发明的保护范围并不仅仅限于实施例所描述的范围之内。
实施例1、一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾10份、硫化钠5份、秋水仙碱0.3份、菖蒲油6份、十二烷基甜菜碱1.5份、三聚磷酸钠5份。
制作时,将碘化钾、硫化钠、秋水仙碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠的混合物与水按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到水溶液A;
将菖蒲油与乙醇按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到乙醇溶液B;
将水溶液A与乙醇溶液B混合,加压至145MPa,保压搅拌10分钟后,立即泄压,得到本发明莎草科杂草专用除草剂。
实施例2、一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾12份、硫化钠6份、秋水仙碱0.5份、菖蒲油8份、十二烷基甜菜碱2.3份、三聚磷酸钠10份。
制作时,将碘化钾、硫化钠、秋水仙碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠的混合物与水按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到水溶液A;
将菖蒲油与乙醇按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到乙醇溶液B;
将水溶液A与乙醇溶液B混合,加压至155MPa,保压搅拌20分钟后,立即泄压,得到本发明莎草科杂草专用除草剂。
实施例3、一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾10.3份、硫化钠5.4份、秋水仙碱0.36份、菖蒲油6.5份、十二烷基甜菜碱1.6份、三聚磷酸钠6份。
制作时,将碘化钾、硫化钠、秋水仙碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠的混合物与水按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到水溶液A;
将菖蒲油与乙醇按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到乙醇溶液B;
将水溶液A与乙醇溶液B混合,加压至148MPa,保压搅拌12分钟后,立即泄压,得到本发明莎草科杂草专用除草剂。
实施例4、一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾11.7份、硫化钠5.8份、秋水仙碱0.46份、菖蒲油7.3份、十二烷基甜菜碱2.1份、三聚磷酸钠9份。
制作时,将碘化钾、硫化钠、秋水仙碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠的混合物与水按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到水溶液A;
将菖蒲油与乙醇按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到乙醇溶液B;
将水溶液A与乙醇溶液B混合,加压至150MPa,保压搅拌17分钟后,立即泄压,得到本发明莎草科杂草专用除草剂。

1.一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾10-12份、硫化钠5-6份、秋水仙碱0.3-0.5份、菖蒲油6-8份、十二烷基甜菜碱1.5-2.3份、三聚磷酸钠5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾10.5-11.5份、硫化钠5.2-5.7份、秋水仙碱0.35-0.45份、菖蒲油6.5-7.5份、十二烷基甜菜碱1.7-2.1份、三聚磷酸钠6-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的原料组成:
碘化钾11份、硫化钠5.5份、秋水仙碱0.4份、菖蒲油7份、十二烷基甜菜碱1.9份、三聚磷酸钠7份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种莎草科杂草专用除草剂,其特征在于,该莎草科杂草专用除草剂在制作时,
将碘化钾、硫化钠、秋水仙碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、三聚磷酸钠的混合物与水按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到水溶液A;
将菖蒲油与乙醇按1:10的重量比混合,搅拌溶解,得到乙醇溶液B;
将水溶液A与乙醇溶液B混合,加压至145-155MPa,保压搅拌10-20分钟后,立即泄压,得到本发明莎草科杂草专用除草剂。
