Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED驱动调光变压器,由输入端和输出端组成,输出端包括调光电路、电压环、电流环,输出端串联有VR1、R5,所述并联电压环3脚输出端串联有VR2、R6。本发明采用反激变换器电路拓扑,设计了一个LED驱动电源与组合调光电路。由于高效、环保、节能、寿命长等优点,本发明广泛应用于室内外照明、景观设计、指标灯等方面。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED技术领域,特别是一种LED调光变压器。
背景技术
LED照明迅速成为最热门的第四代电光源之一,已成为未来照明产业发展方向。LED照明已具备了多元化的应用场合,从简单的白炽类或冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL)替代品,到新的建筑、工业、医疗、和其他应用。为了在应用中最佳化匹配灯和光亮,不同的LED照明应用通常都有相对应的性能标准要求。目前LED普遍采用的是模拟调光,但存在不是很性能稳定,耗电量大等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种性能稳定、高效可靠的LED驱动调光变压。
本发明LED驱动调光变压器由输入端和输出端组成,输出端包括调光电路、电压环、电流环,输出端串联有VR1、R5。
所述并联电压环3脚输出端串联有VR2、R6。
本发明采用反激变换器电路拓扑,设计了一个LED驱动电源与组合调光电路。LED由于其陡峭的伏安特性,一般采用恒流驱动。本发明采用双环控制恒流输出。通过电流采样电阻Rs将电流信号转换成电压信号,与给定的Uref-i值进行比较,通过PI调节,经过光耦隔离形成电流误差信号作为内电流环的给定,与开关电流进行比较,再通过UC3842内部比较器形成PWM波,用以控制开关管的开断,当电流参考值恒定时,电路工作达到稳态即恒流输出。通过调节VR2可以改变Uref-i值,从而达到调光效果。另外,为了防止输出过压,在反馈环节还加了一个电压环,通过调整VR1改变输出限压值。
由于高效、环保、节能、寿命长等优点,本发明广泛应用于室内外照明、景观设计、指标灯等方面。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下的技术效果:
1、LED通常需要调光。本发明的实现,既节省电能,又节约了材料,降低了浪费;
2、避免LED长期在超负荷状态下工作,提高了LED的运行效率和寿命。
3、LED驱动调光变压器和调光策略,分析设计LED在不同调光方式下的运行状态,实现高效的组合调光策略。
4、本发明实现了模拟、PWM以及组合调光,调光效率在86%以上,纹波在4%以下,开关管电压应力在允许范围之内,能实现高效可靠的LED照明调光。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1所示,本发明由输入端和输出端组成,输出端包括调光电路、电压环、电流环,输出端串联有二级管VD1、C2,可调电阻VR1串联有电阻R5分压,所述输出绕组经二级管VD1整流与电容C2滤波后得到直流,经可调电阻VR1给电压环2脚供电。
所述并联电压环3脚输出端串联有VR2、R6,经VR2可调电阻串联电阻R6分流后给电流环5脚供电。
